In the very center of London, there should be no other hotel in this price range that can compare to this location. It is a ten-minute walk to Chinatown and a twenty-minute walk to Buckingham Palace. The ordinary rooms are small but clean and tidy. The minibar is free and the service is regular. In terms of quality, I will choose here again next time I live in London.

I am very satisfied with my stay in London this time. The price is not expensive and the location is excellent. Buckingham Palace is right outside the door. We happened to see the changing of the guard ceremony. It didn't take long to walk to the lively Regent Street, which was very satisfying. The room is also very new and fully equipped with slippers, shower caps and cotton swabs. There is plenty of water supply. I like their tea bags very much. After turning on the bed, there are chocolates. Breakfast is also semi-buffet style and tastes good. I like the smoked salmon. The price is very reasonable for Greater London on weekends and I will come again.

Excelente hotel! Amazing location, clean, wide rooms, microwave, dish washer, cutlery, and more. 2’ from the underground, and the british museum. We’ll be back for sure El hotel es excelente, ubicación inmejorable! Las habitaciones son amplias, limpias y super equipadas (microondas, platos, cocina…) y esta a dos minutos caminando del Museo Britanico y de estaciones de metro. Por el precio, y para su ubicacion, muy genial

Good location, right next to Trafalgar Square, next to Tesco express and Macdonald. The hotel room is also large. Friendly service, you can order Chinese food with just eat. The room has a microwave. Hygiene is average, seems gray, and the bathroom has a slight odor. There is no own parking lot. There is a cooperative parking lot on the other side of the square. You can park temporarily at the door and drop your luggage before going to the parking lot. Parking is 44 pounds a day and about 37 pounds with a hotel coupon. There are actually two hotels here, one is grand and the other is cq. I booked grand but lived in Cq. I do n’t know how to arrange it. When the hotel is not busy, it is sold at 7-800, and the price is good. After all, it is close to the Thames and other attractions.

Breakfast is 19 pounds per person (plus service charge), which is more expensive, and there are not many varieties. The hotel is very close to the subway station. The room is not small in this location, but the facilities have two drawbacks. There is no height difference in the shower, the shower water flows to the entire bathroom floor, and the wash basin is too small to wash clothes. . The last one is that I asked the waiter to clean the room and change the sheets. The black waiter threw the quilt in the ground in front of me and then changed the sheets. I asked if the quilt was also replaced. She explained that it only stained one side. At my request, another waiter changed the quilt cover.

Not the most luxurious of hotels, but so conveniently located, that I can overlook that. I found the staff extremely helpful and congenial. Some reviews say this is not so, but I disagree. What you should know if you decide to go to this location: 1. If you plan to stay for more than three days, upgrade to Premier Plus. 2. Add breakfast to your stay. 3. Purchase tissues, toilet paper, and other such necessities at the local Boots store before your first night. You won't find tissue in your room. You can get all the toilet paper you want if you ask, however. But they are small rolls and don't last long. 4. Bring hooks, over the door perhaps, and suction hooks for mirrors. 5. Wifi is subpar. Don't pay. It is supposed to come with Premium Plus, but it doesn't work, and it certainly doesn't work on three devices as advertised. Just go with free and suffer through. 6. Restaurants in the area are great, especially the sushi one (make a reservation). Several restaurants are in the County Hall building.

My daughter and I stayed there for five days before Christmas. The hotel location is very good. It’s just about 10 meters away from the tube exit to the hotel gate. We walked to the Southbank and National Gallery in about 15minutes. From the nearest pier, Embarkment Pier, we took the ferry down to the River Thame. It’s quite easy to get to almost every spot. On the first day, we stayed on the first floor in the Wing. It’s another building linked with the main through a bridge. Although the receptionist explained it was far from the underground, I could still hear the metro running down nearby every five minutes very clearly. The room was also not very clean. There was dust on the kettle. I talked to the front desk and they agreed to help us change to another room on the sixth floor from the second day. (Are the receptionists a bit sly or they just not familiar with the condition of their rooms? I was once a customer relationship officer in a hotel and I am quite doubt about it. But anyway, I can understand.) It was quiet on the sixth floor but as you can see in pictures, the back board of our bed was worn and there were some white raw patches. The room is bigger than the one we had in the 1st floor. I found the the whole Wing from the first to the sixth floor looks old. When I booked the hotel, I remember I saw some information about their renovations. Maybe it’s just within the main building. The main building and the guests room hallways are much better than in the Wing. There were shiny Christmas decors everywhere. So I think maybe the price of the room sin the main are higher than those in the Wing? The staff at the cafe were very friendly and nice. The breakfast there was very limited. Especially the quality of the sausages. There were too much flour in them. I loved the beans and smoked salmon. Coffee and breakfast tea were good, but the milk was too watery.

