Location and service was great. The only bad thing was the aircond system of the room was really bad and every night we have to make complaints to the counter to fix the aircond. Our last night was worse as the aircond totally broke down at night but front desk was really helpful to help us solve the issue. Overall experience was good still except we were unlucky to got the room with faulty aircond system

The hotel is centrally located and close to several tube stations. The room was efficient but did not feel crowded. Very clean. It had a small kitchen area tucked in near the door with sink, microwave, fridge, plates and flatware, and coffee and tea. The hotel doesn't have dining facilities or a bar, but you can give the front desk a breakfast order for the next day. My room overlooked a fairly busy street. I was impressed that I did not hear street noise in my room. Very reasonably priced. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful experience stayed in The Clermont London, Charing Cross. Good staffs, services, restaurants. As well as the great location, it's actually located in the best spot of London, close to the museums, subway, and train stations. Will definitely recommend people to stay here, and I'll also surely come back again.

We arrived to be greeted by service and manners from the start to the time we left. Fantastic location,beautiful lobby and eating areas.A lovely reading room where you could read newspapers and have a drink in a quiet place. The whole place was a quiet place really.The swimming pool is good plus the steam room and sauna. The food was excellent too. We went to see Back to the future musical and it was only over the road,that’s how good the location it is as well as Covent Garden being more or less over the road too. You really do feel like a film star staying there.Amazing place.

The hotel is very centralized. Walkable distance to most of the tourist attractions like Big Ben, Buckingham Palace etc. size of room is small but it's okay for a solo traveller. There is also a police station right opposite the hotel which makes you feel safer. There are also alot of restaurants and pubs around. Subways are also walkable. Definitely worth a stay.

Very central, big hotel. free coffee in.lobby. This Citadines didnt include housekeeping unless it was paid extra. There was no mention anywhere of this in hotel description during booking. I was at a Citadines 1 week before in Tokyo and there they had a choice, both free. According to London reception.desk it.was.because these are *apartments* (but so were the Tokyo ones) and they told TRIP.com didnt provide all info and they were not responsible. I was asked to leave a review on Citadines where I mentioned this issue to receive a very 'defensive' reply of reception manager after a few minutes. Its not a super big deal but the way London staff handled things is not like one would hope: very defensive and not very nice honestly.

Great experience staying at this place, easy, smooth and fuss free. The location was excellent, 5 min walk from the train and DLR stations and a short stroll to the vibrant Greenwich with all its attractions. We particularly appreciated the little kitchenette as we cook all our own meals. The bathroom was nice, spacious and warm. We had all we needed for a comfortable stay and would stay here again. The location is very convenient. It is very close to King's Cross Railway Station or subway. The room is not large and there is no small refrigerator. My family loved the location of the hotel. Easy check in and out. Our room has the city view, it was really lovely. There was a complimentary ferry rides drom the hotel to Canary Wharf which we really enjoyed. Restaurants are near and lots of options. The room looks really clean and smelled clean as well. When we checked out, we just took a ferry from the hotel to Westminster pier.

The bed in the twin room of this hotel is very big, and three suitcases can be opened side by side, which is beyond my expectation. Before coming here, I read the reviews that London hotels are small and similar to those in Japan, but much bigger than Japan. The guy at the front desk was very nice. He asked several times if I had allergies. I didn't understand at first, but he was very patient. It turned out that he gave us cookies. The cookies were so delicious! The breakfast is also OK. It is only a few minutes' walk from the Natural History Museum and V&A. There is also a Chinese restaurant nearby, Shanghai No. 10, which saved my Chinese stomach. Recommended!

The hotel is in a good location, the surrounding area is relatively quiet, and the combination of movement and stillness is very good! The big bed plus a sofa bed, the sofa bed is generally comfortable, but the sofa bed is very wide, and it can be opened as a double bed. The front desk service is very good, and they will greet you when you enter and leave. The restaurant service is also very good. The freshly squeezed orange juice for breakfast is good, and it costs 4 pounds per cup in the Oxford restaurant. The room is cleaned every day, and supplies for multiple people are provided. It is highly recommended. It takes 15 minutes to walk back to the hotel from the London Eye, passing by the British characteristics on the street.

Everything was very good. Breakfast offers a lot of coice - except warm breakfast is only on Weekends. On the Trip site the check in time is incorrect (ov voucher it says after 12, but it is after 14) - despite us coming too early, they gave us the room and made coffee for free. The hotel is locked over night and the staff is really friendly. We were in the hotel trought the hottest days in history but they prepared a ventilator - because they don't have AC (normally).

Accommodation is close to places to eat such as the KFC Burger King Nando. Tesco Lotus Express is open 24 hours. Anyone traveling by subway is convenient. Not far from the accommodation, large room with a double bed, but the disadvantage is that there is no water provided. And change the sheets every 2 days. We stay 5 nights, change just 2 times but rearrange the bed every day. Overall, very satisfied. Lovely staff Very informative and helpful, very impressed. If there is a chance, I will go back to stay again. Also nearby is Harrods, just 25 minutes walk. For those who like to walk, can walk straight away.

This is a hotel with a very good price/performance ratio. The location is very convenient. It only takes half an hour to get to Oxford Circus. There is a large shopping mall 2 stations nearby. There are also most shops and a lot of food. The breakfast service in the hotel is very good. The waiters Soad and PedRo Briton are very enthusiastic. The buffet breakfast also has optional items, such as grill fish. The room is very tidy and has a clean bathtub. At this price, you can't find anything else in London that is this clean and tidy. This place is in need of renovation. One out of three elevators was functional when I checked in. Another was repaired later, but they’re very slow. The toilet was not secured to the floor. The plumbing fixtures are all from last century. There was a persistent rumbling noise from the heating and ventilation equipment on the roof that some people might find annoying.  The staff were pleasant enough, but the facility needs work.

Staff at The Waldorf are incredibly attentive to any / all needs. I asked for a later checkout and plates for food early in the morning after a night out and they accommodated that for us. The hotel is placed in a prime location, just a stones throw from Covent Garden and about 28-30 minutes walk from Regent Street. The hotel is only accessible by key card after hours; to ensure guest safety. Amenities in the room included an iron and board, kettle, drinking glasses and coffee / tea cups. The shower had fixed shampoo, conditioner and soap dispensers. The mini bar was fairly priced for central London, but hadn't been cleaned (hence the slightly lower score on cleanliness). The air conditioning dried my throat out throughout the night, but turns off automatically if the window is open, so had to deal with that / just had water next to the bed throughout the night. The downstairs bar had a great a**osphere and boasts a large menu. Great for a late nightcap. Overall the experience was great. Our Queen room cost £179.00 for the night (excluding breakfast). I was offered two forms of upgrades. A larger Queen Room with breakfast included was only an extra £40.00, and a Kings Suite with access to the executive lounge and breakfast was £80.00 extra.
