I had a really enjoyable stay at this hostel. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the common areas had a great atmosphere to relax and meet other travelers.
The location was perfect — close to public transport, restaurants, and main attractions. I also appreciated the lockers and secure access, which made me feel safe during my stay.
Overall, it was excellent value for money, and I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Very good place and nice location. It's in Old Dubai, Deira district. This district is great for low prices and authentic foods. I would 100% recommend it for male travellers.
Advantages: High cost-performance ratio, the villa is quite new, and the facilities are all complete.
Disadvantages: It's far from the city center and requires transportation, but it seems they offer free shuttle service to the subway station.
All of the above assumes a normal stay, because one night the host had to put us in an outdoor tent due to too many guests. Yes, you heard right.

Here's the situation. It's a hostel-style accommodation. I had my own bathroom and toilet, but it still felt like I was in a shared apartment with thin walls and doors where you could hear everything. And it smelled like smoke. And also (I didn't notice it right away, and when I realized it later that evening, it was too late), but I think I had unwashed sheets on my bed...
And the deposit, which they don't warn you about anywhere, and then demand upon check-in, even for just one night... 200 dirhams, which is returned upon check-out.
The hostel is very clean. Henry makes the crisp white beds himself every day after guests, and changes the towels daily. It's very quiet and cozy. The building is new. It's 10 minutes from the metro, 10 minutes from the Satva bus station, and 20 minutes from Kite Beach. There are plenty of cafes near the bus station with affordable street food, popular with expats, and inexpensive grocery stores. The kitchen is fully equipped and you can cook.

The location is excellent, and overall the facilities are acceptable. Cleanliness and amenities are average and fine for a short stay.
Please note that the hotel requires a cash deposit at check-in. However, the refund of this deposit is very inconvenient. The refund depends entirely on staff availability, and reception staff is not always present, especially in the evening and at night.
In my case, I was told to wait until midnight or even 1:00–2:00 AM to get my deposit refunded, which is not reasonable, especially for guests with early morning departures.
Staff professionalism and service organization need improvement. Apart from these service issues, everything else was okay
I had a very pleasant stay at this youth hostel in Dubai Marina and was very satisfied with the overall experience. First of all, the location of the hostel is very convenient, close to the metro station and shopping mall, and there are restaurants and cafes around, which makes life very convenient. The room is spacious and bright, the bed is very comfortable, the sheets and bathroom are very clean, giving people a warm feeling. The common areas of the hostel are also very suitable for socializing, with modern and creative designs and a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. The staff is very considerate, always smiling and willing to help. What surprised me most was that my companions who have lived here for a long time said that when I came, there were several other people with me, and we were the most interesting and wonderful people they had met. Overall, it is very cost-effective and I will definitely choose this hostel again and recommend it to friends.

+ quite central location in Deira near metro station
+ dorm lies towards the backyard, not towards the street
+ quite friendly employees
+ grocery stores and hypermarket nearby
+ i had power sockets near my bed without needing an adapter
+ curtains for lower and upper bunkbeds
+ good wifi
• hostel lies in the approach path of the airport. So you hear airplane noise from time to time
- hard mattress, did hurt somewhat on the bones
- basic shower and bathroom
- several cockroaches mainly in the kitchen but also in the dorm
- no duvet cover for the blanket
- blanket and pillow case were smelly. i don’t think that they are washed after every guest’s check-out.
- you feel it in your bunk bed when the person above or below you moves
I stayed here for 1 week And I really love it here. It's convenient in emirates Metro Station. Just a few walks and you will see AL SAFA TOWER. they are located in 14/16 floor depend on your room type. Also supermarkets are near and you can cook and laundry here. The owner of the flat is kind.
- the nearest tourist destination here is the Museum of the Future. ❤️

GGuest UserGood location, near a metro station and the airport. Affordable, quite clean, there was no noise at night. Highly recommended!
GGuest UserThis upscale apartment building is located on the 32nd floor, right by the sea. The location and views are fantastic, and there's security downstairs, making it very safe. It's a super clean hostel with a fully equipped shared kitchen and a large, comfortable living room with a large sofa. Highly recommended for solo travelers. Use Google Maps to navigate to Rimal 5, take the elevator up to the P floor, the plaza, and you'll find the ground-floor entrance to the apartment building.
GGuest UserHow do I begin ? Inaccessible in the sense that what is advertised in Trip.com as Homeland Hotel is not the real name of the Building . It’s situated in Al Barsha 6 minutes walk from Masreq station now renamed Insurance Market one stop after Mall of Emirates . It is near Holiday inn but the buildings name is different managed by different landlords . I’m given the top deck bed which I struggle to climb up due to my painful knees. No receptionist I ask various people don’t know which room to go until someone directed me to room 102 . The charger point in my allocated bedspace isn’t working so I need to get out in the kitchen or very tiny landing room . There were six female occupants staying reasonably quiet , everywhere you turn there’s a “ fine “ reminder with certain value if you violated the rules in the kitchen, not closing sliding doors, or smoking inside the bathroom which is fair element of top safety concerns . Everything is shared in terms of amenities . I am grateful for the free laundry though since I lost my luggage in the airline mess up from Manila Philippines.

GGuest UserGreat place to stay. It was so neat and clean. I enjoyed free breakfast free Netflix. The bed was cozy and had privacy curtains a spot light and mobile and laptop charging slots. I also enjoyed recliner with heat massager. Coffee machine with Starbucks coffee shots and fresh orange juice machine and a mini bar at very nominal price make my stay a very executive 5 star experience. The host was very friebdly and hospitable and joined me with a delicious dinner with him. I had my return flight ticket but I wish to stay here more. Whenever I come back to Dubai I will definitely prefer to stay here every time. Highly recomendable.

ZziyeThe hotel is fantastic, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the service is warm and thoughtful! When I checked in, I mentioned I had a lot of luggage, and the front desk proactively upgraded my room and gave me a small gift. They really paid attention to the details. The breakfast was varied and the transportation was convenient. I'll definitely come back next time!
