A bit crowded due to the season and group bookings, so check-in took a while, which was understandable.
The view from our room is currently a construction site, and there are no nearby convenience stores, but that was okay.
Mother enjoyed her complimentary birthday cake and the breakfast.
Both rooms were nice, and the amenities and services were great. Too bad we weren’t able to use the sauna or the gym. Maybe next time.
Overall, our stay was quite enjoyable

Had a 1-night stay at Home Me Hotel Makati. If you’re just staying for one night and only need a place to sleep, this hotel is good for a very very affordable price. At first look, the room actually seemed nice comfortable-looking bed, modern vibe, and a huge bathroom with a private jacuzzi which looked very promising.
However, the experience became disappointing after checking everything closely. The shower area was dirty, the jacuzzi had lumot buildup, and there were yellow stains on the pillows. The bed also had an unpleasant smell, and when we turned on the jacuzzi water, a foul odor came out as well.
We booked a room for 5 people, but upon check-in the room only had toiletries, slippers, and towels prepared for 2 people. Thankfully, when we requested additional items, the staff provided them.
The hotel lobby was also messy and smelled bad, which affected the overall impression of the place. One good thing is they offer free parking, although it’s located in a different building.
Overall, the room has potential because of the spacious setup and jacuzzi, but cleanliness and maintenance really need improvement.
This hotel is incredibly close to the airport, right across from it. I stayed on the eighth floor, and the soundproofing was decent, but it couldn't block out the motorbike noise. The service was generally good. However, there was a slight sewer smell coming from the bathroom, and the hairdryer's power was a bit weak. They offer in-room massage services, but you have to go to the front desk to pay by card immediately after your massage. The pool is shallow, with live music by the poolside, and it's quite enjoyable for a swim, but it closes at 8 PM, so you have to make the most of it. Also, despite being close to the airport (about a 20-minute walk), the pedestrian walkways aren't very convenient; you often encounter obstacles that force you onto the road. Taking a taxi would be a better option.
Location wise hotel is accessible to any airport but most to NAIA Terminal 3 since it is just a walking distance via the runway to newport vice versa. Since our flight the next day will be at 10:30pm, i requested for late check out until 2PM only. Actually I expected until 4PM but it is based on availability since it was granted to us 2 weeks ago. The hotel provided 2 bottles of water but it is lacking for us. There is Lawson convenience store downstairs & walkable Mcdo. We availed of breakfast but the food werre same all thoughout my stays before.
This was our third stay at Kingsford, and once again, we had a great experience. We booked a Superior Twin Room, which was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Although we weren’t assigned a city-view room this time, the relaxing river view was just as lovely. We’re hoping to get a higher-floor room on our next visit. We also enjoyed spending time at Zabana Bar in the lobby, which has a charming retro vibe. The poolside bar was another highlight, and the atmosphere was relaxing, the drinks were excellent, and being beside the pool made the experience even more enjoyable. We also tried the restaurant, and we were impressed by how spacious, cozy, and elegant it was. Special thanks as well to the nurse who was available 24/7 and promptly attended to our medical needs. Their care and assistance made our stay even more comfortable and reassuring.
The rooms were spacious, spotless, and featured remarkably comfortable beds. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable—nothing was too much trouble.
The location was perfect for sightseeing, within walking distance of popular landmarks. Don’t miss the breakfast buffet; it had a huge variety of delicious options. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a stress-free and pleasant stay!
This hotel is directly opposite Manila Airport Terminal 4, so it's genuinely close to the airport. I had an overnight layover in Manila, and since it was conveniently located and affordable, I booked it. It offered free airport shuttle service and included breakfast, which was perfect for getting some proper rest during my transit. The shuttle service was very convenient; after my flight landed, I just contacted the hotel to arrange a pick-up. They told me where to wait and gave me the car's license plate number. The shuttle staff were very enthusiastic and friendly. Although the hotel itself looks a bit dated, the staff provide excellent service – they are polite and efficient. The room was spacious and well-equipped, and they even provided two complimentary bottles of water. The air conditioning unit was old and noisy, which, to be fair, is a common 'feature' in many Philippine hotels, and I could just about tolerate it. Breakfast was à la carte, with two set meal options, and the taste was decent. Overall, for a one-night stay, this level of service was truly excellent.

