Hotels With Airport pickup service in Osaka Prefecture, Japan

1st time staying in this hotel and surprised that the no. Of room is a lot so the lobby is always full with travellers and toiletries always run out😅. But it was replenished time to time. We only took what we need but still need to wait. Breakfast is alright but it was the same for all 3 days of our stay, so started to get bored on the third day. 😂

Hotel location is only a 10 mins walk to the nearest train station. 5 mins away from airport express bus to Kansai International Airport. Very convenient. Dotonbori is just a stone throw away.  Clean room when we arrived and provide clean towels daily too.

Overly simplified hotel with no amenities at all. Location is inaccessible as compared to other hotels in dotonburi. Plus, there is no security to take care of the luggage and people can just freely parked their luggage at the corner. Price wise is not the best otherwise as I am paying $92sgd for a 2 single bed room with no roaming space at all. Toilet layout looks old and run down, it is clearly not maintained and refurbished. I will not recommend the stay in this hotel and definitely there are other better hotels in Dotonburi area

Good hotel as it's located near to train station. Easily accessible and we get to stay at a high floor, the view is fantastic. The breakfast is great too!

The hotel location is very close to USJ, USJ train station and to the USJ shopping center(5 min walk or less). Very easy to find places to eat and shop. The hotel staff is hit or miss, with some going out their way to help and others who avoid helping. They do not allow pre-check in, so all guests must wait until the 3p to check-in, creating a huge line from 3p-4p. They do not bring your bags to your room either. The room itself was big but the bath had hair under the soaps prior tonus using the bathroom, meaning the cleaning was not done properly. The toilet did not flush properly The trundle bed underneath was stained in multiple spots. The AC doesn't work properly it's hot in the room during the day, even with AC on full blast. and the AC caused my entire family to have allergies. The pillows are uncomfortable and have seeds/beans in them instead of foam or feathers. The onsen and spa facilities were nice but could get crowded after USJ closing. hotel does not deserve the 4 star rating and should be 3 stars if that. I would recommend staying at another hotel near by with better ratings and facilities.

This was my second time staying at Holiday Inn Namba. The first stay was great - bright and clean room which looked newly renovated. This time the room was entirely opposite. It was dark and feels dirty - stains on the wall in various parts of the room. Carpet and furniture was old. Then there was a day when the housekeeping didn’t come by and I called for top up of the bathroom amenities. I was asked to pick up these myself from front desk. Not a big deal but was annoyed since this was due to them not doing housekeeping at no fault of mine.

This hotel is super crowded. There are people sitting around at the lobby most of the time. Had a 'live' laundry update on the room tv, but it's not accurate. Had a spa/bath for hotel guests. Many washing machines available.

We stayed a total of 7 nights. Room size is decent for Japan. Staff is friendly and helpful. They can also converse in English, Mandarin, Korean. Breakfast menu repeats itself everyday so don't expect much variety. It is thoughtful of the hotel to provide all the free food/drinks and free events, can see everyone enjoying them 👏🏼 Be expected to face large crowd as the hotel takes in tour groups and really many Koreans!!! Just a feedback that housekeeping can be improved as not sure if our room floor is vacuumed or mopped cos we stayed 7 nights there. Also stains on the toilet mirror were not wiped away and I had to do it. 😔 Suggestions to watch out and improve. Lovely view of city and 通天阁 and we get to see sunrise from our 17th floor hotel room too! Overall, we enjoyed our stay and we may go back if we travel to Osaka again 😀👍🏻

Convenient to get to after an evening flight as the hotel provides shuttle bus service from Kansai International Airport. For a 3 bed room, the room was sufficiently large and was comfortable for all to stay in. Staff were also very considerate in allowing us to have rooms on the same floor, which made our rooms close to one another for ease of accessibility. Highly recommend this place.

During our stay at the Namba Oriental Hotel, we found it to be an ideal location. Perfectly situated near major shopping malls and bustling streets, it offers easy access to popular spots like Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi. The service was fast and friendly, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The hotel is just a few minutes' walk from Namba and Nipponbashi metro stations, and the direct train from Kansai Airport makes it incredibly convenient. Most importantly, the staff and locals were exceptionally helpful, often going out of their way to guide and even escort us to our destinations.

Spacious corner room with an excellent view of downtown Osaka. Stay with my parents and we each had our own bed to sleep in and still had space to lounge around. Location wise, it’s a 10 minute walk from the main stations, department stores and touristy places, so it’s a little inconvenient for those traveling with a lot of luggage or elderly.

