LLady KwenadiI stayed at Bbcasita - Bed and Breakfast - Hostel and unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. The listing says it was renovated in 2024, but that’s simply not true. The place is run-down and extremely dirty—honestly, one of the dirtiest accommodations I’ve ever seen. It felt completely misrepresented.
The only good thing about this place is the staff. They were kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, which made the experience slightly more bearable. But even with their amazing attitude, it doesn’t make up for the state of the property.
Bottom line: it is absolutely not worth the price. For what you’re paying, you can find far better and cleaner options.

GGuest UserQuite good hostel. Very good crew. Nice, welcoming and kind reception and housekeeping members. Nothing negative to note. Kitchen is well equipped, and beds have curtains for privacy, an electric outlet to charge the phone or whatever else one needs, and also a light. Rooms also have air conditioner and a fan. Very well structured. And there's a nice hangout or eating area, with a view to the outside. Even a smokers area, although I don't smoke.

LLena MclsThis is the third hostel I stayed in in Santiago and it was by far my favorite! The staff is super friendly and helpful. A special shoutout to Cristian who goes beyond for the customers and makes you feel right at home. I can’t thank him enough for all his support! Apart from that the facilities are great, beds are comfortable and the social areas are nice!

GGuest UserIt's easy to find in a dead end alley. There's a wall outside showing you how to get there. The kitchen is quite complete, the bathroom facilities are clean, and the cleaning staff is very conscientious. The public space is also large, and it's very relaxing to sit there. The staff are also very friendly.

The garden and poolside are cozy.
Some of the staff are friendly.
It is difficult to use the cleaning around the water from early morning.
The customer layer becomes cheap.

MMackey119Everyone had breakfast and I think the quality of the meal was reasonably good. It is not recommended for those who dislike noise because some people gather in the common area at night and have a drinking party.

GGuest UserExcellent location: quiet area, with a large supermarket and a coffee shop with delicious coffee nearby. It's easy to get to the main attractions by metro. Santa Lucia Park is also a pleasant 30-35 minute walk away.
Comfortable bed and clean linen. This is one of the few places in Latin America where nothing and no one disturbed my sleep.
Charlie is a fantastic host. He helped me with a public transport card, allowed me to store my bags, and was simply a delightful conversationalist.

不不回家的人The toilet is not clean, but it is ok. The staff is good for the room. I live alone. I have a good roommate. I will not have a nose symphony. The location is a few convenient minutes. I will go to the airport bus bus stop.
