Very good stay experience. I think this is the best and most cost-effective hotel in London, far exceeding the Bulgari in London. The hotel staff is very good, enthusiastic and professional. During the stay, due to negligence, I lost my credit card in the lobby. A female staff member of the hotel found it and took the initiative to pick it up for me. When I returned to the hotel, the concierge at the door told me that my credit card was lost here and took me to the front desk to pick it up. I am really grateful to every staff member. The room is very large and has a separate large cloakroom. The bathroom has a large bathtub, double washbasins, smart toilet, dry and wet separation, bathtub TV, and a very rich mini bar. It is really rare to see rooms of this size in London. The bedding is very comfortable, and the screen of the smart control device in the room has Chinese options. I love going to the lounge bar here. I highly recommend. It's a lovely place to stop for snacks and a drink when nearby. Dishes are good but too salty for my taste room are 5 star quality that's ok.
