Overall excellent service better food selection would be great as lunch or dinner options. Suggestion cold cut sandwich fruit cups yogurt etc. A little less tv dinners and more sandwich and precooked pasta options that can be microwaved.

Was clean . Made check in & check out easy. Friendly staff. Wide selection for Breakfast . Both hot and cold. The most clean hotel I have ever stayed at. I give a five star rating.

The property was very comfortable and clean, close to the highway but still quiet. We didn't have to go very far for groceries or dining.We slept very well and breakfast had plenty of warm options. When the window shade in the room is completely down, not a bit of light gets through, a great feature for those of us who don't get up with the sun. And there was a grab bar for the shower, a great feature for us elderly folks with arthritis and knee issues.

Hope to come up with a reason to visit the area again, just so we can stay at Troutville,Va Holiday Inn Express again. Not kidding, there were no negative points. Great staff, room, breakfast, from checkin to checkout.

Clean room, very comfortable bed. My only complaint was the water pressure in the shower was not good.
