Overpriced hotel in bad location with parking difficulties. The road outside front entrance/reception is a restricted road for taxis and authorised vehicles only with ANPR cameras. Driving onto this road will result in a Penalty Charge. Expensive hotel that doesn't have free parking for guests nor reimbursement service if guests have to pay for parking elsewhere is very bad. Room was like a 3 star hotel with outdated facilities. Shower in bathtub with just fixed head on wall so no shower pipe. Shower made loud rumbling noise when in use. Sink tap was either too hot or slight warm water. Guests had to use their room card to operate the lifts and ground floor doors everytime which was annoying. Overall very dissapointing stay at this hotel and definitely wouldn't stay again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at e8ight n Brighton, and I must say I was pleasantly surprised by the size and luxury of this charming BnB. Despite passing by countless times without giving it a second thought, stepping inside revealed a hidden gem that I had been missing out on all this time. The attention to detail in the decor and furnishings added a touch of elegance and sophistication, creating a truly luxurious ambiance. The amenities provided were top-notch, further enhancing the overall experience. From the plush bedding to the well-appointed bathrooms, every aspect of the stay was carefully thought out to ensure maximum comfort and convenience for guests. The location of e8ight n Brighton was also a highlight. Situated in a prime spot, it offered easy access to all the attractions and amenities that Brighton has to offer. The receptionist is very responsive and professional. Anything we asked (toothbrush, toothpaste, ice and then another extra bucket of ice!) they gave it to us promptly. The spa was great, it had two hot tubs that were regularly empty, so you can enjoy one whole hot tub alone with your friends/partner/family; there was a steam room and a sauna and plenty of sofas around the spa where you can cool off; the swimming pool is also only a few steps away, so you can plunge into the cold after the hot treatment. Unfortunately though, there was no available spaces for the treatments (facial, massage, mani/pedi, etc), so I recommend booking beforehand to ensure you get yours. One complaint is that our room's window was stuck and it couldn't be opened, so if it's proper summer weather, it can be difficult to stay there.

We stayed at this hotel as we had a wedding not too far away about 15 minute drive away. Booking a taxi was a nightmare to get home as there are not many options so as you can imagine a wedding with 100 guests or more all trying to get a cab wasn’t successful and we had to wait over an hour to get a taxi. The room was cute and clean. People at the bar and restaurant was nice but the reception was a nightmare. They were very short staff so checking out was taking forever so we just left without checking out and let the keys on the desk.

The kings Hotel was in a good location on the seafront. Parking could cause you some issues on arrival as hotel parking spaces are limited and also cones at an additional cost. Room 507 was very clean comfortable nice & quiet - however not really a issue the TV was not tuned you would have expected just to turn it on with a choice of channels to select - even going through the TV settings there was no digital signal to be able to tune the TV in🤔 All the staff were very receptive informative and made our stay a pleasant experience from checking in / out / breakfast service - Thank You👍 🤗Mike & Catherine🤗

Great 1 night stay with my partner, room was a great size, clean and comfortable. Staff were polite and helpful, checking in and out was a breeze, lot of complaints regarding breakfast that I have read but the offering was good at least for our stay. If I had to make any complaints it would be the loud plumbing but honestly this didn’t bother us much. Ultimately we really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay again in the future.

Leonardo Royal Hotel Brighton Waterfront

Brighton

The Leonardo Waterfront was the perfect choice for meeting family in Brighton. We felt relaxed immediately - the staff are friendly and helpful, and the foyer (despite being huge and open plan) has lots of cosy areas for a drink or meal. The rooms were spacious, very well-equipped and clean - one with a great sea view and the other with an internal window overlooking the foyer, which sounds unusual and potentially dark, but was actually lovely and, due to the glass ceiling, not oppressive at all. We had everything we needed; large comfy bed, good shower, fancy coffee, a fridge, a guide book to Brighton and complimentary water.  The location is great too. The main entrance is on seafront, close to the pier, and the rear doors lead straight to the Lanes, with lots of lovely shops, bars and restaurants within metres. The gym, pool, steam room and sauna were nice to use as well - like the rest of the hotel, clean and well-looked after with attentive staff. The only minor issue was that our key card disconnected a few times despite keeping it away from phone and electronics. It wasn’t too bad having to go to Reception to have it reset from the first floor, but might’ve been annoying from a room the fourth floor! Everything else more than made up for that though - thank you to all the staff for a fantastic stay!

