I could tell the hotel had been really nice once. It had just weathered a storm a lot of the rooms were not working. My room did not have electricity by the bed nor did the phone work. other than that, trip.com got the wrong dates on my reservation. They book me for Saturday and Sunday leaving Monday, but my conference, the only reason for my trip, started Monday. Essentially they had me checking out on the day the conference was to begin. I told them immediately but they did nothing about it. trip.com not worth the effort. The Shores resort and spa Daytona Beach will be back and certainly worth the stay if you can get over the front desk staff…. except for the one with the purple ish colored hair. she’s a keeper.

Mixed experience: Super friendly, smiling and proactive staff Nevertheless, getting to the Disney parks from the hotel is complicated. Shuttles have to be booked 24 hours in advance (otherwise they sell out quickly, even in low season) and the timetables are not great (sometimes arriving late, without a pass the queue will be long at the attractions) If you take the Uber option, it will cost $20-30 per journey. Please note! There is also a resort fee to be taken into account and paid at the hotel ($9/person/day) Finally, when we arrived, a room that wasn't ready was given to us but they were able to offer us another room instead.

Fantastic location, right inside the airport near Gate 11 of Terminal E. It's an excellent choice for anyone with a layover needing a good night's rest. The room was also very large and spacious. And because it's right in the airport, the hotel thoughtfully provided earplugs.

The hotel itself is nice, but I didn't like the poor ventilation in the rooms. The air conditioning seems to work, but the rooms are always humid. Nothing gets dry. After a while, you feel a lack of oxygen, but it's impossible to open the transom. Good breakfasts, only $5. Mixed feelings

Pros: The room is clean , no pest, no cockroaches. And they provided lotion in the bathroom, which is very helpful, because the hot water on shower was very hot on skin. The front desk workers are nice and kind, and response email very fast ! The cons: hot water in the shower is too hot, and feel burning on the skin when taking shower, even adjust to the lowest still burning hot. And the hot water machine in the lobby was broken, so no hot water to drink in the cold weather, and breakfast is cold. If they fix these two minor issues, I will gladly stay again ! Generally it’s a nice place.

The hotel is quite large, with 4 residential areas, each with its own parking lot. It costs $10 per day, but if you pay for 5 days, subsequent parking is free. I parked for 6 days. There are also several large fountains, creating a great environment. Dining options nearby are convenient, and both Disneyland and Universal Studios are very close.

Lovely hotel but paying for the gym leaves a sour taste .  Once you’ve paid all fees and resort fees I feel the gym should be complimentary

The hotel is spacious and clean. It is a brand hotel with a good reputation. There are two 1.5-meter beds, which can sleep two people and are suitable for a family of three. The front desk is very welcoming and they also gave cookies made by the hotel 🍪, which is very considerate. The hotel provides 24 hours There is an airport shuttle. Because I have an early flight, I booked a shuttle bus at 4 a.m. with the front desk clerk. It takes 7 minutes to reach the airport Terminal B. It is very convenient for guests with early flights. There are several restaurants around the hotel. I found an internet celebrity restaurant and it’s about a ten-minute walk away.

Clean room, friendly staff. As a solo female traveler I felt safe and welcome. Location was close to main attractions and shopping.

New hotel, beautiful pool, excellent location, very clean, friendly and efficient staff. We will definitely be back.
