Since the change, we have booked the Hotel Granus twice for 2 nights each. In January we thought that the new staff would first have to familiarize themselves with the guests and adapt to them. Unfortunately it was even worse in April and so disappointing that we won't be visiting this one again. At breakfast, tiny pieces of Camembert were served along with shriveled cucumber and the cheapest packaged supermarket sausage. The lady who was supposed to pour the coffee was not only extremely inattentive and slow, but also unhygienic. She didn't take the cups with the saucers to the machine, just the cups of each individual guest, which she touched several times on the rim from which one had already drunk. At the coffee maker, she ran her hands over her face and through her hair, then shakily (hold by the rim) brought the full cups to the table. It was also not asked if you would like tea. There was no water either, instead a glass of juice was simply provided for each guest, whether they liked it or not. Rooms were also cleaner. I could go on and on with the list, but that would only make me sadder. This lovingly managed hotel no longer exists. A shame.
