Cute place, electric mix of stuff that’s like a museum. Great breakfast and comfy bed. Location is close to everything in the old town. Friendly host, place has lots of character.

There are 2 different buildings , I chose the old one , wrong choice . Hotel room is old , but cleanliness still acceptable . Toilet is renovated . Advisable to look at the room type properly , don’t choose the 3 bedded photo , it’s the old wing . Location is very good , just beside Lee Garden .
Nice cosy place with huge room and big toilet, accessible to most of the places you will want to visit, recommended for guests who do not want to stay right in the middle of Lee Garden which can be a bit noisy.
Idyllic little resort with an amazing beach. Staff all extremely friendly as was the German owner. Food very good and well priced.
Bungalows comfortable and clean despite a few ants but that’s to be expected in such a location.
Would have felt more comfortable and sense of security had I had an extra latch for the door from the inside as the beach bungalows are rather isolated from the rest of the main building with easy access from the road and beach.
Aside from that, I would stay again on my next road trip up the east coast of southern Thailand.
Breakfast was enormous and I couldn’t finish what I ordered. The staff member did a great job and the coffee was amazing!
Lovely spot and a must if you are in the vicinity.
Some street signage would help business I guess.
Thank you for a memorable stay!

Overall was good, good counter service, kindly staff before I went off from the vehicle, staff was standby beside the car door ready for serve, good atmosphere for those who like quiet, for those who do not have transport by own are a bit inconvenient, quite some distance to going out. But Bolt or Grab are around the area.
I recently stayed at Leevana Hotel and was pleasantly surprised by how convenient and comfortable it was! The parking area is spacious, and there’s a security guard on duty 24/7, so I felt safe leaving my car there.
Check-in was quick and straightforward. They do require a deposit of 100 THB per key card, which is pretty standard.
The room itself was clean and spacious, with a comfy bed that made for a great night’s sleep. I also appreciated how the bathroom was clean, well-organized, and had separate wet and dry areas. The water pressure and hot water were both excellent!
One minor downside was the digital door lock. If the door isn’t fully closed, it makes a loud noise. Because of this, all the rooms have doors that slam shut pretty loudly, which can be disruptive. If they could improve this, it would make the stay even better.
Another plus is that there are lots of cafes and restaurants nearby, so finding a good place to eat is super convenient.
Overall, it was a great stay and I’d recommend it, especially for the value and comfort.
The location is perfect, next to the beach just near the famous mermaid statue. Had the seaview room, absolutely love it. It's an old hotel but the room has. been given a make-over to be more modern. It's one of the hotel that offers halal breakfast for muslim travellers with variety of choices. Despite not being fluent in English the receptionist and staff were all willing to help anyway they can and truely shows why Thailand hospitality is one of the best.
The resort was very serene and had a good relaxing time in the midst of nature. Walking distance from private beach but the path is not well maintained. Staffs were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was quite sad, not many choices. Better to have own transportation since the resort is slightly isolated.

Llaosnewhorizons** A Simple Stay**
Nestled in the heart of the city, the Hotel offers a modest retreat for travelers seeking basic accommodations without the frills. During my recent stay, I found the hotel to be adequate but lacking any notable extravagance.
Upon arrival, the check-in process was smooth, and the staff were courteous, albeit not overly attentive. The lobby exuded a functional charm, with minimalistic decor and seating areas that served their purpose without much flair.
As I made my way to the room, I noticed the corridors were clean but somewhat dated, reflecting the hotel's unassuming character. The room itself was spacious enough for a comfortable stay, albeit with furnishings showing signs of wear and tear. The bed, while not luxurious, provided a decent night's sleep, and the linens were clean.
One of the notable aspects of the hotel was its cleanliness; the housekeeping staff did a commendable job of maintaining tidiness throughout my stay. However, the absence of complimentary meals or even a breakfast option was disappointing, especially for travelers looking for convenience.
In terms of amenities, the hotel offered the essentials: Wi-Fi, a television, and a functional bathroom with soap. While these amenities sufficed for my short stay, they may fall short for guests expecting more modern conveniences or recreational facilities.
Overall, the Hotel is a budget-friendly option for travelers seeking a no-frills accommodation option in a convenient location. While it may not dazzle with luxury or amenities, it provides a decent, albeit unremarkable, place to rest one's head after a day of exploring the city.

GGuest UserGenerally it was a pleasant stay and great experience to stay with Golden Grand. It is strategically located in the centre of the tourist spots.
MMJ BuBuWe had a pleasant and comfortable stay at Crystal Hotel Hatyai. Here's a quick breakdown of our experience:
Cleanliness:
The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. Rooms and common areas were tidy and comfortable.
Location:
The location is super convenient—just a short walk across a bridge to Central Festival Hatyai Mall. There’s also a Makro nearby, though you’ll need to walk a bit deeper inside to reach it. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the Asian Bazaar Hatyai, which leans more towards halal Malay food and local offerings. If you're up for a longer stroll, Greenway Market is another 10 minutes away. Unfortunately, it rained during our trip so we skipped it, but the area is known for a mix of halal and non-halal food options.
Amenities:
Not too many amenities. There’s a swimming pool and a gym, but the gym was locked during our visit. It would be better if these facilities were more accessible.
Service:
Service was good—friendly and helpful staff. Some of the front desk team spoke English well, which made communication smoother. They also provided luggage storage, which was really helpful for us after check-out.
Buffet Breakfast:
Buffet starts at 6:30am local time, with a mix of Western and local Thai dishes. A special mention goes to the fish porridge—it was absolutely delicious!

AAnonymous UserThe area is not too noisy after midnight. Lifts are very good cause it has two units. The level 6xx air conditioning is good, very cold except a little bit noisy.
My room was spacious and with a mini freezer. The bed is okay not too soft. Breakfast is standard local style, only served up to 10 am. Room reset needs to inform or request with the house keeping else will not be done. Location is okay cause there are many eateries and 7-11 stores nearby. Day/night front desk receptionist are okay and helpful. In house massage at Level 2 only operated up to 7pm.
