Definitely a nice place to stay in. Just had to text the number they send you the day before your check in and Miss Kate sent us the check in instructions. We were housed at Atria Tower 3, it was nice. The receptionist just photos of our ids and then we were able to locate and check in ourselves. One room was very aesthetic and clean while the other was a little bare and it’s bathroom has an odor. Maybe they should look into this.

I chose this hotel hoping for a quiet night's sleep, but I barely slept at all. Roosters were crowing all night long from somewhere unclear. The soundproofing in the room was also very poor. Another downside is the uphill walk to the hotel, which would be difficult for older guests.
Overall, it's not bad. There's a shared kitchen and a water cooler. Plus, if you're lucky, you might be greeted by a playful dog at reception.
However, I wouldn't return. In this price range, you can find many rooms with better living conditions.
From booking to check-in, throughout our stay, and all the way to checkout—everything was seamless. It was by far the smoothest booking experience we’ve ever had. But the real highlight was the place itself: packed with amenities and thoughtful extra touches that made us feel like we were staying in a five-star hotel, yet at a very affordable price. We’ve officially found our go-to spot whenever we have an event. Kudos to the owners for such an outstanding experience!

Nice stay, but Room 201 might be *******! Lol
If you’re looking for a spot that’s close to the beach but far from the noisy crowds, this is it. It’s super accessible since it’s near the main road. The staff are lovely and the food is a big plus!
The rooms are pretty basic. You get towels and soap/shampoo, but don't forget to pack your own toothbrush and toothpaste. The shower has good hot/cold water, which was appreciated.
Note to future guests: We stayed in Room 201 and the TV turned on by itself at exactly midnight. It was definitely a ”creepy” highlight of the trip! Overall, it was a nice, comfortable stay, but maybe ask for a different room if you’re a spooky sleeper!

Good option in the center of Boracay!
The place is really close to the beach and the main street.
We needed two ”thinner” pillows as the initial ones were really big to sleep on and they brought them pretty soon.
Warm water and fridge available. The AC is working properly.
The only negative is the bed, which is not a proper bed and it's not the best when you stay for a few nights. :/
Not enough natural light as well which is not a big deal.

We stayed at their room kubo style for 2 nights. 1500 per night.
Hello owner, please hear us out 😊
-No Mobile Signal due to it's remote location.
- No free wifi but piso wifi is available. 50pesos for 24hrs.
- Aircon on our room is below 1hp, resulting to a hot temp situation. Electric fan is already present but still not enough. Recommended hp for our room is 1hp & above to compensate it's weather especially in the afternoon.
- if you are a traveller with NO Transportation vehicle , this place is not for you. The location is not accessible from the road. 5-7mins walk from the property to the main road.
- If you think there is an amazing beach to swim beside this property, For us There's None. View only. You can swim but considering its color & cleanliness, i think you cannot. Nasugbu Batangas is much cleaner.
- Towels must be asked.
- Free breakfast ( egg, rice & coffee) other food preference are optional in the menu.
- The staff are very approachable & hospitable. Very good customer service💯
- If you just want a place to stay, you can book here.
Thank you for the wonderful customer service you guys have provided us. Hoping that you may consider upgrading your pool & facilities. By the way, paintings are beautiful 😍

AAGratefulHeartOne of the main reasons we booked this unit was because of the use of swimming pool. Sadly we were only notified that the pool was under maintenance when we got there, we were told that they just started the maintenance just a week prior our arrival 🥴 not the owner’s fault tho, but if we were made aware prior maybe we would be having second thoughts of finding another one with a pool that can be used. Nevertheless, the unit itself is clean, homey and a real plus for our family (a devoted Catholic) as there’s an altar 🙏🏻💗
The host tho didn’t provide us the extra blanket, and towels even though we called twice. It’s on their ads that towels will be provided but none was found. We called and they told and confirmed to us that they would provide the towels but nothing was provided despite of a few follow ups made. So we all had to share with only 3 towels that we brought from home
GGuest UserWe stayed only for one night and were happy there. The inn is close to the mall. You can park your car for free in front of the house. Breakfast provided was great. AC & hot water worked properly. Room is spacious. Minus point would be the mosquitos in the room, but they weren't that much. Could still sleep good.

MMa Joan ReyesIt was a nice stay here in Avida, and one thing I really love during our stay here was the location of our room, perfect sunset and city lights view. The room was neat and clean as well but unfortunately, there was no extra bedsheet for extra bed 🙃.Overall, it was a great experience!

MMerapoThe Location of the hotel is very good, near from everything, the breakfast is good also. The problem on this hotel is the shower the water on the shower just a small drop you cannot shower properly. And at night if you sleep there are some guest who talk loud and laugh and 100% you can hear very loud on your room and you need to call the reception to silence them. Much better to some signages like be quite etc. This hotel have no elevator so if you have a heavy luggage its very hard. And also dont forget the tea on the reception area its not free you need to pay
DDominique Jacques YvesThe breakfast is too early to finish , for the American breakfast only bacon and eggs available, the pancake I ordered is not well cooked, for dinner the last order is 8pm a bit early for European guests, and little disappointed when we order the dessert 7:56pm to be exact the staff informed us that the kitchen is closed already but when the other table ( they said the boss) ordered a halo halo they serve and lastly the some resto staff are not approachable…
