We stayed here after our wedding for 3 nights and it was lovely! Amazig service from all of the staff we didnt want to leave the hotel bar!! Its also very central and we were able to explore the city very easily on foot. Hotel was generally quiet although being in the centre you can hear the noise of traffic but it wasnt loud and we were able to sleep fine everynight, air con is really good too! Would definitely book again, maybe for a few more nights!

Despite phoning in advance to advise he would be checking in around 2am, the hotel reception told my son there were only three rooms left with 5 people trying to check in, the room was paid for in advance to ensure availability. As a result some may have to go elsewhere. Luckily for him he secured a room, however when he entered the room there was already someone sleeping in the room. After a long journey this is not the level of service expected of a hotel like the Europa, not to mention the safety of the guest already sleeping in the room was compromised.

Went to Belfast for the first time with 10 family members. The Flint was a fantastic place to stay. Central to everywhere. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. The rooms were excellent. I have paid so much more in the UK and abroad and got so much less! Clean, roomy with a fab well stocked little kitchenette. A complimentary little bottle of milk in the fridge was a nice touch as we took our own T bags. Lovely big bathroom with an excellent shower. If and when I visit Belfast again I would not bother looking to stay anywhere else.

Great staff and nice room for the price, but it was very hot in our room and we didn’t get much sleep because of some guy next door using an angle grinder all morning. No AC so we couldn’t close the window so that was annoying.

Stayed at Hampton for 3 days and overall was a good experience. The hotel was nice and clean with friendly staff. Bed was comfortable. Good quality shampoo, conditioner, body and hand wash was available. The hotel is very conveniently located in which you could walk 2 minutes round the back to the Europa bus station. Everything and everywhere were very accessible with lots of restaurants and bars towards Queen’s University. Breakfast was reasonable in which you had a good amount of choice but unlike some hotels where there would be greater selection but for me it was sufficient. I did however witness some very unpleasant antics from some people staying at the hotel in which they seem to have no hygiene standards with the food. Overall it was a good experience at the hotel and Belfast was a fantastic city to visit. The city exceeded my expectations as it was very clean and friendly with a extremely chilled atmosphere.

Also…… Observatory! We had the best drinks, served by such amazing people. They create perfect team, with such amazing atmosphere. Stayed here in March, 2023, and could not fault anything whatsoever. The hotel is in a very central location, within easy walking distance of all the main tourist attractions. Rooms were large and well maintained and the breakfast buffet offered a wide choice. Whilst often the hot elements of hotel buffets are served warm/lukewarm at best, here the hot buffet was served very hot and the quality of the ingredients was excellent. Final word must be regarding the staff. All the staff we interacted with, from the booking team through to the front desk staff, were absolutely first class and they could not do enough to assist you, from our need to change the dates of our booking due to a cancelled flight, right through to arranging a taxi back to the airport for us. All the staff were a real credit to the company and give an excellent impression, from a customer service perspective.

We were very impressed with Wilton House from the start. The apartments are in a gorgeous building and the staff are professional, extremely welcoming and helpful. The apartments are spotlessly clean, spacious and furnished to a very luxurious modern standard. Communication is also superb from the hosts both pre trip and throughout the stay. Also being situated right in the heart of the city centre, very close to public transport/airport links and a 5/10 minute walk from the Cathedral Quarter makes this an excellent location for getting round Belfast. I would highly recommend Wilton House and we would definitely stay here again if we visited Belfast. It offers everything you need as a superb base for a city break and is a lot better value than a hotel room due to the space in the apartment to help relax after a busy day seeing the sights and sampling the Guinness!! So good that we didn’t want to leave!!

This room is not small in the UK hotel, and it has a small kitchen, new tableware and bath towels. We cooked a meal here. This hotel is very close to the long-distance bus station, and is within walking distance of the city hall, the Aifa Memorial Tower, The big fish, the pedestrian street, the railway station and other places. It is very convenient to travel. The ground floor of the hotel is a bar and restaurant, which is very lively. The decoration is warm and bright, and it is very popular among young people.

The room is modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed, featuring independent heating for personalized comfort. There are plenty of plugs, including USB ports by the bed, making charging devices quick and convenient. The bathroom is spotless and highly functional, with a powerful shower that enhances the experience. A standout feature is the HDMI input by the TV, allowing you to connect your laptop, iPad, or other devices to enjoy your own content on the big screen. The staff are exceptional—friendly, professional, and always eager to assist. Special mention to the night porters, Jamie and Stephen, who were amazing and went out of their way to look after me. Their care and attentiveness made my stay even better!

