I stayed after a long day snowboarding and I turned the water on to take a shower and let it run for almost 10 minutes and it still didn’t get hot. Freezing cold. I tried to call the front desk with the room phone 4 times but not once time did it connect, instead just gave me a busy signal (I was 1 of 2 cars in the parking lot so it was extremely slow). I called on my cell phone seconds later and it rang through. When I told the lady I didn’t have hot water, she told me I’d have to let it run for 15-20 minutes since it’s so cold outside. I live in Alaska. I have never, ever had that experience before and I have stayed at so many hotels and airbnbs. She wasn’t rude, but she was also not apologetic at all.

I will never darken these doors again. Abysmal property. Spend more money and stay away from this dive.

The staff always responded to the need for new key cards, unfortunately it was 7 different times. A bit annoying to have to return to the desk so many times but the staff was always polite and accommodating

The rooms were clean, but no heat in the room, water pressure was non existence. Had to ask for Shampoo. And a hair dryer.
Not worth the money they charge.

Great overnight stay before early flight in morning. Easy access to airport, good rates, large clean rooms! Staff friendly, easy parking.

Very basic room. No shampoo, conditioner or lotion in the room. Most importantly: No in room coffee maker! Old looking furniture in room. The water pressure and temperature were awful! They appear to be updating the rooms in stages, still work to be done. Would not stay here again.

It's what you hope for from a Motel 6. Clean, easy access to the airport and downtown, restaurants nearby, safe neighborhood. Try El Hefe for restaurant. Excellent street-style tacos.

It was clean, our room air control worked well. The couple we were with had problems with their heat. The front desk staff brought in a portable heater for them to use and the next day while we were all at it was fixed. I am impressed by that responsiveness to the problem. Three bath towels for the shower instead of the typical 2 that a lot of places do.
