How to Get to SHIBUYA SKY

By train

From Tokyo Station:

• JR Yamanote Line > Shibuya Station (approx. 25-28 mins) > East Exit > 3-minute walk

From Shinjuku Station:

• JR Yamanote Line > Shibuya Station (approx. 7 mins) > Central East Exit > direct access

To avoid the crowds, try to avoid travelling during peak times (08:00–09:00 and 18:00–19:00). When leaving the station, follow the signs for "Shibuya Scramble Square". There are lifts at all station exits.

By plane

Using the JR lines

Take the JR Yamanote Line, Saikyo Line or Shonan-Shinjuku Line to Shibuya Station. Follow the signs for either the East Exit or the Central East Exit. Both are directly connected to the entrance of Shibuya Scramble Square.

Walking directions

Start at Shibuya Crossing, look up at the giant 3D cat video wall, and head straight through the main entrance of Shibuya Scramble Square. Once you're inside, go directly to the lifts.

Access and ticket control (14F)

All visitors must first head to the ticket desk on the 14th floor, where your QR code will be checked before you can access the lifts. Visitor flow is managed on this level using digital queues (even those with pre-booked tickets must have their vouchers scanned here).

Sky Gateway (45F)

The 45th floor serves as the central entrance area to the observation deck. Here, visitors leave the lift and enter the observation area. This area is one of the best places to enjoy the skyline and cityscape of Tokyo. Professional photographers are also on hand near the escalators to the 46th floor.

Digital Gallery (46F)

The covered viewing level combines modern technology with stunning views:
