I rented a Toyota Alphard for a group of seven. The delivery process was extremely convenient—the vehicle was brought right to our hotel. The car itself was in great condition, though the right-side door wouldn't open; otherwise, everything was excellent. The service—from the delivery and vehicle inspection to the provision of an ETC card—was very smooth. I was genuinely impressed and would definitely rent from this company again.

We took the car for a weekend trip between friends. It was dropped off directly at our stay and the staff even helped us find a good parking lot nearby. The paper procedure at car pickup was fast and efficient as well. The car was very comfortable and clean and has many automatic features that make it easy to use as long as one knows how to use them. The pickup and drop off were right on time (even earlier for the latter). The car came with a free ETC card which makes for a smooth driving experience; and we paid the total tolls at car drop off (by cash!) which was very convenient.

I reserved a Toyota Estima, but received a Honda Stepwgn instead. The cleanliness was average, and the backup camera was old, blurry, and difficult to see through, which was very inconvenient during nighttime rain. The staff were helpful. I purchased insurance, but the 150,000 yen deductible was not as good as other companies.
