Car pick up procedure was very easy, follow the signage in Jeju airport to the shuttle bus area, Jeju one shuttle bus was at Area 1 and show driver your booking name to board the bus. Their staff are very friendly and explained everything very clearly.👍🏻 Our flight back to Seoul was early, so we arrived their office to return the car at 7:15am and their first shuttle bus service to Airport begins from 7:30am. Overall it was a pleasant car rental experience 😁 Btw, i rented a Hyundai Avante which can fit 4 adults together with three 28" luggages + one 24" luggage. 😎
