A quintessential embodiment of British aesthetics in the hospitality industry, offering a truly magnificent and perfect experience! It's a shame that when I booked, the fourth day was unavailable, otherwise I would have loved to stay another day. I booked dinner and afternoon tea at the restaurant directly through the front desk, which was very convenient.

My little princess was absolutely thrilled with her princess-themed room! The service at the Ritz was incredible – they added an extra bed for the kids, gave her a teddy bear and toys, and even an unlimited ice cream card. The staff at the entrance remembered our last name too, which was a nice touch! 👍

We had a wonderful stay. The room was well maintained, and the service throughout was exceptional. I celebrated my 40th birthday during my visit and was delighted to receive a complimentary cake, which was a thoughtful touch. The staff were consistently attentive and welcoming.
