I had an absolutely fantastic experience staying at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service from the staff. The check-in process was seamless, and I was pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade to a spacious and beautifully decorated room. The room itself was spotless, modern, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly soft, and I slept like a baby every night. The bathroom was luxurious, with high-quality toiletries and a rainfall shower that was pure bliss. The hotel facilities were equally impressive. I enjoyed the stunning rooftop pool, which offered breathtaking views of the city, and the fitness center was well-equipped and spotless. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals – I highly recommend the breakfast buffet, which had a wide variety of fresh, tasty options. What truly set this hotel apart was the level of service. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and ensure that every aspect of my stay was perfect. They were always available to offer recommendations for local attractions, arrange transportation, or fulfill any special requests. The location was ideal as well – conveniently situated near top attractions, shopping, and public transportation. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. I had to wait a little at the beginning as for some reason my booking wasn’t showing on their system. However I was given an upgraded room due to this. The first room smelt of cannabis and the edge of the bed metal piece was sticking out with shower gel half empty. Therefore I was given another room which was in excellent condition, it was a lot bigger with a massive TV screen. This hotel’s bathroom had a hair dryer and a hair straightener too. They also had an ironing board. The person at the reception was very friendly, smiled no matter what and even offered tea whilst I was waiting. Some of the rooms had good views example you could see the Leicester wheel.

I had issues with the date so wasn't able to travel during the said booked time. I would like to give a special thanks to the lady I spoke to on phone who was really considerate and listened to me (I called several times) and arranged another day convenient for me. The room was nice but the walls were very thin due to which when people were playing music we could hear it in ours till 2am in the morning. Although they quickly responded when complained but the walls should be thicker so that people can enjoy their stay when they paid so much in a good hotel!

This hotel is beautiful, the bedroom is stunning clean and well kept , the bed is just something else soooo comfortable I didn't want to leave and neither did my child , breakfast was a lovely spread , even had take out cups incase you wanted to take a brew out with you , only slight thing that I didn't like was I took my Amazon stick and tried to plug it in and watch it but it would world due to how the TV is programmed to the hotel apart from that everything was fabulous
