The hotel is located in the city center, a 5-minute walk from the city hall, but the neighborhood downstairs does not feel safe. The front desk is very simple, it is set in the restaurant, the room is large but has a peculiar smell, and the toilet is very small. It is a hotel with good value for money.

Not located in a good neighborhood. I heard drunken people and quarrels several times during a weekday night. Lock of front door seems flawed as I witnessed other guest cannot lock the door properly, which is a security hazard. Room on the top floor is an attic. The roof is tilted. This as a major feature of the establishment is not reflected on the platform or communicated to me in advance. No kettle and cups on your own room. A strange painting with religious symbols is fixed in the wall.

One of the most satisfying hotels in the UK. Located in the heart of Belfast, it is a few minutes' walk from City Hall, Giant Road Day Tour, and Dublin Bus Meeting Point. The one-bedroom and one-living apartment is rebuilt from a historical building, elegantly decorated, fully equipped, and very convenient for laundry and cooking.

My husband and I had some issues with our bookings but it was efficiently handled by Kris, one of the front desk staff. Although the issues faced were not caused by the hotel we were given free breakfast and we really appreciate the kind gesture! Breakfast was simple but nice. The restaurant also provides vegan options. Our room is warm, cosy and has a sofa bed. Hotel is strategically located and you can walk to the malls and many restaurants around the area.

This B&B is located in the suburbs of Belfast. There is a bus that takes you directly to the city in half an hour, so it is neither too noisy nor too remote. The breakfast I brought with me was quite good. I regretted not having the special Irish breakfast on the first day, but I had it the next morning. The overall decoration is very exquisite and elegant, and the hygiene is also good. It is highly recommended for both individuals and families. I am still impressed by the host's hospitality.

The biggest drawback is its location, which is quite rural, surrounded by nature parks, and small residential towns. On the plus side, the rooms are genuinely spacious. This time, I stayed near the edge of the building, with windows on two sides. One of the windows opens to a view of distant snow-capped mountains 🏔️. Additionally, the soundproofing and cleanliness were excellent. The air control system can be a bit noisy, but once it’s turned off at night, the room is wonderfully quiet. The hotel also features its own gym and swimming pool, which include some classes, a sauna, a steam room, and a hydrotherapy pool. While it can get busy during peak hours, it never felt overcrowded. Many of the club members are local residents, and listening to their amusing banter in the steam room was quite entertaining. Staying at a hotel alone is such a blissful way to relax. When I get home, I’ve decided to upgrade my bedding and incorporate sauna sessions into my routine!

The room was a bit compact, so I couldn't fully open my large suitcase, but the bathroom was clean. The hotel is right in the city center, and there are plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby. They have paid parking. You can't stop directly in front of the hotel to unload luggage, but there's a nearby drop-off area. The front desk staff were very friendly. I asked for a late check-out, originally hoping for an extra hour because my ferry back to England was very late that evening, but they kindly extended it for free by three hours until 2 PM. Excellent service!

I did not expect the street where this hotel is located is very expensive, this is a very cost-effective hotel, the price is right, there is breakfast, the most important thing is that the old man of reception is very nice, very fond of looking for someone to speak, a pure English, I heard it very well. And also introduced us to a very beautiful driving route, I give the super five stars praise!

Leonardo hotel location is very convenient to sightseeing places. In addition, hop on and hop off bus tour is waiting to tourist at the front of hotel. The hotel facilities are cafe , restaurant serves for breakfast and dinner. I noted the linen bedding surface was not tidy and mugs as grease on the surface. I had stayed the hotel for 5 days and requested the daily cleaning as usual. The third time completed cleaning and request cleaning card dropped on the floor and not hang on the back door of lockset. The fourth day was same as cleaning card on the floor. Refill coffee and tea bags was not convenient to ask receptionist pack up those items. The toilet and bathroom is combined into one which is too small spacious.

The most satisfying hotel in this trip. The location is near Queen's College, there is a bus at the door, and 10 minutes to Europa Station when walking. From the train station near the Giant's Road, you can sit directly at the small train station opposite the hotel, which is very convenient. In addition to Ctrip's order to make a double bed room to the hotel, the other did not feel any discomfort, the hotel breakfast is super delicious, it is too much weight.

Opposite the city hall back door 7 minutes away from the coach station, very convenient, downtown. Very new, with central heating and cooling, excellent service and attentive service. There are electric clothes drying racks in the bathroom. Ironing facilities are complete, the room is large, the bed is 2 meters, and the small bed is very comfortable. Soft and hard loading design in place. Worth staying again.

