Location was good , the main bus station was nearby where you can take the busL40 directly to marseille airport . walkable distance to the old town . Room size was good .

The location is good, close to the bus terminal in Aix-en-Provence and a supermarket.
The room was not large, but it was convenient with a kitchen, induction range, microwave, refrigerator, tableware, and cooking utensils.
Check-in is by yourself and you get the room key from the key box, but the reception is basically absent on Sundays and at night, and may be closed on weekdays. Therefore, you cannot expect any service. When I made the reservation on Trip.com, I was asked to call the hotel to confirm, but the phone was often not connected, and I went to the site without knowing the key box release number, so I was unable to get the key and ended up staying at another hotel on the first day. The next day, I asked a local person to contact me by phone or email, but I was not notified of the key box release number, and the reception was closed, so I was unable to stay on the second day either. I received the key box release number on the morning of the third day, and although I made a reservation and paid for four nights, I was only able to stay for two nights. According to other guests, if you make a reservation through ************, you will receive a cancellation number via SMS without having to contact the hotel, so the fact that you cannot receive a notification through Trip.com means there is a problem with the reservation system. This was my first time using Trip.com, but if I cannot trust the reservation system, I will not use it again.
