The hotel is already a little tired. In general, everything was fine, I liked it. The rooms are huge and clean. The bed is like an airfield, very large. Breakfast is a la carte, plus salad and fruit as a buffet. The service is very good, the staff are helpful and friendly.

The Riva Vista hotel was beautiful designed property, we loved it all, the service was friendly, the breakfast buffet and the dinner menu were great, very delicious food, attentive service, on a wonderful setting it is just few steps from the Blue Temple, that makes it convenient, but far from downtown.

The staff was really great at English and super amazing! Fern is one of my favorites! She helped us by giving us everything we needed! The breakfast was outstanding, too! It was new and clean.

The facility is comfortable. Room and bathroom are good size. The design of the drainage is very efficient not to allow smell to come out while drain water very fast. This is the problem in some places with drain smell. But this hotel has great set up. The staff - everyone- is very effective. Very helpful in every way from the front door to the dining area for breakfast. This is the hotel I will go back again when I come to Chiang Rai. Thank you for top 10 service.

Its location near the town center makes it convenient for exploring, yet it remains calm and quiet, perfect for a relaxing stay. The breakfast buffet is delicious and offers great variety, adding excellent value to the overall experience. Definitely worth the money paid for such comfort and quality service!

My family and I recently spent four nights at your hotel for some quality bonding time. Initially, I considered relocating due to the distance from downtown. However, during our stay, we found the location to be peaceful, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious food and the spacious swimming pool. Our family had a fantastic stay, and my parents, in particular, expressed their desire to return again. Despite the distance from downtown, we appreciated the tranquility and peaceful atmosphere.
