The staff are friendly and helpful, as are most people in Samoa, the location is convenient, not far from the airport and the neighboring islands, which can be reached by ferry. The central city of Apia can be reached by taxi, bus or hitchhiking, the locals are usually happy to give you a ride, sometimes they stop and offer it themselves.
