All these are the positive aspects of the hotel. However, they keep your passport hostage at the reception and do not want to give it to you until you leave the hotel. I have no idea how they can cover any damage to the passport. and actually a great irresponsibility for the hotel. But they don't even care. Finally, it is very absurd that they ask for a fee at check-out for the water in the room.

Stayed one night in Bosnia and Herzegovina. It was a good experience to stay here after a long journey. The hotel was clean. The breakfast was limited to Western style, which was bread, cheese, milk and cereal. It was definitely not comparable to Chinese breakfast. It was OK.

The location of this hotel is not bad. It takes 4 minutes to walk to the Eternal Flame and 10 minutes to walk to the East-West Cultural Line. The room is also quite big and quiet in a busy place. The breakfast seems average, but it is actually very filling and there are many choices. Overall it is good. But I found a circle of hair from the previous guest in the bathroom. I booked two rooms in total. The double room for my parents only had a bottle of water on the first day of check-in. My room was single and there was no water when I checked in. I asked the cleaning lady for a bottle of water when I was going out the next day. Her reply was: We have no water today, just drink tap water 😿. This is not a problem with water, but a sense of service! The trash can in my parents' room has all the trash from the previous guest!

The hotel was nice, the bedroom was nice and very clean. But the amenities were quite basic for a 5 stars hotel, the swimming pool/spa area was very poorly managed with staff not paying much attention and parts closed and quite poor quality. Overall it was a good stay but it could be easily improved.
