The hotel design is very traditional and beautiful. Room is very clean and very comfortable with design ! Breakfast was superb in terms of Europe standard. Staffs are super friendly and helpful during the stay and we hope we will stay at this hotel soon.

The most beautiful, quiet peaceful place, breakfast buffet was great, the views are breathtaking, staff goes over and beyond, thank you Andrea, other guest friendly, everyone happy. Loved it want to return for a longer stay. Pool nice also

Ho soggiornato all’Hotel Continental per una notte il 16 agosto e ho trovato la mia esperienza mista. Sebbene sia un hotel a 4 stelle, ho notato alcune aree che potrebbero beneficiare di una ristrutturazione. Posizione e servizi: La posizione dell'hotel è sicuramente un punto a favore, essendo direttamente sul mare e dotato di una grande piscina. Tuttavia, ho riscontrato un inconveniente riguardo al servizio in spiaggia. Non mi era stato comunicato che era disponibile solo fino alle 12:00 del giorno seguente. Questo dettaglio è stato svelato dalla bagnina, che mi ha informato che avrei dovuto pagare per una mezza giornata se avessi voluto rimanere in spiaggia fino alle 16:00, quando ho dovuto lasciare la struttura. Camera e pulizia: La camera era piuttosto piccola e ho notato che i vetri delle finestre erano sporchi, il che non ha contribuito a una buona impressione al mio arrivo. Colazione: La colazione era nella media e, sebbene non avessi molte alternative disponibili, l'ho trovata abbastanza buona per iniziare la giornata. Prezzo: Infine, il prezzo che ho pagato per una sola notte mi è sembrato piuttosto elevato rispetto ai servizi offerti, soprattutto considerando che stavo cercando un soggiorno più accessibile. In conclusione, l’Hotel Continental ha un buon potenziale grazie alla sua posizione, ma ci sono aspetti che necessitano di miglioramenti significativi per giustificare il prezzo e le aspettative di un hotel a 4 stelle. Spero che la gestione prenda in considerazione questi suggerimenti per offrire un'esperienza migliore in futuro.

Some power outlets in the room had poor contact, and the breakfast was quite ordinary. However, parking was convenient, making it perfect for self-driving tours. The room was spacious with good lighting, and the bedding and towels were very comfortable. Overall, I had a great stay!

The hotel is very close to the train station and bus station, and the hotel room looks relatively clean. However, the hotel does not even provide mineral water, so the price is still a bit low. It may be due to the peak season, I can only understand it this way.

The amenities were replenished daily, which was great because I could take them with me and use them at the next hotel! The bathroom was made of marble!

Facilities: The facilities are relatively new, on par with a 3-4 star hotel in China. The elevator is tiny; three people plus two suitcases fill it up. The hallway layout is very strange; some rooms on the same floor require going up a few steps. Unfortunately, I was assigned one of those rooms, and had to carry several huge suitcases up the steps. I checked in around 1 AM and was given a room on the second floor facing the road – incredibly noisy! The light rail runs until about 1 AM and starts again very early in the morning, so getting a good night's sleep was impossible. Major disappointment!!!!! Cleanliness: The cleaning was okay, I guess. The new towels were just casually placed on the sink, and the trash from previous use on the sink wasn't completely cleared. Environment: The overall decor is quite odd, very colorful. Service: Similar to a budget hotel in China; I wouldn't say there was any real service. I had a great experience staying at an Indigo hotel before, while traveling with Shangri-La in China, so I specifically chose Indigo this time, but the difference was huge. I'll definitely think twice in the future. The only upside is its proximity to the station.

The location is incredibly tourist-friendly, making it easy to reach attractions and enjoy evening strolls. The overall service standard is excellent; the front desk is efficient with check-ins, so guests don't have to wait long. The room's amenities are new and comfortable, and the terrace has a particularly nice atmosphere in the evening. This is a hotel with both style and a fantastic location.

First off, great crew at the front desk. Whether it’s answering my calls requesting the ironing board, or calling a cab for me the day of my departure, they were always available and willing to help. The issue is they might have overdone it in one instance when I put a note on the room door before leaving asking not to be disturbed and came back to see someone had gotten into my room, changed sheets and towels + “arranged” my stuff. Nice intention but got me confused looking for certain things. The gym was also a little disappointing: tiny, very limited equipment and only fit for one person at a time. It’s really a space to do yoga and stretch, with one treadmill. But it helped nonetheless. The real elephant in the room was the location. I found this hotel looking for a place in Florence and this is very misleading from the booking platforms. The city is Prato, there are no Ubers, public transit tricky to navigate (walk 10-15 minutes + take 2 buses and a train to get to Florence in a trip that totals 1h30 min on average) and taxis are rare + expensive (the cheapest I paid was 50€ for a 13 min trip to the airport). Not to mention most taxi drivers are clearly scamming you because they know you’re desperate, turning off their meters and asking you to pay cash. Overall, not my most memorable experience and would only recommend if you’re staying in Prato. If you plan to visit Florence and are tempted to book a cheaper hotel north of the city, think twice.

The hotel is about a 15-minute walk from Florence Cathedral (Duomo), or a 5-minute taxi ride from the train station. Although it's slightly away from the city center, located in a quiet residential area, it's peaceful and free from tourist crowds! Check-in at the front desk is until 2 PM, after which it's self-service, which is very straightforward. The front desk staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and clean, with all the necessary amenities. Additionally, the hotel boasts a very large garden where guests can enjoy coffee and socialize.
