Overall the experience was great, the car was ready when I went to pick it up. It did seems that the company didn’t have time to fix or clean all the chips, bumper damage or the roof of the inside. However, they did note all of it so I wouldn’t be charged when I returned the vehicle. The car had Apple CarPlay via cable, the breaks were responsive and the AC was very cool. The ONLY negative was the seatbelt of the driver side, if you are around 172cm, the seatbelt would constantly rub up against your neck, it can’t be adjust up or down to help with the issue, I had to use a hat as paddling to have something between the seatbelt and my neck. Overall, it was a great experience and would rent from them again on shorter trips.

The car was great. Even though there was a warning indicating low tyre pressures. But it was a sensor problem. We pump petrol by using company petrol card. Then payment is being calculated by mileage. Upon returning the car, the renter will calculate the amount deducted from the RFID payment and we pay to the renter. Very convenient! If you buy insurance from trip.com, then you don't need to buy additional insurance from the renter company. Because they are of the same benefits. Hence, if the personnel ask you to buy extra insurance from the company, you can decline him.