On my way home from Belfast City Hospital my friend treated me to lunch in this beautiful Tea Room. The lady who served us was efficient and friendly. Our sandwiches were delicious: a club sandwich and a Brie, grape and mango, my friend had soup and we both had tea in china cups. We couldn’t resist the delicious selection of desserts and had lemon meringue pie and a chocolate brownie. I loved the whole experience and look forward to my next visit.

I did not expect the street where this hotel is located is very expensive, this is a very cost-effective hotel, the price is right, there is breakfast, the most important thing is that the old man of reception is very nice, very fond of looking for someone to speak, a pure English, I heard it very well. And also introduced us to a very beautiful driving route, I give the super five stars praise!

The most satisfying hotel in this trip. The location is near Queen's College, there is a bus at the door, and 10 minutes to Europa Station when walking. From the train station near the Giant's Road, you can sit directly at the small train station opposite the hotel, which is very convenient. In addition to Ctrip's order to make a double bed room to the hotel, the other did not feel any discomfort, the hotel breakfast is super delicious, it is too much weight.

The room I stayed in was a business-style suite facing the main road. It was big and comfortable with a nice bathroom and tea/coffee facilities. There is free, covered parking at the back which was useful. The windows opened which was good as it was dry and hot in the room. I could not get the TV to work other than BBC World although eventually I managed to tweak the box and get it to work. The room furnishing was incredibly dark (wallpaper, curtains and light covers were all in dark material). I had to ask the reception to replace a broken bulb in one of the ceiling lights and the bedsit lights were so dark it was impossible to read by them. The cleaning of the room was a bit hit or miss and there were cigarette butts permanently stuck out of the external butt holder right by the front door. The housekeeper did pop by and apologise. The staff at reception were helpful and pleasant and when prompted sorted out the necessary issues.

A three-day stay here fully made my trip memorable. The hotel and staff more than fulfilled my expectations. From the helpful, warm welcome to the wonderfully spacious room (I’ve never had this without paying a premium for a larger room in a chain hotel) to the open and friendly restaurant staff and cleaning staff… nothing was missing! The quiet room I requested was granted (can’t control the noise guests make unfortunately.) Walking around the area near the hotel has so much to offer without venturing much further. It reminded me of why I so like this part of the world.

Hotel was nice and clean. A little on the expensive side for drinks. Breakfast was average and a expensive for the quality. The hotel restaurant ( la scala) was a whole different level. Food was amazing. Especially the lamb shank. My wife had the chicken which was done to perfection. If you are going for a quiet trip then this hotel might be for you. If you are going as part of a trip to Belfast City then it's very far out from the city. About 20 pounds in each direction.

Been staying in Hilton in Belfast for couple days, I really liked hotel, lovely staff, nice food , nice rooms, the only thing I really didn’t liked, how rooms is being cleaned during your stay, if you can even say they are clean because seems that staff only empty bins and change towels and that’s it, during 4 days nothing else was cleaned, dusts wasn’t cleaned, bathroom wasn’t washed even thought it was dirty , toothpaste in sink and hairs on the floor, shower glass dirty, bathroom dirty , staff that supposed to clean it but just left it like that, didn’t even hoovered bathroom floors. I never been in hotel with such a bad housekeeping. This is really a shame because everything else about hotel I really loved.

We arrived late on Friday - around 10pm - and was very tired so disappointed to discover the volume of music being played in the foyer/bar area. However, we checked in with ease and given a little paper bag with tea bags, coffee and milk. There are 4 floors and our room was on floor 3. The room was certainly small as the elevator shaft essentially took up a big chunk of our room. This unfortunately meant that any time someone used the elevator, we heard the pings and the comedy Belfast voice they play when you get to a floor. I called reception and asked when the music was played until - and I was told 1pm. Shame as we wanted to sleep and its all we could hear - and feel. The bass was that powerful that you could feel it 3 floors up! Don't get me wrong - it's a cracking hotel in a great spot - but don't stay here if you want to get a good nights sleep. It's a party hotel really. The service was great and the staff were lovely. Breakfast options were great and the pastries were delicious.

