We were there during the Christmas holidays, and Miami hotels were ridiculously expensive. Orlando was a much better option, and this hotel was only a little over a hundred dollars, which was a really fair price. The location is quite convenient; right outside, there's a gas station, a convenience store, and even the world's largest McDonald's. Within a ten-minute walk, you'll find a large supermarket, a car rental pickup point, various restaurants, and a Chinese buffet. The facilities are also pretty comprehensive, including a free shuttle service to and from Universal Studios. The room itself was definitely a bit dated, but the front desk staff member who checked us in was super helpful. We got a second-floor room facing the inner courtyard, which was very quiet and had no musty smell. (However, I imagine rooms facing the road might be quite noisy, so it's probably best to avoid those if you can.)

I booked the Dolphin Hotel directly for my Disney trip. I hesitated for a long time between several Universal hotels, but before the limited-time cancellation period ended, I decisively cancelled several hotels including Stranova and kept this one. It turned out to be a wise decision. The receptionist was really nice; she upgraded our pool room to a water park view room. I watched the Epcot fireworks for four consecutive nights at Dolphin, and then watched them several more nights at Universal – I'm practically addicted to Disney fireworks! They don't allow them in Beijing, so I got to see them to my heart's content in Orlando, haha. There's a Universal Studios service counter in the lobby where you can buy tickets and express passes. Near the parking lot, there are shuttle buses to various parks, very frequently. There are many people going to Epic in the morning, so there might be a queue during rush hour, but there aren't many people on the shuttles to Florida Adventure and Universal Florida. There's a convenience store in the lobby; you can buy food and eat at the restaurant tables. You can keep your room key as a souvenir when you check out. A great hotel, very convenient. I recommend everyone try it.

The hotel is quite large, with 4 residential areas, each with its own parking lot. It costs $10 per day, but if you pay for 5 days, subsequent parking is free. I parked for 6 days. There are also several large fountains, creating a great environment. Dining options nearby are convenient, and both Disneyland and Universal Studios are very close.

We stayed here for the early admission to the park, and for the shuttle bus. The location is so convenient for the park, and it was the best division to stay here. Rooms are nice, hotel is spacious, we had only one day to do Universal/ Islands of Adventures, but by staying here and the express pass we literally did everything in one day. Just make sure to use their 7 AM shuttle bus! The pool is pretty, but it’s too cold to swim in January. Would def recommend this hotel!

We arrived very late at night for our cruise the following day, so this was a perfect location for us. The hotel is situated inside Miami international airport so you don’t even have to travel anywhere. The only thing we found was that there were no sign posts, we had to keep stopping people to ask where it was, we walked for around 10 mins and after asking around 3/4 people we eventually found it. It is round a corner behind a Mexican restaurant and basically just what looks like an information desk. The staff were very helpful and even upgraded our room free of charge from a double to a king room. We got into the lift and found our room on the 4th floor, the corridors could do with some updating and looked a bit like walking through a prison. Our room was at the end of a corridor. It was very clean and tidy and a lot nicer than I expected. There was a coffee maker and some biscuits under the dressing table and plenty of hanging space and a steamer in the wardrobe. The bathroom was clean with hand wash and body lotion and shower gel. The bed was very confortable and after our late arrival we just went straight to sleep. We woke the next morning, had a quick coffee and booked an Uber to the cruise port. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a short stay before a cruise or flight

I had a fantastic stay here! The hotel's location is excellent, making it super convenient for getting around and finding places to eat. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and efficient, making check-in a breeze. They were all very friendly and helpful with any requests I had. My room was spotless, well-lit, and the bedding was really comfortable, leading to a great night's sleep. The bathroom facilities were complete with stable hot water, and the toiletries were of good quality. The common areas were quiet and elegant, with a tidy and organized environment, and the overall decor was simple yet stylish. Breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes; everything was authentic, fresh, and delicious. This hotel offers great value for money and is perfect for both business trips and leisure travel. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area, and I highly recommend it to everyone!

Environment: The hotel is very close to the beach, only 5 minutes away, and it is convenient to shop and eat downstairs. Facilities: Basic facilities are available, unlike domestic rooms with water and the like. The hotel is beautiful. We booked a partial sea view room in the main building, which has a maximum floor of 17. We were assigned a room on the 15th floor, and the ocean was visible diagonally in front of the window. The hotel also has an annex building, which appears to be about 10 stories high. When we booked, the Ocean Front room in the annex was the same price as the partial sea view room in the main building and included three breakfasts. After researching and reading reviews saying the main building was recently renovated and newer, we chose the main building room. The hotel entrance is surrounded by palm trees, and the lobby is quite grand. A path leading to the swimming pool from the side entrance has fountains on both sides, which are beautifully lit at night. The swimming pool isn't large, but it's surrounded by rows of beach chairs. Walking across the pool and out of the hotel leads directly to the beach – incredibly convenient! On our first day, we took photos and played in the water on the beach. The hotel provides dedicated lounge chairs and towels. Sun umbrellas cost an extra $30. After playing for a while, we went back to the hotel pool. Lying on a beach chair listening to live music, with staff offering complimentary snacks like frozen mango chunks, strawberry smoothies, and frozen coconut milk—small portions, but incredibly refreshing—were delightful. Free ice water, sunscreen, and towels were also available by the pool. The next day, I got up early to watch the sunrise on the beach. What I loved most was the hotel's buffet breakfast: $46 per person, $22 for children. Our room included two breakfasts; the selection was vast, and everything was delicious. The fruit was huge—blueberries and blackberries were much larger and sweeter than those in the Bay Area. The melons were also very sweet! Excellent value for money! The hotel is a 5-minute walk from Lincoln Street, perfect for a relaxing evening stroll. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Miami!

Stayed two nights at this hotel. To get to the old Universal Studios park, you just cross a skybridge. The outlet mall is about a 25-minute walk away, so overall the transportation is quite convenient. The room comes with free bottled water, but the microwave is only available in the game room.
