One of the best resorts facilities in Abidjan for quality service.

Pleasant environment, quality service

It was my first experience at this reputated hotel. Having an administrative appointment nearby I decided to have a coffee. The team welcome me as a king and the barmaid, Ruth, was like fantastic. I can confirm she was well trained as well the botel reputation. Can't wait to come back again.

Another fantastic stay in Abidjan's business district. The Movenpick team was friendly and professional from booking/airport transfer arrangement to a comfortable two-week stay and departure. The hotel has a good gym. There is a supermarket within a short walk from the hotel. The food at breakfast and at the executive lounge are very nice, big complements to the chef!

Joshua from the staff was extremely cordial and polite. Always available when asked for help. And gets the work done quickly as well. The hotel staff was also goo. Hotel must consider adding vegan and pure vegetarian options. Food was an issue

Very friendly staff and warm hospitality. Hotel is nice and rooms are clean and serviced daily. My room had a fridge which was handy. Food selection is amazing.

My state was very pleasant and I enjoyed the stay and the employees were delightful and I loved the room views and truly loved the food , it was really great . I really enjoy led the hotel and can’t wait to get to come back and have the experience once again .

My stay at the Moevenpick Hotel Abidjan for a work-related trip was an absolute pleasure. The food was delicious. The rooms were very well designed and comfortable. And the Executive Lounge was warm and inviting, a great place for meeting with colleagues and new acquittances. A special thank you to Ines and the entire staff who made our stay warm and inviting.

The rooms are nice. The reception area is too humid. The restaurant is very small. The food is overly expensive. Everyone on my team complained. We visit different country and visit different hotel all the time but Movenpick Abidjan is overly expensive.

Hotel new clean and in good position. Little too much expensive for what they offer. Laundry service very expensive and food price as well...but anyway Abidjan is an expensive city. Need to improve service, everytime they give you the laundry bag, not give the laundry list. Dessert and coffee spoon are always missing in the restaurant. Just 2 or 3 people speak English, hotel 5 stars should have personal with fluent English. PLUS is that they have coffee all time and good nespresso machine in the room. Lack of pool is another minus and the minibar empty...for what is there. But bed and toilet nice and clean.

It was a business stay. Check in was friendly and pretty fast. The room is well laid out and big enough with a desk and very comfortable bed and chair. I had asked for the room to be 21C but they said they can do only 22 due to limitations of the air con system. It was actually 23-24 and would not go lower. Common areas have no air conditioning at all. The gym is 25+ degrees which is way too hot. The gym is small with 2 working treadmills, one broken, and one elliptical and 2 very basic bikes. Almost no weights. Club lounge had a nice breakfast with lots of fresh fruit but no air conditioning. Very uncomfortable in there. Overall this could be a decent hotel if the air con worked, but it’s obviously a design or construction problem that will never be rectified so I will not stay again. The worst part is the whole place smells of cigarette smoke. It came into my room through the ducts. This was really horrendous. It does not appear to have no smoking areas.

I think this hotel is by one of the better ones in Plateau in terms of the rooms and grounds. The gym was also very nice. The lobby staff was also very helpful. My only complaint is about the restaurants. They need improvement. Although the breakfast and lunch buffets at The M are very good, the dinner and à la carte options are very limited and are not very tasty. Plus, some of thé staff in the restaurant were quite bad. We were always being rushed during breakfast and told that we needed to hurry because they had another event. This is unacceptable. Guests should not be inconvenienced because of poor staff planning. Café Abidjan is ok only if you like French/European food. There is not one ivoirien dish on the menu, which was a big disappointment for me considering I was in Côte d’Ivoire. Also, food was not fresh. I honestly think we were given leftovers from the previous day.