We stayed at the Marriott County Hall just before the Easter weekend and had the most amazing stay! The hotel was perfect for us, it was clean, in a great location and staff were so so helpful! Every member of staff we spoke to made us feel so welcome. The bedrooms are well designed with plenty of space. The bathroom was perfect and we really liked the Molton Brown toiletries in the bathroom. We loved every minute of our stay at this hotel and couldn’t recommend it more! I really hope to return again in the future!!

I was looking at the Biltmore and the Waldorf but decided to stay at the Trafalgar as they have bigger rooms than the Biltmore and the Waldorf looks like it is in desperate need of an upgrade. Everyone was very polite and helpful apart from one staff member, more on that later. I was upgraded to a Suite on arrival but requested a toom with two beds instead which was granted. The Nelson double room is very spacious and modern. It faintly smelled of mothballs whenever you entered the room and the smell then quickly disappeared. We noticed that one of the beds was sagged in the middle and this was very quickly resolved by the maintenance team and was not an issue for us at all. The only reason i mention it in my review is because Alejandra apologised a thousand times for this “inconvenience” and even send us Macaroons and drinks to the room as an apology. During checkout, Alejandra apologised again and made sure our stay was perfect. There was a key card under the bed which was covered with dust as was the carpet under the bed. Cleanliness regarding this could obviously be better as dust can trigger allergies. The service of the staff at Trafalgar is above that of all other Hilton properties in London and certainly a step above from general hospitality service in Europe. I would give the service at Trafalgar a 9 based on European standards and a 7 based on Middle-Eastern and Asian standards. Breakfast was so highly rated in many reviews of this hotel which also influenced my choice, i was expecting an absolute feast. Unfortunately, breakfast was quite disappointing for us. Staff was great apart from someone who i can only describe as a North-African young woman with shoulder length curls who did not want to give us one of the three empty tables available in the Breakfast room with only 40 minutes available for Breakfast as she was keeping those for families of 7. This is rather absurd and we ended up taking one of the tables anyway as i wasn’t going to sit where she suggested which was away from everyone else. Breakfast in any hotel, especially 5* is always based on first come, first serve. You can’t deny your guest seating space at breakfast as if you were running a dinner service. Vegan options are very, very limited. Fruit selection is even more basic than what you can get at any supermarket in London. There was only Cantaloupe, Watermelon and Pineapple. There were Apples and Bananas for grabs but that is still not enough. Pastries are miniatures which is really shameful for a breakfast buffet. Only sausages available were Pork, no vegan and no Chicken so unfortunately no sausages for me. It’s basically a full English and that’s it. You could order A-La-Carte but that wasn’t special either. We had Amex Platinum credit so we used that for one of the dishes which was not special for the £15 asking price. Room service was basic as well. Food arrived with a very friendly staff member but it was slightly cold. All in all it’s a good hotel fo

The Edison is as good as ever and of such quality. Hotels in London are too expensive, so I booked the cheapest room type. On the downside, there is no view from the window. This hotel has a great feeling, the entrance is very beautiful, but there are many bars around at night, it would be scary to walk on foot. The toiletries are still specially customized by le labo. In the morning, the downstairs smells like coffee, and when you come back at night, it smells like le labo the noir, which is very comfortable. The room is fully equipped, the toilet is fully surrounded by rain, and there is mineral water. The light switch is also very delicate.

