Lovely hotel, a little dated, but that really adds to its charm. The staff are fantastic, very friendly. Lovely pool. Rooms are large, comfortable beds and great bathrooms. Definitely will stay again.
This stay was a piece of paradise in the city. The staff was very helpful to set up tours and offer suggestions. We decided to try the cooking class with Chef ImTer, and he was awesome. He was patient, knowledgeable and encouraging. The Khmer food was delicious! Even though it rained, they loved the class inside for us. Also , Polin (I think that’s how it was spelled) was so nice at every breakfast. If you’re in Siem Reap, this is a great option to relax.

This is a nice hotel with a great pool and all other amenities that make a holiday pleasant. The rooms are very clean, the service very friendly. During the day it is possible to order food and drinks at a pool bar. The location is also very central - close to the Made in Cambodia Market and many other shops and cafes.
I would happily stay there again.

I stay at the Regency hotel is very pleasant. I enjoy all the amenities and the breakfast. This is my second stay at this hotel. I’ll definitely come back here.
The room was in line with expectations, similar to the pictures
The pool is large, and the pool room means you can see the pool/walk to the pool door
The service is neither humble nor arrogant. Checking in early will charge more money
Breakfast is 3-4 stars, generally acceptable
From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff, who made us feel at home right away. They went above and beyond to take care of us and assisted with all of our plans, making our stay stress-free and enjoyable.
The hotel itself is fantastic – the rooms are spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, and the pool area is perfect for relaxation. The service was flawless throughout our stay, with the team always attentive and friendly.
One of the highlights was the breakfast – absolutely delicious and with a great variety of options to suit every taste. It was the perfect way to start each day.
Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional experience!
The service at this hotel was, all in all, excellent. The staff (with the minor exception of the young, night shift receptionists) was super helpful and kind. And the complimentary breakfast was also excellent. These were huge plusses. But small (some really tiny) cockroaches were lurking in the bathroom on all nights of my stay, which i did not mind as much as the sunrise watching ***** who slammed the door at exiting at 5am... Perhaps better soundproofing possible?
Never have I stayed at a higher class Hotel. It was impeccable. The attention to detail was overboard: They have contour French hair products in the rooms . Their Bread is home made . Their yogurt is home made. The restaurant has 24 hour service.
The staff is beyond amazing . I just got lucky that I found it .

The Le Grande Indochine Hotel is truly exceptional and highly recommended! The impeccable service and friendly staff make it feel like a top-notch five-star establishment. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed with a seamless blend of traditional and contemporary elements, rivaling any high-end hotel. The breakfast buffet next to the picturesque pool offers a delightful start to the day. The pool itself is inviting and well-maintained. The hotel's location is convenient, with a short 10-minute walk to the city center. For those who prefer not to walk, the receptionist can easily arrange a Tuk Tuk. I look forward to returning to the Grand Indochine Hotel on my next visit. This is the picture of the room when i arrive and I took photos of it.
To begin the lotus blanc hotel demonstrates excellent attention to costumer satisfaction even going as far of upgrading to better rooms if your original room has even a single problem. They also bring to the table a staff which helps recommend things to do which range from tourist attraction to restaurants which include the original way of dancing in Cambodia.
Finally, the overall experience was over the top! And we will be back again for sure!

NNatalya*This was by far the best hotel and service experience I have ever had! Staff greets you and even sends you off with farewell. Breakfast buffet so amazing. And when I wasn’t feeling well they even made me special oatmeal I requested for free. The rooms are so nice and artistic, beds so comfy. The mango wrap was so nice and includes massage and snacks. I would love to come back! Check out the New Dream of Cambodia Children School which is the only free school by donation. And also check out the Phare Circus. Of course temples but Beng Mealea temple is a less touristy hidden gem!

