The room was so beautiful, clean and welcoming The bed and pillow 😻 The staff were amazing, courteous and super helpful The service was amazing but the food could be more to be fair but I will give an 8.5/10 ❤️

It is value for money, the rate is lower than those hotels nearby central station. Can take bus or tram to central station with few stops only. Not many restaurants and supermarkets nearby and usually went out to central station for meal arrangements. The breakfast is great with various types of food. The hotel facilities were great and new. Nice design in wooden style and high ceiling. Appreciate with the balcony view. Friendly remind to place DND when taking shower as open washroom set up

A little far away from the city but there is bus stop quite convenient. Wouldn’t recommend if you want to explore the city in a few days.

Very unique style hotel The hotel upgraded me to a river view room. Although the weather was bad when I went there, the environment in the hotel made people feel like they were in the jungle.

Check-in took a long time. Do you think chatting with you is a good service? They kept asking a lot of nonsense and asked you to register before finally giving you the room card. The canal view in the room is nice, but the whole hotel uses a cooling system, which means it only has air conditioning. If you feel cold, you can ask the front desk for a heater... It's ridiculous. The shower water is not very strong. At this price, it's okay to see the view and check in (then just go to the first floor of the hotel to have a meal!) If you want to stay, I don't think it's necessary
