The environment is very good, many choices for breakfast, fresh ingredients and even better dinner! Authentic French cuisine is not expensive! The service was satisfactory, and the staff arrived to solve the problem in a few minutes. The hotel I will choose every time!

Each request was met with prompt attention and resolved within a remarkable five minutes. The accommodations were equally impressive. My room was meticulously maintained, boasting a pristine cleanliness and a supremely comfortable bed. I relished the delightful breakfast served directly to my room, a convenient and indulgent touch that added to my overall enjoyment. It is especially noteworthy to commend the high caliber of service in an African country. The professionalism and dedication of the staff at TIAMA instilled in me a sense of pride and shattered any preconceived notions about the quality of hospitality in this region. In fact, I have visited numerous hotels in developed countries, and I can confidently assert that TIAMA stands on par, if not exceeds, the standards set by those establishments. The reception is good but the rest leaves to desire since 14h no wifi water flowing from the hill nobody comes when he is warned it is a little abused it takes care of us at 21h more I had made a special request either saying honour the message was not sent so nothing was done services are no swimming pool iced jaccuzi like this really small suite is not elegant for a suite at the view of the hotel and its price you don't expect this especially for a month honey I was very disappointed the pipeline that makes abominable bouquet the restaurant I ordered a purée it was purée heating without taste the beef brows I asked bleeding it was good but it is harched cooked I don't recommend that Hotel experience very disappointing despite the pleasant staff I think if you want to do too much it doesn't get out and so the hotel service takes a sacred seminar wedding hotel should know if you are a hotel stay a concentrated hotel you on one and only thing that will allow the customer to feel comfortable and listen and especially want to come back I think for a hotel it is essential to act like this you lost 2 customers who wanted to spend a pleasant night We haven't even been massageing to want everything to do at the end you do nothing and you lose money.

Although only short, we really enjoyed our stay here. We arrived late on a Thursday night and checked out on the Saturday morning. Staff spoke wonderful English and were very accommodating of all our needs. On the first night I felt terrible as I went back to reception at least four times to ask for different things (a second towel, water etc) (eek!). The room, although small, was very clean and the air-conditioning worked well. Breakfast was selected the night before, based on about three or four different selections: what we’d like and what time we’d like it. Choices were generally an omelette, pastries, or local dishes with meat. We opted for the basic pastries each morning, though no butter or spreads accompanied them. Otherwise, the bread was very fresh! We also had freshly squeezed juices with our breakfast and they were great! Our stay was incredibly quiet and we slept very well on both nights, partly as I don’t think there were many people staying there at the time. The bed was also super comfortable, though perhaps not to everyone’s liking as the mattress was quite hard (which I love). The only real drawback to our stay is just how far away from everything the hotel is (and maybe also the very dim lighting in the room, as others have commented). That being said, it’s a very local area and a great opportunity to explore away from the tourist sites. As we were to depart the Ivory Coast in a few days and needed Covid tests, staff were very generous in printing out documentation for us upon check out (thank you again!). We’d definitely stay again :)