Ssaera kimWe provide refreshing coconuts and wet towels in the large and spacious car that picks you up from the airport. After eating the coconuts, you will arrive at the hotel.
The staff is friendly and the breakfast is fresh and delicious.
We provide fresh fruit juice and delicious coffee.
The room is large and clean, the air conditioner is cool, and the bathroom is clean.
Even if you are far from the city, a tuk-tuk is waiting for you at any time.
If it rains, they will lend you an umbrella and the smiling staff will make your trip pleasant.
Free massage and welcome wine and fruit will make you feel good.
The swimming pool is large and great for relaxation.
The owner is friendly and seeing his smile makes me realize why the hotel staff are so friendly.
I had a really comfortable trip in Siem Reap, Cambodia. Thank you.
AAdrian K M HoThe Courtyard by Marriott in Siem Reap offers a prime location on a main street, making it easily recognisable to ride-hailing drivers. The property features an impressive entrance with a spacious driveway that facilitates smooth pick-ups and drop-offs.
The lobby creates an excellent first impression with its minimalist design, thoughtful lighting, and generous space. The check-in and check-out processes at the reception desk were efficient and hassle-free.
Throughout my five-day stay, the staff consistently demonstrated professionalism and courtesy in every interaction. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade to a pool-facing room with a balcony, despite not requesting one.
However, as a wheelchair user, I encountered several accessibility challenges. While the staff were accommodating in helping me change rooms when the first one proved unsuitable, basic accessibility features were lacking. The hotel was unable to provide a plastic chair for showering, which made bathing both difficult and potentially hazardous. More concerning was the swimming pool area, which lacked wheelchair ramps, making it completely inaccessible due to steps.
For a 5-star establishment under the Marriott brand, these accessibility oversights were disappointing. Most international hotels typically provide better accommodation for guests with mobility needs. Despite being a Marriott Bonvoy member, these limitations significantly impact the likelihood of my return. Future travellers with accessibility requirements should thoroughly verify the hotel's facilities before booking.
While the hotel excels in location, aesthetics, and service attitude, its accessibility infrastructure falls short of international standards, particularly for a property of this calibre.
SSteven Timothy RoweThe first night I was put in a room with an air conditioner that was running but never cooled. The next room had a family of very loud people that went most of the night. The staff is friendly and attentive, but obtrusive. I was moved to another room which had excellent air conditioning and was comfortable.
I have lived extensively in SE Asia and am familiar with the culture. However, always being asked,”Where are you going,” or “What are you doing?” Made me feel very uncomfortable. Simply tell guests that if they need anything or have any questions to please ask, instead of feeling interrogated each time I walked in and out of the hotel.
The girl that served in the dining room had a warm smile and was very kind and she always tried to serve well and did great. The days she was off, it was an uncomfortable awkward experience just trying to have a simple breakfast. Just trying to get salt or getting condiments so that I could eat my food while it was hot, was almost impossible.
As an exercise swimmer, the pool was very unclear at first. I asked if it could be cleaned and their was resistance to do so. Eventually it was cleaned and later it was much better.
I booked my room for two and my girlfriend was only able to be with me part of the time. One evening when I walked into reception with her, the guy was rude and disrespectful and interrogating us both. It was a very uncomfortable and unacceptable situation.
I had booked it for two weeks. Two days before I left, one evening, there was a rat running on the soffit near the ceiling. I didn’t complain about it because my stay was nearly finished and I don’t know what they would even try to do to remedy the situation.
The balconies are nice and overall it was quiet and peaceful.
DDaraishaExcellent service! Everyone there was so kind. We had so many lovely conversations with staff. The facilities had everything you needed - gym, 24 hour in-room dining, pool, bar, massage. Location is walkable to many restaurants, stores etc. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. Room was large, bed was comfy. Enough space to lounge, 2 desk areas, large bathroom, tub/shower and closet space. Staff was amazing! We loved everyone and Mr.November at the pool educated on many traditional customs, we had a wonderful conversation with him as with everyone there. Front desk was helpful, friendly. Can’t say anything negative, very good hotel.

GGuest UserI really recommend this hotel. The entire hotel is surrounded by green plants and is very close to nature. It has two swimming pools. They are very clean and the facilities are very new. I must praise their service. All the waiters are warm and friendly. Self-service The breakfast is also a must-have, rich in variety and very delicious. I ordered something different every day after staying for four days😋The price/performance ratio far exceeds the domestic level of 2000+
GGuest UserThis hotel is excellent in every way but the staff are the icing on the cake. I received a warm welcome with a glass of fresh orange juice and Mr Meas gave me a personal introduction to the hotel and showed me around and the room. The breakfast is delicious and you could choose from variety of options and open from 6 am until 11 am. Other meals can be provided also. The breakfast lounge is next to the pool and very pleasant environment to start your day. The room was beautiful, spacious with antique wooden furniture. Very clean room and daily cleaning provided. The services provided are excellent and staff are always around to facilitate any of your request and willing to go extra mile to accommodate. The foot massage was very professional and one of the best I have had. The location is not too far and costs about 3 USD for a Tuktuk ride to the centre. Mr Sochea sent me off after my stay with colleagues and throughout the stay I received a more personalized family orientated service I would say. It was sad to leave this hotel. On an additional note, Cambodia is a must see country with full of very friendly and kind people. I had a great time there! I shall return again to this country / hotel and looking forward to staying longer the next time.