Stayed here last night with my son, we were at the stadium for a concert. This place is literally a walk down the hill to the stadium so perfect location. I couldn’t fault it really, it is a pub with rooms above- not a fancy hotel. I feel other reviews are very unfair… We paid 1/4 of the price to other places at Wembley. We had to leave very unexpectedly, but did find the hotel a little run down looking from the outside. We had arrived early and the room was ready, but we could only check in early for an extra charge which we declined, as we were going out anyway so just left our bags in the car. The room was supposed to be an executive room however, it was like any other room we had ever stayed in so don’t know what was executive about it. Tea tray was a bit stingy with 1 packet of biscuits between 2 of us (1 biscuit each). Only 4 milk cartons, but plenty of tea and coffee sachets. The bathroom had nice shower gel and lotion supplied with plenty of towels but, also had blue insulation tape on the radiator and the ceiling above the bath was peeling it all looked a little tired. The room was clean and perfectly comfortable, but definitely lacked that added luxury that I thought we had upgraded to with executive. Maybe that was my own fault not checking exactly what the difference was between normal and executive aside from the price. Sadly, our trip was cut short with an emergency, so we never got to stay overnight or sample the breakfast.

I lived in this hotel for the first time in the UK. The experience was very good at the time, the hotel is in a good location and cost-effective, so I thought I would choose to stay here afterwards. I wanted to book a room in advance for the second time this time, but chose a lot of dates without a room. Later only accessible rooms were available. Think about staying alive for two nights. Because one of them happens to be a New Year's Eve, it goes without saying that the price is not cost-effective. The room I gave was facing the street, and I didn't sleep well after a night of noisy. And this time the service attitude was very average. Retaining luggage is also reluctant. The front desk was also lazy. In short, I won't come next time. In the end, a penny is a penny, and a willingness to spend money on Mayfair's Marriott.

Staff were amazing and attentive when issues arose. Booked the king size room which was large and spacious but that’s where the good parts end. - Air Condition did not work (Told reception when we got in at night and was given a fan) - Mini fridge did not work, so gave the food we bought to amazing receptionist - lamp in the corner was not plugged in, had to move the table from the wall to switch it on. - Bathroom wasn’t wiped down properly so you could see the residue of the last guests. Besides the amazing staff who helped and gave good local recommendations for bars and restaurants the quality of the hotel was lacking. Would not be staying again.

this hotel is a distance away from the city, but i’ve come to love it’s quiet and quaint neighbourhood. as hotel guests, you get free rides on the ferry to & fro Canary Wharf pier, which is still about a 10 minute walk to Canary Wharf metro & various malls. the hotel has narrow hallways to the rooms, floors are a little squeaky & you can hear people talk in the halls from your hotel room. lifts were a little confusing as well as rooms are subdivided into 8 areas (8 lifts). me and my mother didn’t receive a warm cookie upon check-in, but my boyfriend who arrived the next morning did, along with the ferry schedule, so i would say hotel service is inconsistent. we also had several issues with the toilet not being able to flush (me & my boyfriend’s room) & it took half a day for someone to attend to us - from the time we left the hotel to an hour after we got back. my mom had to call thrice on this issue. our toilet was also smaller and there was no drainage on the bathroom floor so it was often wet.

We visited this hotel for the 2nd time. The location is prefect, there is a shopping centre next door with great shops, supermarket, an indoor karting circuit, lots for kids and adults to do. There is a great bus service nearby and a train station not too far a away. The hotel is spotless clean. The rooms are very comfortable. We had a premier plus room which also had a fridge, air con and heating. The only let down was the buffet breakfast. The food was cold and the toaster was a nightmare as even after 3 attempts it only produced warm bread. Breakfast can be bought cheaper across the road in McDonald’s and that is what I will be doing the next time. At £11.99 I expected the food to be warm at least. This aside, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Very nice stay at the Bankside hotel though not without some difficulties. We had asked for a quiet room but were placed right next to the lift lobby and opposite the water dispenser, and with hard floors throughout the lift lobby and entrance area of the rooms this meant a LOT of noise coming in the room at all hours. In fairness, the front desk tried to find an alternative but it was not what we were looking for so we opted to stay where we were and made the best of it. Aside from this everything else about the stay was great, a really lovely modern hotel with very friendly and fun staff, great breakfast (though not cheap) and good location on the South Bank. We would definitely stay here again (though ask not to be in this room location). Special mention to breakfast staff who helped get extra fruit for our toddler and concierge who gave him Christmas gifts from the tree... lovely touches.