A really well run hostel with great customer service and handy luggage storage. Despite some minor issues (key card initially not working, online ordering to the bar not showing up), the staff seemed very attentive and handled these problems really well. I booked a double room to stay in for one night, and the room itself was very spacious with a good shower, only issues were the bed (had a very solid/firm mattress) and some nitpicky cleanliness issues, but for the price I paid and the distance between the hostel and the best bits of Brighton, it honestly did not bother me much. If you are looking for a cheap and easy place to stay with great service and value, this place is great!

The room is not big, but the design is very distinctive, with artistic style. The sea view room has a balcony, and the sea and harbor are outside, which is very nice. I visited with my granddaughter for her birthday treat , unfortunately it was the weekend of the bad storm . We were disappointed there was no TV in the room or anywhere else in hotel , also the bedroom window didn't close properly and the wind and rain howled in all night . The staff were lovely and we enjoyed our breakfast , although again we were disappointed the restaurant wasn't open and we had to brave the storm to get our evening meal .

I was really worried when we first booked as the reviews were so awful online. I don’t want to discredit anyone else’s experience as they could have fixed some of the issues since other peoples stays but my partner and I both thought it was wonderful! The check in was super easy, the ‘guest house’ area wasn’t in use but who’s spending time in there anyway? The room was stunning! No problems with the cleanliness, noise or amenities. View of the beach front from the room window, hot water for the bath. No problems with the key safe or access to the building/room. I thought it was important to leave this review as the hotel seems to have a bad reputation online but from our experience it was fantastic! We’ll definitely be back and will be recommending!

The room was not large, but it felt modern and clean, just like the picture! The location was good, but it was disappointing for a place where 4 people went and paid 80,000 won per person. There was no elevator and the bathroom was shared... ㅠ But I think that date was a bit expensive. I looked up other dates and it was just a little cheaper. I would have been 99% satisfied! The bathroom was clean, but there was no shampoo. They gave us one towel each.

Nice hotel in good location next to the Brighton Dome and short walk to The Lanes and the seafront. Our initial room wasn't great - v.small and some electrical issues and nowhere to work from with a laptop - the hotel was fully booked but the management kindly offered us an upgrade to the suite at a preferred rate which was gratefully accepted and went the extra mile to install a desk and chair which made things so much easier on our 5 night stay. Great coffee shop on the premises is a bonus. I get the feeling they were short staffed on the cleaning front, which i won't complain about as it seems to be a common problem across the UK. Overall a good comfortable stay and the suite was a good size with round bed, bath and walk in shower. A panoramic view provides plenty of light into the room. nice. Thank you

High hopes but this feel quite short in a number of ways. From the photos the room looked lovely and this did match up. However it did become apparent that aesthetics have been prioritised over other aspects. The pub/club opposite was still incredibly noisy at 2am (on a Tuesday) with the windows doing nothing to muffle the noise. There was fast food rubbish found next to one of the beds from a previous occupant, and this was quite a large wrapper that would have been difficult to miss during cleaning. Communication around bed preference was not good at all, I had specifically asked for a king (and have the evidence of this in my booking details) yet on arrival twin beds were set up. When I raised this with the company, there was no offer of rectifying this, instead I was told more than once that this had been the request. To add insult to injury, our neighbours in the room next door invited some friends to their room and it seemed they were having their own party at 3am with shouting, giggling and loud music and more than 5 in the one room. We knocked on the door in the end to request some quiet as, with the club outside, we were completely surrounded by noise. One small plus point that, once we managed to get to sleep, the bed (albeit the twin I hadn’t requested) was very comfortable.
