Very comfortable hotel right at the canals. Very close to a major restaurant and club area so a bit loud in the evening but windows are well insulated. Comfortable bed and well maintained bathroom. Staff was friendly. There is a large parking garage next to the hotel and 24 hour parking, when paid at the hotel, is £18.

The hotel is perfectly situated in Bristol and everything in walking distance or scooter if you wish. Rooms very clean and comfortable. We stayed in a harbour view room which has fab views. I would imagine there isn't a bad view from the Radisson. The hotel will validate your parking if using Nelson St ncp which gives £5 off. Please note that its also £9 per day if your vehicle travels within the new CAZ restrictions. Either pay beforehand or up to 6 days later or face a fine! Or park out of city and park and ride in or train. Also NCP parking is not the cheapest either, again check all extra charges before travelling to Bristol.

The review needs to highlight: First, that crucial location advantage - 3 minutes walking distance is a huge selling point for graduation attendees. Should emphasize convenience since graduation days are hectic. Second, the staff's genuine friendliness stood out to them - ”always smiling” and ”home away from home” feeling are phrases worth preserving. Third, the physical comforts: ”spacious” accommodation and ”great environment” which I'll interpret as both the property and ambiance. I notice they didn't mention any negatives - pure positivity. The challenge is making it sound detailed rather than generic. For the staff compliments, I'll avoid overused terms like ”helpful” and instead show their consistent warmth through phrases like ”every single interaction” and ”warmth and professionalism.” For structure: Opening should hook with the graduation context, then location, facilities, staff excellence, and wrap with wholehearted recommendation. The exclamation about the staff making them feel at home deserves its own sentence for impact. Better avoid hotel jargon like ”amenities” since this is a personal review. Keep it warm like their original tone but slightly more polished. And definitely include ”home away from home” since that's exactly how they described it. Here’s a polished, heartfelt English review based on your experience at the Bristol Marriott Royal Hotel: Title: Perfect Stay for Our Daughter’s Graduation! Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We recently stayed at the Bristol Marriott Royal Hotel for our daughter’s university graduation, and it exceeded all expectations! The location was unbeatable – just a 3-minute walk to the graduation venue, making the entire day stress-free and memorable. The hotel itself is stunning: elegant, well-maintained, and our room was spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable. But what truly made our stay special was the wonderful staff. Every single interaction, from check-in to daily encounters, was met with genuine warmth and professionalism. They greeted us with bright smiles every day, making us feel genuinely welcome and cared for. Their kindness gave us a true ”home away from home” feeling throughout our visit. If you’re visiting Bristol – especially for university events – this hotel is an absolute gem. We’ll cherish the memories made here!

Starting with the check in process, everything was very smooth and hassle free. We were given a room on the higher floor as requested. The view from the room was decent I would say. You could see a part of the city and the faraway hills. We managed to catch glimpse of wonderful sunrise so that's a plus. We did not try the food there so can not comment. The check-out process was also seamless. Pro: Location Clean rooms Staff Con: Price a bit expensive

Breakfast is very good, bread and fruit juice buffet, as well as a pure English breakfast, free order, taste very good! Drinking tea to tea cups is very exquisite, a breakfast out of a holiday feel! A family of three, asked if they would like an extra bed when they arrive at the hotel? We didn't add it, so we gave us the largest double bed room. The room was not as soundproof as the comment said. Very quiet, right next to the suspension bridge. This is also the hotel we were most satisfied with for a month in Bristol!

The hotel is showing its age and badly in need of a refit. The hotel room was as clean as it could be considering the age of the fittings and furniture but the floor boards were loose and a sloping floor meant sleeping with my legs higher than my head. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was well cooked but the helpings were very small. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a smaller sausage! All in all expensive considering what’s on offer.

