I recently had the pleasure of staying at e8ight n Brighton, and I must say I was pleasantly surprised by the size and luxury of this charming BnB. Despite passing by countless times without giving it a second thought, stepping inside revealed a hidden gem that I had been missing out on all this time. The first thing that struck me was the spaciousness of the accommodation. The rooms were generously sized, allowing for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The attention to detail in the decor and furnishings added a touch of elegance and sophistication, creating a truly luxurious ambiance. The amenities provided were top-notch, further enhancing the overall experience. From the plush bedding to the well-appointed bathrooms, every aspect of the stay was carefully thought out to ensure maximum comfort and convenience for guests. The location of e8ight n Brighton was also a highlight. Situated in a prime spot, it offered easy access to all the attractions and amenities that Brighton has to offer. Overall, my stay at e8ight n Brighton exceeded all expectations. I left feeling rejuvenated and inspired, with a newfound appreciation for this hidden gem. Apartment was good and nice touch with breakfast tray. You do not meet anyone as check in and out was instructed by email. The bathroom was small and the bin was not cleaned out. But it was probably forgotten. I would stay again for the price and location.

I am almost 40 years old and I can undoubtedly tell you that this is the dirtiest serviced apartment I have ever stayed in. I arrived from the USA in a rush due to a funeral and I chose the apartment based on the information, photos and location of the property as per email. The furniture may be the same but the lack of cleanliness made my skin crawl. I have yet to receive any feedback from either the property or the booking company, *******. See photos for reference. Do not stay in this dirty, smelly, damp and uncomfortable place. It’s truly grim.

We were due to stay here on the 12th August 2022 for 2 nights but just less than 48 hours before we had to rush our son into hospital due to appendicitis! I tried to cancel the room and get our money back but it was too late and I just thought in the scheme of things I was happy that we had taken my son into hospital just in time and he had his operation Saturday morning. I spent 4 days in hospital devastated for my son but also that he missed his holiday too. I thought I’d try and email the owner and appeal to them regarding how unfortunate we were that due to no fault of our own that we’d have to lose our money. Mark could not have been more accommodating. He responded to my messages/emails and helped me receive a refund through the booking agent. If you’re looking for a reliable, dependable and customer focused place to stay - then Ei8ht Brighton is a fantastic place to start.

Compact apartment with kitchen facilities for cooking, nice and quiet area, bathroom was tiny but this place has everything for a short stay. We were in the basement and it has an outside area which is a nice touch. We were so jet-lagged and the bed is really comfortable with good pillows.

Unlike most of the rooms in ultra-expensive Brighton this place is fairly reasonably priced. My top-floor double room had an adjoining, though not en-suite shower/toilet that I had exclusive use of. The walls are very thin, so one can hear the floorboards creaking and the squeaky hinges when people move about in other rooms. The bed is firm and gave me a decent nights sleep. Plenty of shops, restaurants, pubs etc nearby and not too far to walk to the centre of Brighton.
