Apartamentos Concorde

We went to a very comfortable apartment, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, everything very clean, well equipped, a nice balcony, with a beautiful view of the city and especially the beach! A beautiful pool. The lady who served us was very friendly. Just 2 blocks from the beach and in a very nice area (The only thing we didn't like was that we had to make the bed when we arrived and unpack it when we left)

At first we planned to stay three nights in the apartment, we were traveling from Madrid with two girls after work and they called us to ask us what time we would arrive, since if we checked-in later than 8:00 p.m. we would have to hand-deliver 20 euros to a person. Given this circumstance, we tried to modify the reservation and they referred us to booking, so we entered a day later. Even so, they called us again insisting that at what time we were arriving that from 14 to 15 there was no one (later we discovered that everyone was resting at the same time in the ice cream parlor across the street, so empathy 0). During the check in the girl who showed us the apartment was very kind. All the furniture, from the entrance door is completely old, the bed bases, the mattresses, the pillows, the sofas, the dining table, the curtains, the sheets... they are at least 20 years old. But it doesn't end there, at night (I always sleep with earplugs) the neighbors on the top floor delighted us with a party until 6 in the morning and the next day the neighbors next door decided that at night is the best time for loud talking and moving furniture. No soundproofing at all. If you are a young man who wants to go out of phase for a weekend with your friends, this is your apartment. If you go with your family to rest, it is better not to choose it.

Practically a scam. You book an apartment for 4 people (1 double bed + 1 sofa bed) on booking and they call you an hour before check-in (when the reservation cannot be canceled by now) to inform you that the sofa bed is very small and is at maximum for one child, even though the reservation has been made and paid for for 4 adults. We arrive very tired late in the evening and find a smell of humidity, the apartment objectively old and ugly, but it doesn't matter since the only goal is to rest. the problem is that the sofa bed is a small uncomfortable mattress, which not even a thin person 1.55m tall can fit, broken, and which makes you wake up with cervical and back pain after a 2 hour nap. I will not dwell further on the rudeness of the owner, on the absence of cleanliness, the disorder and the discomfort even of the double bed. rubbish, never go there.

El apartamento estaba genial súper amplio, con aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones. El mobiliario es muy viejo, la verdadero que con una lavadita de cara ganarían mucho… lo peor de todo fueron las CUCARACHAS salían por la cocina y por los baños y eran GIGANTES de hecho hemos puesto una reclamación al consumidor porque daba un montón de asco!

Siamo stati nel 2016 e siamo tornati nel 2023. Staff molto disponibile, L'appartamento e il condominio in generale super pulito(puliscono in continuazione). I mobili sono un po' datati ma siccome si sta fuori tutto il giorno per quello che abbiamo pagato va benissimo! Molto bella la piscina. A 150mt della spiaggia più bella di San Juan, a 100 mt del tram che porta in centro. Tanti ristoranti e piccoli negozietti vicino. Parcheggio gratuito. Forse si potrebbero migliorare un po' le coperte e mettere una piccola tv nella camera da letto (c'è solo in soggiorno). Per il resto super consigliato per familie con bimbi e senza.