The first time I stayed with grandniece and niece in this hotel! I used to stay at Hotel New Hankyu opposite this hotel but it is going to close down in January 2025. The location is so perfect with many shopping and eating places within 1 building 👏 Great when you are with family. Highly recommended 👍👍👍

This hotel is perfect either for a quick stop or longer stay. It is easy to get to from the Osaka airport and it takes less than 10mins to get there by JR train. It’s within walking distance to Osaka Bay, Marble Beach, Rinku park, Rinku premier outlets and Seacle mall/plaza. The hotel check in is at 3pm. Upon arrival you use the self checkin system in the lobby (there are staff available to assist you if needed). The process is easy and fast. If you need any amenities such as toothpaste m, toothbrush etc, you pick them up from the lobby before you head on up to your room. The room we had which was a standard view was very clean. The space was just enough for 2 people and 2 small suitcases. The shower/bath was very clean. It’s not a huge space in there, but it has everything you need for a shower or a bath. Not many people would agree, but I’m all for sustainable practice. Instead of having bottled water in each room, every floor has a hydration room where you can take the water jug/flask from your room and fill it up with filtered and drinkable water. The tap water in our room was not recommended for drinking. However, if you do want bottled water you can pop over to Lawson on first floor and buy some and some snacks. The hydration room has a filtered water machine, ice machine and a microwave. The buffet breakfast is AMAZING! There’s a lot of options from Japanese, Chinese and western dishes. The service is great and the view is spectacular. Get there early to sit by the window. This hotel has a rooftop area that serves craft beer and food. The view is lovely! The pictures I included are of the view from the hotel room I stayed in, the pancake station for breakfast, rooftop view at night. Totally recommend this place.

I saw many great reviews about this hotel from service to location and I can say, I have no complaints except for compliments! The location is fantastic and you can literally walk into the hotel from the station. In addition, the view from my 41st floor is great! Located next to the hotel, there is a huge Cosme store where you can load up your beauty products before flying. In less than 8 min walk, you'll reached Rinkyu Premium outlet. Shop till you drop! I highly recommend this hotel. Despite it being a bit old, the cleanliness is top notch too.

Had an early flight out so decided to just stay at the airport the night before. It was a great choice, exceptional and clean. There were not many people on the day that I stayed and I had no issues with sounds made by the other guests. Overall, I wouldn't mind staying here again. 

Had to take one train stop to Rinku town station and walk around 5 min to reach hotel. Check in process is manless - travellers to click on options on a computer to complete check in. Room is clean, though small. Like the in house Onsen.

Very nice and good value , super good location just in front of Izumisano station which is 2 stops from Kansai . Room a bit small but that’s normal in Japan Public bath is very good , one indoor and the other outdoor . Steam room also provided . There are many amenities provided in the lobby and I must say they are the best I ever see compare with other hotels . Free coffee n cold drink available in the lobby . Everything is good especially compare with the price just unbeatable , will book Again

Old and rundown hotel with stains in the toilet and a musty smell in the small room. But we were just staying the night before catching our flight so it was bearable. Location is great, short walk away from train station and shops. Also, pyjamas were provided to our pleasant surprise.

Clean and spacious! Love the public bath and the product they use is Pola! It’s about 1km away from the train station. Don’t miss the sunset at Osaka bay. It’s beautiful.

Aside from having to walk 10mins away from the station, I had a wonderful time staying at this hotel. At first I wasn't sure due to some complaints in the reviews but in the end I really loved staying here! There's a food mall just 2 mins walk away, the staff is very kind and welcoming, the room is cozy and spacious, it was very clean and comfortable and they provided us PJs and clean towels, although the bathroom is slightly small but it didn't bother us at all and loved using the bathtub provided. We stayed here because its just a 20min ride to the airport by subway and i'd definitely stay here again if given the chance!

I had zero problem with the hotel quality standard and their staff profesionalism HOWEVER only downside of this booking is that I paid via Trip. Com and bank has deducted the full amount yet upon check-in the hotel has to ask for full payment resorting me to make TWOCE the transaction for the rate of x1 night x1 room for x1 pax. Trip .com sort it out and kindly expedite the refund process . Nonetheless I highly recommend for all travellers alike looking for a gd stay conveniently located in the airport terminal. Efficient.

The location is very good, about 3 minutes walk from Kumato Station to the hotel, the staff attitude is also very friendly. But the room is small and there is only a convenience store near the hotel, if you need to walk or eat you have to walk farther.

Pros: Clean and spacious room. Large wireless electric pot. Microwave on the first floor. Maxvalue supermarket right in front, open 24 hours (discount on lunch boxes and other instant foods during dinner time). Walk straight along the street next to the supermarket and you will reach the beach in 10 minutes. Walk along the beach road to Linkou Premium Outlet and you can enter the building of Seaside Dining restaurant (about 15-20 minutes on foot). There is a scale on the first floor of the hotel, so you can weigh your luggage. Large parking lot. Cons: Train right behind (trains don't run often, so it's not noisy)

In fact, it is a love hotel in Japan, but the location is very remote, there are no mountains in front, no shops in the back, it is very inconvenient without a private car, and local taxis are not easy to find. The waiters are generally not at the front desk, and they are all contacted by phone, and there is no need to open the door for food delivery, as there is a food delivery port. The attitude of the service staff was still very good. When I learned that I had to catch a plane and couldn't hail a taxi, the clerk shifted over at 9:00 a.m. and took me directly to the subway station after the shift. But there is Misaki Park nearby, the coastline is beautiful, walk for 1 hour.

Clean, very luxurious, there's a place to soak in the water, everything is there, hardly any extra preparation required. The room is big and very comfortable to sleep.

Very very clean looks like new staff is amazing so helpful I ask for how to use washing machine receptionist wash my clothes and brought hangers and hang it in my room I am very much happier to be going in Japan and finding this hotel .