Future Inn Bristol Bond Street: Exceptional Value and Quality My recent stay at the Future Inn on Bond Street in Bristol exceeded all expectations. I can confidently say it was the cleanest, quietest, and most affordable hotel I've had the pleasure of staying in. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, readily answering all my questions with genuine helpfulness. This welcoming atmosphere extended throughout my stay. The breakfast was a true highlight – genuinely the best I've enjoyed in a long time. The quality and variety were outstanding, making for a perfect start to each day. What truly impressed me was the attention to detail. Even the air conditioning unit came with clear, easy-to-understand instructions, something I've struggled with at other hotels. It's this level of thoughtfulness that sets Future Inn apart. If you're looking for a hotel that offers exceptional value without compromising on quality, I wholeheartedly recommend the Future Inn Bristol Bond Street. It's a fantastic choice for anyone seeking a comfortable, clean, and quiet stay. Future Inn is definitely ”the one” for me!

We had the loveliest time here the staff were so lovely and friendly. It was about a 30 minute walk into town and if you are travelling into town at rush hour walking is the best way as the traffic was pretty bad. The room we stayed in was beautiful and clean and tidy and we were blown away by the service from the staff it really was lovely infact I was shocked to find they were part of a group and not independent as it felt the kind of service you would get from an independent. The bar and restaurants were lovely and the building was so beautiful inside and out we had a really lovely stay toiletries were provided and they smelt beautiful. thanks so much we had a lovely time.

Located right on Cabot Circus, it's quite convenient geographically. Our room was on the first floor, and the window faced the exhaust of the restaurant downstairs, which caused a constant odor and noise. The hotel's floorboards were also very thin, and we could feel the floor vibrate whenever someone walked around or sat on the bed. The dishwasher was old, and the wheels on the basket kept falling off, and it didn't wash clean. Everything else was fine. Also, the shops at Cabot Circus closed at 6 p.m., leaving only the homeless to wander around. I recommend booking a room at City Center or Clifton.

The hotel is a very old building, somewhat like a B&B, with very old facilities. Old elevators and old room facilities. The rooms are larger, the beds are softer, and they are cleaner! Although the window is small, the bathroom is relatively large with a separate bathtub, shampoo and shower gel! There is a bar downstairs in the hotel. The lady at the front desk was very polite and friendly. Please note that the soundproofing in the hotel rooms is very poor. You can hear all the activities in the next room clearly. The room was a great size, and the location was really convenient. However, if you have any kind of respiratory issues, DO NOT book this hotel! None of the windows open, and the air smells musty. We had slightly blocked noses due to spring allergies, but breathing in the room felt extremely difficult. The air was also very dry, and we both woke up with NOSEBLEEDS—something neither of us usually experiences. The moment we step out of the hotel, we can breathe normally- thanks to the lovely park nearby. The hotel couldn’t provide any assistance. We survived the London Tube, but this room defeated us.

Because the Premier Inn (PI) hotel car park was quite small, I couldn’t find a parking slot one day and was suggested to park the car at the car park of holiday inn (HI). The staff said they would provide us a discount voucher. Later when we gave the HI car park entrance ticket to the PI hotel staff for the discount voucher, the staff JUST returned us with the discount voucher (which very much looked like the entrance ticket) but not with the entrance ticket as well. At that time we did not notice this. Until we wanted to drive out from the HI car park, we found that the one we got back from the PI staff was a voucher! We went back the PI for help and would like the staff to check whether the entrance ticket was left somewhere at the check-in counter at the lobby. It’s because when the voucher (which looked like the entrance ticket) was returned to us, we were sure that only the voucher was returned but not with the entrance ticket. However the staff became very rude and refused to check for us (she did not even called the staff who dealt with the car park voucher for us last time). I think she was very irresponsible! She just asked us to call the HI car park manager, who never caught our calls. We actually did not mind to pay the parking fee. We just wanted to drive out from the HI carpark. Finally, after 2 hours, problem was solved!! We were suggested by the HI carpark staff that we actually could simply press the button “lost ticket” on the pay machine located at the HI carpark and pay the fee. I think the PI staff should have provided us with more information about how we could deal with this problem and should have called her colleagues about the loss of HI carpark ticket. It must be somewhere at the PI check-in counter where we gave it to the staff earlier. Therefore, due to the irresponsibility of the rude staff, I don’t really recommend staying at this hotel if you drive to Bristol. On the other hand, other staff were polite, helpful and friendly.
