I found the reservation a little difficult because I had not yet operated with this site, when we arrived was td right and we were stayed in a room with a folder and a wonderful smell, we complained in the gateway and the attendant quickly re-allocated us in a fourth floor I think this was already passed in hotel.

Mercure is so reliable with reception Lucia who can speak fluent English. She is so kind to help us book tango show for us. the breakfast nascent a variety of bread, pastry’s, fruit and bacon etc. We enjoyed the salad and risotto in the restaurant although the rib eye has let us down. The hotel is conveniently located about half an hour from the airport and 15 mins to Iguazu Fall and town centre. The tour guide could’ve pick us up easily in the morning after a full breakfast.
We highly recommend Mercure to travellers.

The hotel is located in the Iguazu National Park, and it is very convenient to go to the waterfall. The hotel staff is enthusiastic and attentive. The room is cleaned twice a day, which is very serious and responsible. The room is of a suitable size and the bedding is comfortable. The restaurant has a rich variety of breakfast and dinner, especially the steak, seafood and various dishes for dinner are very distinctive and delicious. There is a super large infinity pool outside the house, which is very comfortable and has good attractions. In short, it is highly recommended!

The hotel is right next to the 'One Glance, Three Countries' spot, which is a bit far from the Grand Waterfall. The Grand Waterfall is very close to the airport, so if you're short on time, going back and forth would be very inconvenient. The hotel offers food at any time, which is incredibly convenient!

Staff were super friendly and left a note and cake for my bf when it was his birthday. Unexpected and very sweet. Great at giving different options for transport around the area. Location couldn't be better a minute walk to the bus terminal. We used the bus every day travelling to iguazu falls Argentina and Brasil side.

Came over after a terrible experience at Rainforest and it was like heaven on earth.
The hotel is conveniently located with a bus stop 5 min walk outside that takes you to the airport and the waterfalls at hourly frequency. There is also a taxi operator right across the hotel.
The hotel staff immediately walked out to assist with our luggage upon our arrival and was extremely hospitable. A complimentary 25 min visit to the sauna was included, gimmicky but it was a nice touch.
The room was large, spacious and clean. AC was reliable as was the hot water and water pressure. Breakfast was basic but there was a large spread.
We had an enjoyable experience.

Located in a dense forest, the environment is beautiful and elegant. The reason for the high humidity may be that the hotel is an all-wooden structure with a sense of age and the facilities are a bit older.

We arrived before 9am and could check into our room straightaway. Very grateful to be able to do so and focus on getting to Iguazu Falls. We had no idea how to get there and the receptionist swiftly settled for us by helping us book return transport. The room was spacious and had good views. Nothing luxurious but serves it's purpose well. See pic. The breakfast was nothing fancy but decent. There are 2 swimming pools. One at ground level, one at 9th floor. You can fill up your bottles at the gym, basically all I needed.

GGuest UserThe hotel is seriously run down in terms of maintenance. The spa is only open five hours a day, and it's difficult to get appointments for the number of hotel guests. If we book at 3:00 PM, we can't get in until 4:00 PM because it takes an hour to fill the whirlpool, and the staff doesn't arrive until 3:00 PM. The restaurant isn't open at night, so you have to go to the hotel next door for dinner, about 150 meters away at night and on the highway.
The best thing about the hotel is the restaurant service and the attentive service.