A lovely hotel in a great location with friendly and helpful staff —- however there were so many small negatives that the overall experience was disappointing. The lift was not in service so had to use the stairs. Thankfully not a high rise and I was on the 1st floor. A huge, well decorated room was ruined by air conditioning and extraction units right outside the window which made for a loud and restless night. The frosted glass on the windows left the room dull. Black mold in the bathroom, large crack on the wall and dirty carpets did not help. Neither did the badly made bed and stiff coarse dressing gowns, which I had to look for and found squashed into a shelf in the wardrobe - and one had a large black stain on it. WiFi was very good but there were no usb / type C charging ports. TV was tiny in comparison to the size of the room and kept losing its signal. I also noted a blown lightbulb, but I guess this could have happened at any time. Breakfast was also disappointing, although the sausage was delicious and the highlight. They did provide a small gluten free option too, but I’m not sure if GF bread and non dairy milk is sufficient in and of themselves. The hotel claims a 4* rating and for that I would have at least expected tea/coffee table service. Instead I got it myself from a coffee machine. The coffee itself was very strong to the point of being undrinkable. Finally while speaking with staff it emerged that the Trip price, which supposedly included a huge discount was actually way over the standard price for a room with this hotel.

The hotel is very good, because we arrived in Befa from Liverpool by cruise ship, so the front desk let us check in before 8:00 a.m., took a shower, put our luggage and went out to play, very humane! The hotel facilities are relatively new, the bed is big, the room space is good, the price/performance ratio is extremely high, and it only takes 5 minutes to walk from the station in the city center. You can really try his home when you come to Beijing!

Great hotel, lovely looking and welcoming foyer. Hotel staff were excellent, well mannered, attentive and friendly. Rooms were nice and clean with a modern TV. A bit pricey for food and drinks. My shower was pretty cold at 5am in the winter unfortunately and a staff member did try to help to no avail. Would stay again but it's unlikely that this is the first time that hot water has been a problem, you would imagine there would be checks and/or protocols for handling this situation, especially in winter.

My recent breakfast experience at this hotel had its ups and downs. First, the baby high chair was disappointingly dirty, even after I spent a considerable amount of time wiping it down with wet wipes, as seen in the pictures. The cleanliness standards should definitely be improved. As for the breakfast service, it left much to be desired. It felt like there was only one server handling everything, and it took a whopping 20 minutes for a simple yogurt to be served. I'm confident I could have prepared it in two minutes myself. Plus, the portion of yogurt was quite small, and the oatmeal was almost inedibly dry. However, I must admit that the full breakfast option redeemed the dining experience. In summary, while the full breakfast was enjoyable, the cleanliness of the baby high chair and the slow service for basic items like yogurt need significant improvement.

The room is no problem, new fashion. The room is quite decent in Europe. The plug is with usb A and C. The side room is really not soundproof. The window is double-glazed and not facing the main street. But the outside sound comes in. Fortunately, there are not many cars at night and I feel that I have to bring earplugs. I didn't have to call early in the morning to wake up in a car. Breakfast is ok. There is a watermelon recommendation that is actually very sweet.

The suite environment is elegant and comfortable, the living environment is quiet, you can sleep quickly every night, and the stay experience is great! There are many delicious restaurants around, there is a Tesco supermarket in a five-minute walk, you can buy food in the kitchen of the house to cook by yourself. It is very convenient to call uber network car or take the bus to the city center. The bus is waiting for the bus on the spot. On rainy days, the network car fare will increase. After booking the homestay, on the day of arrival, the landlord will contact the self-check-in method through the email reserved on the Trip.com platform, and it seems that the message can be received on the Trip.com platform. Take the key and open the door by yourself, and then follow the instructions to open the room door and connect to the wifi. I clean up the garbage in the house every day, throw the garbage bin at the door, simply clean up the room before check-out, and return the key as it is. Overall very convenient.

We arrived late on Friday - around 10pm - and was very tired so disappointed to discover the volume of music being played in the foyer/bar area. However, we checked in with ease and given a little paper bag with tea bags, coffee and milk. There are 4 floors and our room was on floor 3. The room was certainly small as the elevator shaft essentially took up a big chunk of our room. This unfortunately meant that any time someone used the elevator, we heard the pings and the comedy Belfast voice they play when you get to a floor. I called reception and asked when the music was played until - and I was told 1pm. Shame as we wanted to sleep and its all we could hear - and feel. The bass was that powerful that you could feel it 3 floors up! Don't get me wrong - it's a cracking hotel in a great spot - but don't stay here if you want to get a good nights sleep. It's a party hotel really. The service was great and the staff were lovely. Breakfast options were great and the pastries were delicious.
