The hotel's facilities exude a charming, classic elegance! The balcony room was a huge plus for drying clothes, which is incredibly important for travelers. Breakfast was simple, with no hot options. However, I really enjoyed the variety of sliced hams they offered, a true local specialty. Sipping English black tea while assembling bread with those colorful ham slices and a couple of cheese slices was an absolute delight! Florence is beautiful. These experiences will become cherished memories for us. Thank you!

Really enjoyed our stay. Close to the train station, you can get the tram very easily and close to nice cafes and Resturants. The pool was nice to visit in the afternoons when it got hot with a great view. However it’s much smaller than it looks in the photos. Highly recommend this hotel to those visiting Florence

Amazing services! We are allowed to check in early… what a saint! We were so tried of the travel and when we saw the clean room and nice big bathroom it was just an amazing feeling. There were always people / security at the reception so when we cane back very late after Andrea Bocelli’s concert we can get in with no trouble. Also we were lucky that we got whole room to ourselves :) the highlight of this apartment is very clean and friendly staff!

The hotel is very close to the train station. Service was good. The room was quite small, but it felt surprisingly cozy, and all amenities were well-stocked. I was told it wouldn't earn IHG points, but I later noticed some bonus points had been added to my account. The restaurant was decent. Breakfast was okay, though it did get a bit repetitive after having it for many days. Many places are within walking distance, and public transport is also easily accessible. There's a Five Guys right outside the train station, and their extra Cajun fries are delicious!

The hotel is a five-minute walk from the train station. The surrounding streets were quite diverse, with a noticeable presence of Black people. There were also plenty of restaurants nearby, offering a wide range of dining options.
Cleanliness: As an older hotel, the facilities were a bit dated. However, the room was reasonably clean, though quite small and a bit cramped for two people. A big plus was the very strong air conditioning.
Service: The service was acceptable. The gentleman at the front desk was quite handsome, and the older gentleman was also very European and gentlemanly, which was pleasant to see.
Breakfast: The breakfast was good, with plenty of choices, though the croissants were just average. A waiter proactively offered coffee and tea. The restaurant had consecutively been awarded Michelin stars before 2018, with a label proudly displayed at the hotel entrance.
Local Amenities: If you exit the hotel, turn right, then turn left after about 20 meters, you'll find a local, affordable supermarket selling bread, fruit, vegetables, and milk, which is very convenient.

From outside is just an ordinary building. Once step inside is a whole new world. I believe their theme is heaven and Hell. I chose heaven. So I was given a room with cupids, clouds and happiness. Room is spacious and comfortable. Free minibar for 1st round. Also have drips coffee and tea. The surrounding of this hotel is very instagramable. The staff are also friendly. The hotel is closed to duomo, ponte Vechcio and many point of interest. Shopping is also close by. I would highly recommend this hotel.
More than expected, the hotel appearance is not good, the inside is particularly clean and comfortable, the beach is very close, the big bed is very comfortable, better than the five-star hotel I lived in before. Participated in the carnival of the town, the service staff was also very enthusiastic.
Extremely satisfied! The room was perfectly equipped and even had a spacious balcony. The kitchen was a huge bonus, making it incredibly convenient to prepare our own meals. There's a large supermarket just a short walk to the right from the exit, and all the main attractions are within easy walking distance.

The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful throughout. The hotel is centrally located, so ideal for lots of walking to the main sights in Firenze and within a 10 minute walk from the train station.
Unfortunately, the room we had didn't have any view apart from some rooftops. However, we were out most of the time enjoying the food, drinks, and sights of the cobbled streets of the town.

Very Good
KkindaleiThe newly opened hotel is not in the old town and is relatively quiet, but it is also a little far from the attractions. It takes more than ten minutes to walk... But there are many restaurants nearby, and there are many choices. The hotel service attitude is good but just... slow. The room is very spacious, especially the bathroom. The bedding and bath products are very comfortable, and the most important thing is that they are new! Everything is very new, so it is very comfortable to live in. Although it is a renovated 200-year-old house, it is very bright and the windows are equipped with two layers of double-layer soundproof glass. It is quiet... isolated from the world. The breakfast selection is quite rich, but it costs 35 euros to buy it separately, which is a bit cost-effective.
AAThe hotel is located in a very small town. The hotel itself is good. I got a new room, there was no noise. Very clean, cleaned every day. Of the shortcomings I can note: no shampoo, a poorly working refrigerator and no glasses in the room.
I asked for glasses at the reception, they sent me to the bar, where they gave me plastic glasses.... I took glass ones myself, since I do not drink from plastic.
The hotel and Tirrenia itself are an ideal place to distance yourself from the world. Life in the city freezes at 8-9 o'clock. There is nowhere to go.
A good supermarket and several restaurants are a 2-minute walk from the hotel. The food in none of them was particularly impressive.
The sea is gorgeous. Very clean. The beach is also kept clean.
Pisa is a half-hour bus ride from the hotel. There is nothing to do there, except for visiting the tower, but it is not long - 30 minutes maximum.
Thank you for the rest.
GGuest UserVery good, the room is big enough, it may be a bit old, but the hygiene is still OK, and there is free parking, which is very good, not bad, not bad, and the breakfast is also quite rich
GGuest UserThe hotel is conveniently located near the central station. But the street is too narrow and noisy when there were traffic. The staff are not friendly nor helpful. The only time you feel you are welcome was you booked tours through them. The breakfast room is small and in the basement. There is no view throughout the whole hotel.

DDarrenThe stay experience is very comfortable. The room is very warm and feels like home. The bedding is soft and I slept soundly. The view outside the window is also beautiful, which makes people feel happy. The staff is considerate and always smiling, which makes people feel warm.
IISTP遊記I booked this hotel for myself and my family. We really appreciate the friendly service from the staff throughout our stay. The building itself is gorgeous and is located within a few minutes walk from the Firenze SMN train station.
We stayed in two two-bed rooms. One of which was big with a walk-in closet. However the other one was small and we could hear the water pipes at night. Sound isolation was also not great as we could hear laughter from the guests staying next door. Would recommend this hotel to travellers who look for a central location and do not mind hearing some noise from pipes or guests chattering at night.