I booked through *********** for one night as I was attending a football match. I picked this location as I was near the stadium and I had tried other parts of the City previously. I should have stuck with my previous hotel. The room was extremely hot even though it wasn’t in full sun. I was put in room 10 which is at the top of the building in what looks like a converted loft in the roof space. It was 2.30pm when I checked in. I had not been sent the previously notified email with the door entry code and room entry code. It is all done this way as it is supposed to be a self service booking in process. That failed. On arrival at the door having received no entry instruction I called the number on a sign outside. I got no reply. A man then arrived with his child asking was I booking in and he took me through the process. He directed me to room 10 which is on the fourth floor. No lift. At 3.30pm I reported my concerns about the stifling heat in the room to the staff though their whattsapp number. No response for a while and then they said they would send up housekeeping which was the same man who booked me in. I explained the heat was unbearable and concerned for how it would be at night. I also said that when I opened the window the traffic noise was unbearable. He said they were full and there was nothing he could do. Only suggested putting on a plug in fan. I reported back through whattsapp to say that I wasn’t happy and what else could be done. I had a broken telephone call via whattsapp with Niamh who was a bit sarcastic and unhelpful and didn’t offer any solution and basically said they are a city enter hotel so what did I expect. It was rush hour and traffic would die down (which it didn’t). I asked to escalate the complaint. I had a call from Christine Warren who was also unsympathetic, said it was unprecedented weather for Belfast but failed to recognise my concern and that it was cooler outside than in the room. She said all of their other rooms (75) in the city were booked but I could check out if I wanted and find another hotel. Difficult in the timeframe as it was now 5pm and I was off to the match. She also commented “what do you expect for the money you paid” (£85). I asked if she would offer a reduction but this was refused. I felt I had no alternative. When I returned to the room at 10.15pm having left the window open and the fan on, it was no different. I didn’t sleep all night. Aesthetically this location looks good but the lower rated scores here do tell a story of less than luxury and consistent poor staff and management attitude when you raise a concern. The rooms are tiny and definitely not luxury. Towels were thin, dust in the bedside locker and walls paper thin which was also reported. Breakfast was adequate but only cereals, coffee toast and some basic looking cheese and ham with a few stale croissants. A chain I will be avoiding in the future.

As you turn into the elegant drawing room that overlooks the loch, you almost expect to be met by monocles and pocket watches standing near the roaring fireplace. The service is possibly the best I have recieved…… from booking in to finally leaving. Nothing is too much effort. You feel like and are treated like a famous star. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, every single member of staff was superb - they just could not do enough to help, from directions, room service requests, nothing was too much and everything is done with a smile - that really is the difference between a good hotel and a great one. All of the public areas and amenities were clean and some stunning artwork, from giant chandeliers to antique furniture and paintings all around. I could've spent a week here just wandering around admiring it all. We stayed in room 318 - it is very opulent with lots of plush furnishings and a very comfortable bed. Unfortunately the windows don't open - there are 2 aircon units in the suite, but I like a bit of fresh air. There is a lot of furniture in the room - beautiful old cabinets in keeping with the theme, but, you couldn't access the minibar in the room as the tv unit was in the way of the door opening fully so we had no way of chilling water, etc. The hotel provided plenty of icebuckets to compensate but it's a pity it wasn't thought out a bit more.

Arrived in a taxi from the airport and Checked in around 3pm. The reception staff were very alert to guest arriving from the front door. Jennifer at reception checked me in very efficiently, advised me of the breakfast times and asked if I would like to book a slot. Shortly afterwards gave me an information sheet and I was off to my room. The Room I was in was the standard king with city view. The room was bigger than expected. It had everything you need. A king bed, a large tv, enough space to put my belongings, a spacious 3 piece toilet with amenities and floor to ceiling windows which had view as far as the hills beyond. We had dinner that night at the hotel restaurant called Novelli at city quays. A separate review is on their trip advisor page. That night we ended up in the bar after going out exploring. I decided to have some gin and asked what they recommended. One of the nice bartender advised the short cross gin which I never tried and is now becoming one of my favourites. Am sorry I never caught your name. But Paul who was also working that night rang it through the till should know who you are. Paul was great too, he was kept very busy that night. Everyone was great. Special mention to Mary who remembered what I drank when I asked for another. Morning came and so did breakfast. There was a large variety of hot and cold food. From sausages, bacon and eggs, to toast, cheese and ham. Also plenty of tea, coffee and juices to choose from. Next time I come back I will make sure I book an upgraded room with a view of the river. Overall a fantastic night that couldn’t be faulted. Well recommend.
