Quiet in the noisy, good service, and overall satisfaction.
The room details are very good, and the decoration design is almost a bit relative to the price/performance ratio.
There are no high-rise buildings in Siem Reap, so this Park Hyatt is not high, and it is a Nanyang-style building. We stayed on the first floor, and there was a swimming pool right outside the room, which was very nice. The service was excellent, and the breakfast was rich and delicious. I loved the French toast here the most. The price of 3300/night is good value for money, but compared to the 2200/night of the magnificent hotel in Phnom Penh, the cost performance is slightly lower.
The Courtyard by Marriott in Siem Reap offers a prime location on a main street, making it easily recognisable to ride-hailing drivers. The property features an impressive entrance with a spacious driveway that facilitates smooth pick-ups and drop-offs.
The lobby creates an excellent first impression with its minimalist design, thoughtful lighting, and generous space. The check-in and check-out processes at the reception desk were efficient and hassle-free.
Throughout my five-day stay, the staff consistently demonstrated professionalism and courtesy in every interaction. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade to a pool-facing room with a balcony, despite not requesting one.
However, as a wheelchair user, I encountered several accessibility challenges. While the staff were accommodating in helping me change rooms when the first one proved unsuitable, basic accessibility features were lacking. The hotel was unable to provide a plastic chair for showering, which made bathing both difficult and potentially hazardous. More concerning was the swimming pool area, which lacked wheelchair ramps, making it completely inaccessible due to steps.
For a 5-star establishment under the Marriott brand, these accessibility oversights were disappointing. Most international hotels typically provide better accommodation for guests with mobility needs. Despite being a Marriott Bonvoy member, these limitations significantly impact the likelihood of my return. Future travellers with accessibility requirements should thoroughly verify the hotel's facilities before booking.
While the hotel excels in location, aesthetics, and service attitude, its accessibility infrastructure falls short of international standards, particularly for a property of this calibre.
Truly an unforgettable stay in this serene and safe haven of lush greenery that will surely rejuvenate your soul. Along with the most delightful and warm hearted staffs which made my stay more remarkable! What a brilliant service.
The in-house restaurant was also a delight, very much enjoyed every dishes I had ordered! I’d also highly recommend a session in the spa, the “jasmine rice body scrub” — a definite must. And each day, my room was carefully and very well maintained by the lovely housekeepers! As for the hotel’s location is accessible to most areas, and it’s convenient to grab a tuk tuk all day around.
I will most certainly return, and for a much longer period of time!
The whole hotel is so Instagrammable! Every corner looks beautiful.
Room was spacious, bed was comfortable.
It has 2 pools including roof top which is infinity pool.
This is the only hotel that offers two times housekeeping and also snacks during evening housekeeping ! I had banana chips, sweet potato chips and Khmer local dessert. Simply delightful !
Breakfast was splendid with menu to order and buffet spread of pastries, salads and fruits. Spoilt for choice and taste was delicious !
Had a 30mins free massage and the skill was outstanding; felt real good for 30mins.
All hotel personnel was polite and helpful.
Hotel's location is within walking distance (max 15mins) to night market and Hard Rock Cafe or can easily book a Tuk Tuk (USD2) or cheaper via Grab App.
This stay was a piece of paradise in the city. The staff was very helpful to set up tours and offer suggestions. We decided to try the cooking class with Chef ImTer, and he was awesome. He was patient, knowledgeable and encouraging. The Khmer food was delicious! Even though it rained, they loved the class inside for us. Also , Polin (I think that’s how it was spelled) was so nice at every breakfast. If you’re in Siem Reap, this is a great option to relax.
The staff was at service at all time, they even prepared breakfast for the sunrise tour at 3:30am. The hotel is amazing, perfect for a natural scenery and pretty close to the city center (10min walk)

We loved our stay at this hotel. The people from the reception were very attentive and supportive and helped us to book a tuk tuk for a day tour in Angkor wat. They gave us welcome drinks too. Overall was a 5 but I was a little bit frustrated because I wanted to use the gym but the gym was open from 7 am to 7 pm. That made it imposible for me to use it after a long day tour or before a tour because we arrived to late or we had to leave early. In every hotel we stayed the gym is open until 10 pm, so that people can use it after dinner but they close it at 7 pm…. I hope they can extend the opening hours. The breakfast was great ok.
It is a solid choice for a comfortable stay! The overall experience was pleasant, with clean and well-maintained rooms and friendly, attentive staff who made sure everything went smoothly.
The amenities were nice, though the pool area could use a little updating to match the rest of the hotel’s charm. That being said, it was still a great spot to relax and unwind.
Everything else—from the service to the atmosphere—was enjoyable and made my stay feel worthwhile. A great option if you’re looking for a reliable and relaxing getaway!
The staffs were so friendly and helpful. Room and space quite huge and clean. You can get Cambodian tropical breakfast with delicious taste and also you can get Europe breakfast too. Many choices for you. 🥰

