I was thoroughly impressed by the overall experience. The location, directly above Nagoya Station, made travel extremely convenient, especially for a short stay. My room was spacious, comfortable, and offered stunning city views. The staff were courteous and efficient, ensuring a smooth check-in and a pleasant atmosphere throughout my stay. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of Japanese and Western options. I highly recommend this hotel for business travelers who value comfort, convenience, and attentive service while visiting Nagoya.

The hotel is directly connected to the subway station, with Exit 13 leading straight to its B1 level. Its location is excellent, making transportation incredibly convenient. The public areas are stunning, offering fantastic views overlooking the city of Nagoya. However, there were a few things I wasn't entirely satisfied with. The room cleaning was mediocre, as two obvious bags of trash were not removed. Also, my request for a high floor, which I noted during booking, was not accommodated. The mini-fridge was extremely tiny, barely holding three drinks. Aside from these points, everything else was satisfactory.
Inuyama is a small town that can usually be explored in half a day, so an overnight stay isn't always necessary. However, if you choose to take your time and spend a night there, this hotel is definitely your best bet. The hotel is relatively new, so its decor and facilities are pristine. The expansive glass wall in the lobby provides a fantastic view of Inuyama Castle across the way, and when combined with the hotel's reflection on the water outside, the overall vista is truly stunning. The hotel also boasts a natural hot spring on the first floor, featuring both indoor and outdoor baths. This onsen, nicknamed 'Hakutei no Yu' (White Emperor's Hot Spring), is the only natural hot spring in Aichi Prefecture. Interestingly, its name is connected to Li Bai's famous poem about departing Baidi City, as Inuyama Castle itself is also known as Hakutei-jo (White Emperor Castle). Adjacent to the hotel is Yu-en, a garden that guests can access without an admission fee. You can also experience a traditional tea ceremony there for 600 JPY. The National Treasure Jo-an Teahouse nearby was also built by Oda Nobunaga's younger brother. The only real drawback is the hotel's somewhat isolated location; there's absolutely nothing in the immediate vicinity, not even a convenience store. We had to walk over a kilometer to find a place to eat. However, this long walk allowed us to witness Inuyama Castle beautifully lit by the evening sunset, which turned out to be a delightful unexpected bonus.

Excellent in most aspects, great location, room is very clean and comfortable, great service, during our stay it rained heavily on one day and hotel provided umbrella for guests to borrow. Only downside is the lack of English speaking tv channels but it’s fine as we were out most of the day. Definitely highly recommend to those want to visit Nagoya

Very pleasure stay. Good location, just beside the train station which can go to airport directly and many tourists place, a very short walking distance to hotel with cover, easy to get food surrounding. Slightly aged, but room is clean, bed is comfortable. Nice view from hotel. Will definitely stay again next time.
The room size, especially for a Japanese hotel, was quite generous. We booked a triple room with three single beds, and there was still enough space to open our large suitcases flat on the floor. The room was kept very clean. On our first day, we noticed the sink wasn't draining properly, but to our surprise, it had already been fixed by the time we returned on the second day. The housekeeping service was also very prompt and efficient. We were on a high floor, offering nice views of the city, especially at night. The hotel itself was very quiet. There's a convenience store nearby, along with a small shopping mall and a drug store, making it quite convenient for dining and shopping. The hotel has direct access to the subway from its second floor, allowing easy transfers at Nagoya Station to other subway lines and JR trains to various destinations. While the location might not be as central as a Marriott, it's an excellent choice if you prefer a quieter stay. You're just one subway stop away from major transfer points.
The room was spotlessly clean, and the furniture and decorations were very textured, showing the hotel's care. The hot water was stable and plentiful, and the bathing experience was excellent. The main thing was that the hot spring experience was so good, and there was a massage chair after the bath, which was a perfect detail! After a good night's sleep, the whole person was refreshed. The JR station is right at the door, and the location is perfect. There is a popular bakery not far away, which is really delicious, but there are too many people queuing
Everything else is very good. The location is also convenient. There are many convenience stores and places to eat around. The breakfast is just average.

This was my first time staying at this hotel.
The staff were all kind and polite, and the facilities were well-equipped with a large public bath, bedrock bath, massage chairs, and more, so I was able to have a very comfortable stay.
For breakfast, I had bread and soup. The amount was just right for a busy morning, and it was delicious, so I was very satisfied.
I stayed in the South Wing, but there was an apartment building or hotel next door, so I couldn't open the curtains, so the only request I would make to the hotel is that I would like lace blackout curtains.
Very Good

Amazing
LLocketloveeVery conveniently located at the Nagoya station so it makes travelling very easy esp with a toddler! Also it’s above the JR gate tower and there’s so many things to shop and eat. We could easily head down to Uniqlo, GU, BIC camera etc. Service was excellent. I had amazon packages delivered to the hotel on the day i was checking in, and the staff alr placed the packages inside my hotel room beforehand! Also hotel guests enjoy special offers at the restaurants on Level 12 and 13 which included the v popular Sushi no Midori! We had our best meal in Nagoya there… super fresh and affordable sushi. The only thing to note is that the rooms facing the train station can hear them coming in and out so if you’re a light sleeper it might disrupt your sleep. We were fine with it though. I would definitely stay here again!
DDJDQThe room was very spacious, located at the very end of the hallway, making it exceptionally quiet. I didn't hear any noise from other guests all night. They even replenished all the consumed water bottles during turndown service.
The king-sized bed was incredibly wide and comfortable. The bathroom was also remarkably large, the biggest I've encountered in all the hotels I've stayed at during this trip. It featured a separate shower and bathtub, so I didn't have to put up with showering in the tub.
The hotel offers buckwheat pillows. I found the standard pillows too high, so I requested a buckwheat pillow, and its height and firmness were perfect.
The breakfast spread was very generous, featuring smoked salmon, vegetable salad, and a variety of fruits. Guests could also choose a main dish prepared fresh on the spot. The green tea was also delicious. The staff were very proactive and attentive in their service.
The hotel is conveniently located right next to Exit 1 of the nearest subway station. However, reaching Nagoya Station requires one subway transfer.

GGuest UserWe stayed for only one night, and the location is right in the center of Nagoya — very convenient for walking around and exploring the city. The room was small, but clean and modern, which we appreciated. The restaurant is quite small, so we had to wait in line in the morning for breakfast. However, the breakfast was simple yet satisfying, and good enough for me. Overall, a pleasant and convenient stay for a short visit.
AAnonymous UserThe hotel is very close to the airport. There is a walkway connecting to the hotel. It is very convenient for those who do not want to travel far to travel. The view from the room is the sea. It is very beautiful. There is free breakfast. The sausage is very delicious. The room is spacious and clean. Although the facilities look old compared to many hotels I have stayed at, they are well maintained and still very usable. It is a pity that the pillows are very flat. It would be better if there were two pillows per bed.

GGuest UserThe hotel itself is good although the location is a bit far from Nagoya station, around 20 minutes walk. Breakfast is delicious and the signature dishes eel omelettes and oatmeal are must try. Carpark with reasonable price, yen$1200 per night.
