Quiet & less touristy compared to Shirakawago. Quite a walk to Gassho Minshuku Nakaya from the bus stop, but owner was kind to offer us a car ride to the bus stop after we checked out. Overall very comfortable stay.

Staying in a historic homestay for one night, it feels really good, it is more quiet and comfortable than Baichuan Township, the owner is very good, and the breakfast and dinner are really delicious, there is a sightseeing bus at Xingaoka Station to Xiangcangkou Get off, although you have to go a small road, but it is worth it. But if it is rainy or snowy, dragging luggage is a bit difficult to walk, so if you want to go to the five mountains to live in Hezhang Village B&B, I really recommend that it is best to lightly prepare.

The inn was well-cleaned and I had a very comfortable stay. I'm sure they chose the special teacups 🍵. It was very pleasant, the tea was delicious and I felt relaxed. I had the breakfast set, but the surimi miso soup was very tasty, and it was the best, as you can only get in Himi and Misaki-san is so proud of her miso soup. Thank you very much. Next time I'd like to stay with the dinner and breakfast set.

If you go to Lishan Heibu the next day, this place is very good. It is more than 2 kilometers away from Lishan Railway Station. If you make an appointment with the boss in advance, the boss will drive to Lishan Railway Station to pick up and drop off. If you walk to Lishan Railway Station, it takes 30 minutes! We drove us to Lishan Railway Station at 5 am. It took about 7 minutes to arrive. When we arrived, we queued up to buy tickets for the black section of Lishan. We bought the first ticket at 7:10!