KKhendyIt was my first time staying at The Royal Family Suite by Memoire Palace Resort and Spa and I loved it! I stayed at the Grand Pool Suite, it was luxurious and spacious. 10/10 would recommend. Love the view, room, pool & buffet! Definitely staying there again in the future.
NNatalya*This was by far the best hotel and service experience I have ever had! Staff greets you and even sends you off with farewell. Breakfast buffet so amazing. And when I wasn’t feeling well they even made me special oatmeal I requested for free. The rooms are so nice and artistic, beds so comfy. The mango wrap was so nice and includes massage and snacks. I would love to come back! Check out the New Dream of Cambodia Children School which is the only free school by donation. And also check out the Phare Circus. Of course temples but Beng Mealea temple is a less touristy hidden gem!

AAnonymous UserAnansaya La Maison, located conveniently near Angkor Wat, offered a well-rounded experience. Negotiable scooter rentals provided by the hotel significantly enhanced our exploration flexibility. The standout feature was undoubtedly the complimentary massage, which was superbly relaxing.
The hotel welcomed us with a free airport transfer, an appreciated gesture. However, a subsequent airport transfer incurred a $40 charge, which felt disproportionately high for the short distance involved and the current fuel prices in Cambodia.
The maintenance of the hotel was exemplary, demonstrating the staff's dedication to providing a clean and welcoming environment. Our room faced the wall of an adjacent building, which, while not ideal, was a minor inconvenience as we spent most of our time out exploring.
Breakfast options were basic but were partly made up for by the inclusion of delicious exotic fruits. A particularly convenient amenity was the complimentary laundry service, which we found very useful.
A delightful addition to our stay was the daily offering of a complimentary non-alcoholic drink and a small snack by the pool, making our time there even more enjoyable.
We chose to dine outside the hotel every evening, a decision we did not regret. The local dining scene offered a plethora of fresh and healthy options (checkout the vegetarian restaurants), allowing us to immerse ourselves in the culinary diversity of Siem Reap and enjoy authentic local flavors.
In conclusion, Anansaya La Maison serves as a commendable base for visitors to Angkor Wat, with its blend of thoughtful amenities and excellent location. While there were minor drawbacks such as the view from our room and the charge for a second airport transfer, the overall experience was enhanced by the hotel's hospitality.

SSteven Timothy RoweThe first night I was put in a room with an air conditioner that was running but never cooled. The next room had a family of very loud people that went most of the night. The staff is friendly and attentive, but obtrusive. I was moved to another room which had excellent air conditioning and was comfortable.
I have lived extensively in SE Asia and am familiar with the culture. However, always being asked,”Where are you going,” or “What are you doing?” Made me feel very uncomfortable. Simply tell guests that if they need anything or have any questions to please ask, instead of feeling interrogated each time I walked in and out of the hotel.
The girl that served in the dining room had a warm smile and was very kind and she always tried to serve well and did great. The days she was off, it was an uncomfortable awkward experience just trying to have a simple breakfast. Just trying to get salt or getting condiments so that I could eat my food while it was hot, was almost impossible.
As an exercise swimmer, the pool was very unclear at first. I asked if it could be cleaned and their was resistance to do so. Eventually it was cleaned and later it was much better.
I booked my room for two and my girlfriend was only able to be with me part of the time. One evening when I walked into reception with her, the guy was rude and disrespectful and interrogating us both. It was a very uncomfortable and unacceptable situation.
I had booked it for two weeks. Two days before I left, one evening, there was a rat running on the soffit near the ceiling. I didn’t complain about it because my stay was nearly finished and I don’t know what they would even try to do to remedy the situation.
The balconies are nice and overall it was quiet and peaceful.
DDaraishaExcellent service! Everyone there was so kind. We had so many lovely conversations with staff. The facilities had everything you needed - gym, 24 hour in-room dining, pool, bar, massage. Location is walkable to many restaurants, stores etc. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. Room was large, bed was comfy. Enough space to lounge, 2 desk areas, large bathroom, tub/shower and closet space. Staff was amazing! We loved everyone and Mr.November at the pool educated on many traditional customs, we had a wonderful conversation with him as with everyone there. Front desk was helpful, friendly. Can’t say anything negative, very good hotel.
GGuest UserThis is a nice hotel with a great pool and all other amenities that make a holiday pleasant. The rooms are very clean, the service very friendly. During the day it is possible to order food and drinks at a pool bar. The location is also very central - close to the Made in Cambodia Market and many other shops and cafes.
I would happily stay there again.
GGuest UserI really recommend this hotel. The entire hotel is surrounded by green plants and is very close to nature. It has two swimming pools. They are very clean and the facilities are very new. I must praise their service. All the waiters are warm and friendly. Self-service The breakfast is also a must-have, rich in variety and very delicious. I ordered something different every day after staying for four days😋The price/performance ratio far exceeds the domestic level of 2000+