We normally stay at this hotel for family staycation. However, this time, it was a bit disappointing. There were a lot of things that really made our stay not enjoyable.
1. Construction noise - no one informed us about the construction. Previously, front desk would inform about it upon check in and they also left a note in our room. But now, nothing. And as a person who works at night, i normally sleep in the morning til afternoon but we were disturbed by the construction noise.
2. Plates, utensils - if you want to borrow 1 set of playe, bowl & utensils, you have to pay Php150 per set, which is so unbelievable! Your room rates aren't cheap & you can't even allow your guests to borrow plates, spoons & fork, which are usually necessity when staying in a hotel. So we just went to the nearby Lawson & bouth 10pcs of plates, spoons, forks & cups for only Php80!
3. Parking- they said 1 room has an alloted 1 parking space but when we had to park, no more available space. You should prioritize your check in guests! And how come the parking is already full when you kept saying you alloted 1 parking space per room.
4. Missing chair- in the pictures, you will see 2 chairs but when we entered the room, there's only 1.
5. Old furniture- their sofa bed is squeekingly old, you can't sleep bec every move, the sofa bed will create noise.
Not worth it anymore. Their only redemptions are the king bed, free chocolates & nuts & nespresso coffee.
I love the service! Hospitality is amazing I feel it's the one of the best in SEA for a 4 star hotel. Compliments to the staffs that check my room upon check out and found my glasses I forgot to pack. They returned it almost immediately upon check out.
Compliments to the guards outside as well, they escorted us especially at night to the other side to get to the mall due to crazy traffic haha !
****** can be improved with more different table games that has progressive jackpot I.e. paigow, stud poker etc. Too too many baccarat table.
Location is perfect for those who wants to stay and experience the local as this hotel is buried in many local residential area unlike Newport.
Overall, I will return for another short getaway 🥰

SSa CrisLocation is great. Very accesible from terminal 3. Free shuttle service from Terminal 3 to the hotel vv is available. Staffs are hospitable as well. They have this express check out where in you can just drop your room keys before you leave the hotel. You don’t need to go to the counter.

__nonameatallWe decided to book a hotel near BGC for an event, knowing we would be staying out late. I'm so glad we found this place! It’s a very affordable hotel in the area that offers a cozy yet luxurious vibe.
The bed was absolutely comfortable. We booked a standard room, and it was incredibly budget-friendly. The air conditioning worked perfectly and gave us the exact comfort we needed. Plus, the room size is just right for two people.
We stayed on the 6th floor, and guess what? The water pressure in the shower was excellent, making a hot bath so relaxing. The bathroom is also wonderfully designed, letting in plenty of natural light even without turning on the bulbs.
Their Wi-Fi is incredibly fast—highly recommended for anyone looking to stay and work! They also have an indoor restaurant that everyone can enjoy.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel!
AAnonymous UserThis is my 5th and I love staying here as always. The hotel is clean and smells good. This hotel is situated nearby park for a quick stroll, restaurants once you get hungry and grocery shops where you can buy your immediate needs. I would say the accommodation is a bit pricey but there are days where you can book this at a very affordable price.Plus the staff are very accommodating and friendly for any urgent needs. Overall I am very satisfied with my stay here and would love to book again here.

GGuest UserHad a wonderful experience staying at Skyport Hotel Manila! The staff was very friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay, which made everything feel comfortable and welcoming.
One of the best parts is the airport shuttle service — very convenient, especially when traveling with kids and luggage.
The location is also ideal for short stays or transit, making travel smooth and stress-free. Overall, it’s a great choice for families, especially those traveling with children.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and friendly service in Manila! 🌟
GGuest UserStayed at B Hotel Alabang for an overnight stay last March 7, and overall it was a good experience for a budget hotel.
Check-in was smooth. Since we booked everything through Trip.com, the staff also waived the deposit, which made the process even easier.
The room was clean and everything was working properly. The Wi-Fi connection was decent, the bathroom was clean, and the hot water heater worked well. The TV seemed to be connected through Wi-Fi instead of cable, so there was a bit of latency when watching, but it wasn’t a big issue during our stay.
Checkout took a little longer because the room needed to be inspected first. That said, the front desk kept following up promptly, which we appreciated. It seemed like the staff assigned to check rooms was just busy at the time, but it didn’t really affect our overall experience.
Breakfast had limited options, but my wife was happy because they had her favorite dish—giniling.
Considering that this is a budget hotel, we felt that we definitely got our money’s worth. Clean room, decent Wi-Fi, functioning amenities, and helpful staff made for a comfortable overnight stay. 👍
GGuest UserThe room was spacious, and security at the entrance was strict. The bed was quite large too. Downstairs there's an **, and outside the hotel, there are supermarkets and a McDonald's nearby. It's less than a 10-minute taxi ride to the airport, which is very convenient. The beaches in the Philippines are still amazing; I've been many times and will definitely come back again.
GGuest UserMella Hotel offers a pleasant stay with some notable highlights. At night, the hotel truly shines thanks to its beautiful light decorations that create a warm and inviting atmosphere. However, during the daytime, the exterior looks a bit plain compared to its nighttime charm.
Inside, the experience is much better—the lobby and rooms are clean and well-maintained, giving a sense of comfort and order. The staff deserves special mention for being attentive and helpful throughout the stay. The GRO (receptionist) greets guests with a genuine smile and provides accommodating service, which adds a personal touch to the overall experience.
If you value cleanliness and excellent customer service, Mella Hotel is a solid choice.