Good location, very close to Imperial College, in the middle of Gloucester Road and South Kensington subway station, it is more convenient to transfer to anywhere. Where to start...first impressions were not good at all. We stayed on Wednesday 11th November. We were locked out, despite staff knowing we would be arriving late (we arrived at 23:15). We tried for 15 minutes, in the pouring rain to get in, we called and called and called..no answer and then the door miraculously opened as if by magic. We got to reception to be greeted by the most miserable person we have ever met. No apology, no hello, no nothing just ”gotta reservation?”..as someone who runs a 4 star hotel this guy wouldn't have a job, how he (Asian, 5ft 10ish, black jumper) actually HAS a job I'll never know all I can think is nepotism. I realise we are in London, the land of no manners but we expected more from a 4 star hotel. Anyway, our room was ok, no toiletries, only 1 set of towels (Covid? Who knows), poor tv channels and a non working remote due to our 'Mr. Miserable' host we didn't want to complain incase we made him cry. Nice pillows in the room, I like firm pillows. Breakfast was nice considering and the server Faruk/Faruq was lovely. An asset and a saving grace to our trip, helpful, friendly, welcoming, couldn't do enough for us maybe he could train Mr. Miserable in how to be nice. Our check out was smooth our receptionist asked how our stay was honestly we couldn't be bothered to tell her about our check in and bet she wouldn't have done anything anyway. All in all we wouldn't stay in a holiday Inn again, we have had better service in an Ibis.

I cannot recommend this pub/hotel highly enough. Location was perfect for Olympia (my reason for travel was attending a 2 day even there), the team were all helpful and friendly and went out of their way to make me feel welcome, including offering to hold my luggage and help me up to my room (as no lift). The room (a 2nd floor twin facing Olympia) was also a very good size, excellently equipped (lovely drinks, comfy chair, spacious desk) and amazingly soundproof from both the road and train right outside, and the pub downstairs. The breakfast was possibly the best English breakfast I've ever had, and the coffee just superb. On top of that the stay was excellent value for the area, and I felt safe and looked after as a lone female traveller. Would look for a reason to come and enjoy this place again, and ideally have time to try to food too next time if the breakfast is anything to go by!

I have spent 40 years traveling the world and I have stayed in the smallest hotels that Japan has to offer including capsule hotels. Hotel Mimi beats them all - the room I stayed in was small, really small with no window. But it was great! - I knew what I was letting myself in for but I knew all I wanted was a comfortable bed and somewhere to wash and the room excelled at both of these things. Beautiful marble bathroom with Molton Brown soaps and shampoos. Now, if you ask if it was worth the nearly £200 I paid the answer is no - but this is London and thats what you have to pay. One of the highlights of my stay was the communal areas, which were thoughtfully designed to encourage socializing and relaxation. From the vibrant lobby to the cozy lounge areas, there were plenty of spaces to unwind and connect with other guests. Overall, my experience at Moxy London Heathrow Airport was exceptional. With its excellent service, stylish design, and inviting atmosphere, it's the perfect choice for travelers looking for a comfortable and convenient stay near the airport. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area and look forward to returning in the future.

I stay with the IHG group every week and one hotel stay rolls into another. However tonight's stay deserves a positive review thanks to young man on reception called Joshua. I arrived at the hotel extremely early, just after 14:00 and understandly my room was not yet ready. Joshua gave me a drinks voucher and set me up in the downstairs bar / restaurant. It's comfy and quiet down there and I was able to get on with some work. Once my room was ready I discovered that I had been upgraded which was a pleasant surprise. Then later in the evening Joshua was kind enough to bring me up a fan along with a key that allowed him to open the windows. So often you're just another number, but not tonight. Joshua was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and polite. I will use this hotel as often as possible and recommend it to others.

While I did not have high expectations for this hotel given its price point and location, I anticipated basic comfort which. The majority of the room's amenities were outdated, yet still within an acceptable standard for me. However, the air conditioning system was disappointingly inadequate; it failed to produce heat and emitted only cold air. Despite the staff promptly providing an electric heater when alerted to this issue, the room remained uncomfortably cold. The most disconcerting part of my stay was the condition of the bedding. The filler in the duvet had clumped together, as evidenced by the attached photo, likely due to improper washing. This left me with little more than two thin sheets in zero-degree weather, with a non-functional heating system. To find some warmth, I resorted to wearing additional clothes and draping my down jacket over the duvet—a far cry from a comfortable night's sleep. I must commend the hotel staff, who were excellent throughout this ordeal. Their service was the only warm aspect of my stay.
