The hotel features self-check-in machines, which made the process quick and hassle-free. The room itself was clean, bright, and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay overall. However, I did notice one downside—the bathtub was clogged with hair, which was quite unpleasant. Better maintenance in this area would improve the experience. Despite this issue, the hotel’s prime location, efficiency, and cleanliness make it a solid option for visitors to Fukuoka. I would stay again, but hope for better bathroom upkeep next time!

This is my second visit. I like the countryside when I travel to the local area, so I often hear it in Ukiha. We recently stayed at this hotel and were impressed by the spacious rooms! They have a fitness centre, complete with a blood pressure machine - a thoughtful touch! We stayed 4 nights and check-out for Yufuin. After Yufuin, we will be returning back to this hotel for another 2 nights. They are so helpful in storing our luggages for us, so we don't have to haul it around and made the transition seamless.

This hotel is incredibly convenient—Hakata Station and the main bus terminal are just across the street. There are several restaurants nearby, including my favorites: Ichiran and Starbucks, both right next to the hotel. The breakfast café has a casual, cafeteria-style vibe, but it was very welcoming. Even when we came back late, they still offered a self-service coffee, tea, and water, which was a really thoughtful touch., though I’m not sure if it’s open 24 hours. We were able to bring back dinner and eat it at the café, which made the experience feel even more heartwarming and comfortable. The room was spacious and brightly lit with fluorescent lighting—something refreshingly different from the dim lighting in many other hotels. The service was excellent. One memorable experience I had was when I accidentally left my brand-new bag on a city bus. A female staff member named Ms. Uemoto/上本 went above and beyond to help me—she spent about half an hour on the phone coordinating with the bus company and gave me clear directions to their office. Thanks to her help, I was able to retrieve my bag. I’m truly grateful and appreciate her kindness and dedication. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Fukuoka, and I’d happily stay here again.😊

I was travelling first time to Fukuoka with my elderly mum so we wanted a hotel stay near to the Hakata train station. Oh this hotel is located very near to the hotel and within 2 min walk! There are family mart opoosite and also next to the hotel. There is also an airport bus stop nearby to the hotel. We like this hotel because the room we stayed in was very spacious and we loved the shower, very refreshing experience. Their 24 hr coffee machine at the hotel lobby was fantastic for coffee lovers.

I loved this hotel . The two ladies at reception were fantastic and allowed me to check in really early . They were really kind and gave me free breakfast tickets . For the price the hotel is perfect , Ita not five star but for a budget hotel it ticks all the boxes . The location. Is great and everything is walkable . The room has everything you need , it was quiet and I slept well . I had a great time and would stay here again . Thank you ladies for your kindness . 7/11 on the premises also make it very convenient .

This is my second business trip. It is very close to where we are going, but the surrounding convenience stores and restaurants are not within walking distance, which is inconvenient without a car. The breakfast is delicious, but there are few choices for dinner. Although the room is not big, it is very clean and has everything it needs.

We had an enjoyable stay at this hotel, which is in a fantastic location. However, we encountered a significant inconvenience during check-out. Our flight was at 7 AM, so we checked out around 5 AM to catch a taxi to the airport. Unfortunately, both the elevator and the lift were turned off at that time. Since the hotel is located on the second floor of the building, we had to manually carry all our luggage down a long flight of stairs. This was especially difficult as we were a group of five, including two elderly ladies. Thankfully, my husband was able to manage the luggage, but this situation could have been very challenging for others. We strongly recommend that the hotel ensure the elevator is operational for early-morning check-outs to better accommodate guests.
