We stayed at the hotel ahead of our Shimanami Kaido trip and enjoyed ourselves. The room was slightly small but well equipped and clean, with Netflix and Youtube for your entertainment needs. Location was extremely convenient with a 5 minute walk to Onomichi Station and the ferry across to the start point. Plenty of delicious food options around as well. The hotel also has bicycle racks on the second floor. Staff were friendly and kindly helped us fill the TA-Q-BIN forms to ship our luggage and make payment. Overall, I'd highly recommend staying here if in Onomichi.
The hotel is very close to the airport, just a few minutes' walk away. The hotel also provides free shuttle buses, and the use of buses outside the schedule can be arranged at any time. The front desk staff is warm and friendly, and there is a ********* guy who speaks Chinese and provides warm and thoughtful service. The hotel environment is great, just like a park, and next to the famous Sanjing Garden, even if you don't want to catch a flight, it is a very enjoyable thing to stay here for one or two nights.
The location is super convenient, on the second floor of Onomichi Station.
The total number of rooms is very small, which may be why I cannot book this hotel on other platforms. The washbasin in the room is a bit low, and it is outside the bathroom. The movement and height are not used to it. The room design is lovely, you can overlook the entire harbor from the window, and there is also a raised tatami seating area~
There is a 7-11 downstairs. Although it is not 24 hours a day, it is very convenient~
Conveniently located for the Peace Memorial museum and gardens. Nice hotel, clean and has a laundry which was useful. Nice touch giving coins to spend on treats - the children had fun spending these.
Breakfast was nice but as with all hotels quite expensive, plenty of local options for the more budget conscious.
The streetcar is handy to get to/from the train station and other points of interest.
The lobby feels upscale and the staff has a great service attitude! Serenity sleeps well!
The room is not big, large suitcases can only be opened one by one.
The light is strong and the overall appearance is clean
You can shop in the lobby and buy local souvenirs
Overall its a good hotel with very good service. Location next to hiroshima station which was very convenient. However, disappointed with buffet dinner. Although hotel guest were offered 25% off. Mainly because of quality and most food offered were cold. For example, the grilled beef was not a slice as in the picture. It came in a small bowl with 2 tiny finger size beef which was cold. You know what happens when you put cold fat beef in your mouth! The buffet breakfast was unsatisfactory either. Sam kind of salad as dinner. For me i am a very simple person. Let me have my bacon and eggs, toast and coffee, i would be very satisfied. Unfortunately, it was not so! The eggs were fried in a bowl (cold as usual ) and there was something between ham and bacon but not everyday. Again most of the food were cold! Imagine a cold winter day of 1 degree celcius outside. And having to eat food that were not even warm! I would very much like to stay there again but would not eat there. Finally, i provided my credit card for check in so that any charges incurred could be deducted. But do not understand why they wanted me to pay for the buffet dinner first? Even though i had given them my room number? I obviously have no problem paying for anything!

The evening buffet had a wide variety of food, and beer and wine were all-you-can-drink. Pancakes ordered in the morning were also included. In the lounge, water, tea, and soft drinks were all-you-can-drink, and ice cream and momiji manju were even available for free, so we used them many times when we came back drenched in sweat in the middle of summer. The whole family was very satisfied, and it's a place we'd like to stay again and recommend to our friends.
When I checked in, they were smiling and polite, and answered my questions right away. I was also happy to receive warm greetings at the restaurant and breakfast venue! Thank you so much. If I come to Fukuyama again, I will definitely stay here!
This hotel was a nice surprise, I arrived into Hiroshima main station and the hotel is attached to the station so walked out of the station turned left and only had
100 steps to walk (covered walkway with escalator) and it took less than 3 minutes, the check in staff were great and speak english, the room was large and well equipped
and 100% clean and modern, its in a good location , take a number 5 tram to Hiroshima Bay and the ferry docks are end of that line, you can visit one of the many islands and its calm
takes around 25 minutes and low cost , nice day out, 5 minutes taxi ride from hotel is the city restaurant area , everything about the hotel was first class. I will use it again
i hope you use it to and enjoy the experience, Thanks to all the staff and managers etc for making it feel like home from home ,
Location is great. Close to tram, train and bus stations. Walking distance to Hiroshima castle. Staffs are all friendly and check in checkout is quick. Breakfast has many varieties. Stay here for 3 nights. The automated laundry machine helps a lot.

AAnonymous UserThe price is really cheap, 10 minutes walk from Yokogawa Station. Downstairs is 711 for the whole family. Attractions are not afraid of trouble to walk for 10 minutes to the city center. The disadvantage is that there is no curtain in this room, the hotel does not have an elevator, in fact, it is a hotel converted into an apartment in Japan, and the water flow in the bath is so small. Check-in is basically self-service, stayed for 3 days, except to see the young lady who cleaned in the morning, did not see anyone at the front desk. If you save money, you can consider living, health is justified, and the residential areas next to it are quiet.
GGuest UserThe service was top class, very helpful at reception and very friendly.
The gym was amazing, hotel users can use the Anytime Fitness gym for free and it was a proper gym, not just a typical hotel gym so that was really good. Breakfast was great and there was a freshly cooked steak section which was cool.
Just across the bridge was the peace park, and then just round the corner was Hondori shopping street and loads of izakayas in the back street.
Only downside is we booked a compact twin room and on reflection we should have upgraded because it was just too cramped even with just two people. But movement space and luggage space just wasn’t enough.

LlambausVery convenient location (if you have the jr pass you can get there easily with the jr loop bus). Very welcoming and well-stocked common area. Dormitory at the limit of livable (20 beds) with little space for your things. Staff n.a.: upon arrival you also have to make your own bed

AArendelle residentIt is close to Hiroshima Station and can be reached in 6-7 minutes on foot. There are many restaurants and souvenir shops in Hiroshima Station. It is very convenient to slowly return here to buy souvenirs and have dinner after the day's trip. The service attitude at the front desk is very good, but whenever you go out, you have to leave the room key at the front desk, and when you come back, you have to pick up the key at the front desk. It is a bit inconvenient if you want to go to a nearby convenience store after returning to the hotel. The room is large and comfortable for one person, and the sound insulation is good, but the sound of the water dispenser is a bit loud, which sometimes scares people.
