Dissatisfaction: I received a parking ticket during my trip, but the rental company added a $45 administrative fee?! (Even though it was stated in the agreement). I don't understand the rationale for this fee. I already paid the full rental fee, and the ticket was already expensive enough, and they're still charging me a processing fee. What kind of extra processing is this? It's like taking advantage of someone's misfortune. I don't understand and I'm disgusted.
