Great location and nice hotel. Problem is there is not enough soundproofing in the rooms. You can hear other people walking by the room when there's someone outside. Personnel is kind and breakfast is correct. Overall good.

no parking provided, no connecting rooms even if possible to assign, leaking bathroom, rooms with NO view at all. No bathroom door, no privacy, far too expensive.definitely NO 4*. only location is good.

The room is small, there is no water supply, and there is no soundproofing. You can clearly hear the sound from next door. For the same price, you can stay in the Eurostar Hotel next door.

Very pleasant, accommodating and warm staff!! The location is ideal. The rooms are clean and well equipped. In short, a hotel that ticks all the boxes.

My stay in this hotel was good but there was 2 disapointing factors ,the pool on the roof top was not practical as it was only as wide as a large bath so would not suit most people also the room size was very small with no view or balcony ,the service and cleanliness was very good

Loved the art throughout the hotel and the kindness of the employees. the beach, marina, and boardwalk is extremely close. super lovely place to stay. would definitely book here again when I return to Alicante :)

Small but very nice hotel! Its only 2 years old so everything is new and clean. The bed is the best I have slept on in Alicante! Really high quality. Shower is also very good. Room was small but adequate for singel traveller. Breakfast is excellent. The reception and staff are in general very nice and helpful. Always positive and smiling. Location is perfect in the middle of the city center!

Excellent central location for both Alicante beach and the shopping area/old town.
