Great location, close to everything: the airport, restaurants, Walmart, and bus stops. It has a pleasant, family-friendly atmosphere. Perfect for a trip to Universal Orlando, especially with the super convenient free shuttles. Housekeeping is done daily, and the room is comfortable, even though the decor is a bit dated and the cleanliness isn't perfect. Overall, excellent value for money.

The hotel is located right inside the airport, making it incredibly convenient. Our luggage was delayed by an American airline, left behind at our connecting airport due to the plane being overweight, and only arrived the following day. Fortunately, we had booked this airport hotel; otherwise, we would have had to take a taxi back to the airport the next day just to pick up our bags.

I went for a brief trip to celebrate one of my favorite philanthropies so I did not have a chance to sample all of the Hotel's features (for example, I did not get to go to the off-site gym). However, I can report that this grand resort epitomizes old Florida IMO and I liked its warmth and intimacy better than the grandeur of its primary competitor, The Breakers. The service is wonderful. All of the staff are friendly and call you by name. The turndown service is wonderful and they give you an interesting card about the history and an exceptionally tasty sweet macaron form Laduree. My room was quite small and fully priced, but you could not have a better location - just one block from the Beach and Worth Avenue. The ”free” in-house car service featuring a vintage Land Rover Defender and a Volvo station wagon is quite exceptional.

I booked this hotel from 4-7 July to have a resting place after a long day in universal studio. We took a LYNX bus 42 from MCO airport, 45mins to 1hour and walk around 15 minutes to hotel. The hotel provide a free shuttle bus(20 seater bus) to go to universal studio Orlando at 8.25am(only one timing and will go to other nearby hotels to pick up passengers) and pick up at 6pm(only one timing) from universal studio. I highly suggest to wait at the hotel entrance 10-15 mins before the pick up timing to get seats. No advance reservation needed. Uber less than 10USD back to hotel. We got room 313. Two queen beds, bed is comfy and enough pillows. Enough clothing racks/hanger. Only mini fridge is available in the room. No water kettle. Microwave only available at the front desk Cleanliness was good, from the bedroom to the bathroom. Bathroom amenities are only shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion. Housekeeping is done daily. Breakfast is from 6am to 10am, only hard boiled egg, cereals, milk, yoghurt, apple juice, orange juice, bagels, jams, cream cheese, and oatmeal. Great location, close to everything we needed. We were in the building furthest from the lobby but that is great if you want to get your steps in. We didn't get to utilize the restaurants because we are out early each day but loved the fact they had a Starbucks on site.

Excellent location with a Publix supermarket just across the carpark (2 minutes walk) to get easy daily stuff or snacks. Very close to Brickell city centre. Rooms are clean and spacious with nice views. Rooftop pool is nice but can get busy at times so have to avoid peak hours. Gym is spacious with great view of the city skyline. Love this hotel and will definitely stay again!

Everything about the hotel was great. It’s very beautiful inside and it has four working elevators that are very quick. I think everybody’s favorite amenity was the pool in the hot tub. It was very beautiful out there and the hot tub featured a waterfall. The kids really enjoyed being at the pool. The bartender made probably one of the best Bahama mamas I’ve ever had! The breakfast was pretty good also.

I chose this hotel primarily for its shuttle service to Universal Studios, but the shuttle schedule was quite limited. They only offered shuttles *to* Universal in the morning and *from* Universal in the afternoon. The last return shuttle was at 8:40 PM, which is a bit tight considering Universal parks close at 9 PM – it would be much better if there were later options. Definitely make sure to book your shuttle times well in advance, otherwise you might not get the slot you want. Breakfast had a slightly better variety than Drury's, with more fruit, but it still lacked vegetables. I was pleasantly surprised to be able to check in as early as 11 AM. On the first day, we received two complimentary bottled waters, but none thereafter. When I asked the front desk, they told me to buy water from the supermarket on the first floor. However, on our last day, I managed to get some from a cleaning staff member – I guess she felt too awkward to refuse. My thanks to her!

The location is good for going to Universal Studios. There are frequent shuttles and early admissions, so it's good. It's a bit old, but it's good for creating a Universal atmosphere.

Really nice staff. However, the hotel itself is very old to be in business. I had stains in my room and molds all over the place. And had to change rooms three times for broken A/C and elevator is out as well. The staff are nice and trying their best but the building need some attention
