My short stay at Hilton Gardens Inn Atlanta North/ John's Creek was very good. The place was clean and the staff were friendly and professional. The location is great in that it is situated in the heart of several busy plazas and easy access to the main road. I highly recommend this hotel and do plan on staying again with my next business conference.
Enjoyed my stay Mrs Bridget was amazing she got me checked in early. The food was great for lunch and dinner. Brittany at the bar was very nice and fast service she helped make my birthday celebration memorable. Thank you to both ladies
Breakfast is great! Convenient transportation and parking. The restaurant waiter is very nice, and she stayed at this hotel 2 years ago. Although the legs are a little disabled, they are in a very good state of mind and are responsible for their work.
The people working at La Quinta could not have been nicer or more accommodating. The room was very, very nice and clean. There was nothing whatsoever to complain about. Breakfast both mornings had a wide selection and was actually very good! I would definitely stay at La Quinta again
**Perfect Experience, Highly Recommended!**
I was extremely satisfied with my stay! The breakfast was superb, with a wide selection of both Chinese and Western options. The freshly made breakfast stalls were especially delicious and something I looked forward to every day. The swimming pool had a beautiful environment with clear, clean water, making swimming or relaxing by the pool incredibly pleasant. The comfort was impeccable; the rooms were spacious, the zero-pressure mattresses were incredibly comfortable, the soundproofing was excellent, and the bathroom was a fantastic experience. The entire hotel had a quiet and relaxing atmosphere, and the staff were warm and attentive. From the breakfast and the pool to the overall comfort, everything was impressive, and I will definitely stay here again!
The small town of Woody in the north of Atlanta, it is not blocked for 30 minutes, and it is normally blocked for 50 minutes to the airport.
My colleague checked in and said that he and I were not in the same United States. He had chosen to live near Chinatown Street before. The experience was not very good. I could blame him for his Chinese stomach, haha.
In short, the experience is very good, and the overall quality of the guests is high.

Very Good
QQinianzhiyangThis type of room booked by Ctrip must avoid the third floor. When I entered, I smelled a so-called cigarette smell and immediately asked to change rooms. The front desk said that many people smoke on this floor 😅... The hotel only has a small train next door to the airport. It is not very convenient if you have a lot of luggage or it rains.
GGuest UserThe hotel is quite satisfactory. If you are an international flight and take a taxi by yourself, don't take the hotel's shuttle bus to the domestic passenger terminal. Although you can also check in, then the security check back seat train to the international departure passenger terminal. But there are too many domestic flights and it is easy to be late. If you take the hotel shuttle at least three hours in advance.
GGuest UserIt’s was an enjoyable experience, every where was neat and cordial. Nice ambiance, staffs where exceptional especially the staff Anya she was amazing,a life saver and friendly. But I wasn’t satisfied with the buffet breakfast service.
GGuest UserThis Hotel is in a great Location. The front desk staff are meh. Not very friendly. The Breakfast is pitiful, sausage sitting in a pan full of grease, I know sausage is greasy, but I’ve never seen it served sitting in a pan full of greased. So not appetizing at all. The first day the French toast sticks were stuck together and half cooked. Fruit bowl never refilled. Charging $15 for that is insane!! I will say the Breakfast attendants are sweet and helpful. The parking is ridiculous, I have to pay $45 per day for an attendant to go park my car 50 feet away. That’s just taking advantage of people. I should be able to park my own car instead of being rushed out of my car trying to grab all my things, shopping bags, etc. Hallways are very loud throughout the night. Ghetto guests allowed to say the worst cuss words and talk any way they want to loudly in front of other guests and Children. I finally had to say something to this one girl. This is a family friendly Hotel as the Aquarium, Coke Museum, Centennial Park are all located within walking distance. Hotel staff shouldn’t let crap like this happen or continue. Good luck if you need towels, an extra blanket, or whatever, Housekeeping doesnt clean or replenish anything and that was on my third day. You have to call and ask for it, but the phone doesn’t work in the room and I had to use my cellphone to call the front desk. I had to go get it myself and the guy couldn’t get into the linen closet cause someone locked the door and they didn’t have a key. He had to go to an open room and get it from there, SMH. I paid over $200 a night to stay here and I’m very disappointed. Won’t be back. Will go stay at the overpriced, outdated, Westin instead and pay for an Uber to drive me and my family to where we got to go.
PPreeti KA night shift worker was so rude , while she was handling us about stuff , she was on video call with her man and I seen that he was naked showing himself to her and she was passing throw some dirty words even me and my daughters heard that too , it’s shame while at work doing that disgusting things
GGuest UserOne room Rm#511 did have TV service. Also, the bathroom non on the sink was very loose water was getting everywhere. However, I was then moved to rm#509. Moreover, despite of that a house keeper by the name of Jay was a tremendous help and host. If I ever come there again, I desire to see him.
GGuest UserSuper clean, modern & friendly! Also great breakfast!
I seen when the girls were cleaning rooms tha the beds were completely stripped. That’s always reassuring, especially after having to leave a hotel were it was obviously not done.
Loved the extras- we had dove products and make-up wipes. Just the simple things when traveling are nice to come across.
Breakfast- our options were scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, bacon, fried potatoes, several cereals with regular and almond milk- loved that. Bagels, muffins, several fruits, oatmeal with many topping options, granola bars, 4 different juices, protein yogurt which is a huge plus as a weight loss patient. I might be forgetting a few things. The lady dealing with the breakfast area was super nice as well.
Coffee was ground in the spot in a fancy machine with several good creamer options, not just half and half.
water machine- which was a huge plus for us.
Accessibility- top notch. We have a full time wheelchair user and the room was massive, we typically do standard rooms but they had accessible rooms at the same price so of course we took it. It had a shower seat and massive bathroom. All the drink machines had lower accessible buttons on them. It’s really the little things that make life much easier for disabled people.
