Super family friendly hotel. We had good time both inside and outside of the facilities. Highly likely we wanna get back here.

Overpriced family hotel with outstanding views but room for improvement. I reserved the room a week before arrival, which meant the room rate was almost 2000 RMB a night. At this price, I was expecting excellence and arrived to mediocrity. I travelled with a Chinese friend and when we arrived, although the room was booked in my name, they chose to speak to my companion. When I tried to speak, the staff smiled condescendingly and then continued to talk to my friend. I was surprised to receive xenophobic behaviour in modern China, especially since I can converse in Chinese and there are many translation and AI chatbots to assist with communication. We walked to the room and on inspection we discovered the door hinge was broken, dust and hair on the floor, hair on the mattress which was accompanied by a yellow stain (photos 3-7). As the staff couldn't communicate in English, I messaged Trip.com and decide to resolve the issues the following day. The staff had been informed of the poor quality of the check-in and the cleanliness of the room and offered to upgrade us to their sister hotel, Banshanyinzhu Resort. The view from the room (photo 1 & 2) was stunning and the room looked pristine how on inspection the room had not been deep cleaned since either its construction or refurbishment with dust in the high shelves, on the shower head, sawdust behind the bedhead, leftover building materials under both sinks (photo 8-11). We informed the hotel, as we had been given a WeChat, and they came to witness the simple inspection. They offered to move us again but as this was our last night and we chose to stay based upon the views and then went to dinner which the hotel offered as part of compensation for the previous night. Arriving at the restaurant, uncleanness was concurrent theme (photos 12-14) with the dishes not being clean and the lazy suzanne not being wiped down. Fortunately the completely meal for two was well portioned and seasoned (photos 15-18). After a filling and tasty meal, I had a shower and felt a slight pain on my foot to discover that the nails attaching the carpet protruded through and some flooring was broken causing a minor scratch. All of this could have been avoided had the staff been more diligent. Did I overpay? Yes Was the service mediocre? Yes Are these challenges easy to overcome? Yes Have other customers made similar complaints? Yes Will the hotel improve? I hope so Is the location memorable andbeautiful? Yes Would I revisit? Yes Regardless of the fact they have some untrained and unprofessional employees and they need to improve their cleaning standard and ensure that maintenance does a proper inspection after a fit and finish, the location is great and it's very easy to get into the park. It's very family orientated and I'm sure children could make lifelong friends here. If you're considering going, I'd highly recommend price watching. It's not a perfect product so don't overpay, like I did, and expect a 5☆ experience.

Highly Recommended! The hotel offers what it promises and provides quality service with exceptional views! Location ⭐️ Perfectly nested in the picturesque Anji natural landscape! Ridiculously close to the tele cabins to Skyland- which is an adventure land park/hiking/ skiing: Cleanliness ⭐️ The room was very clean and nicely set up. Everything was carefully designed and hygienic. Staff ⭐️ Very helpful! (Despite my limited Chinese). We got an upgrade and lots of smiles!! We definitely recommend to friends!

We had a great stay. The rooms are luxurious, clean and the view was stunning. Very friendly staff, good Western and Chinese breakfast buffet. Delicious coffee. Special thanks to Chun-Yu Yang for her help and support.

It was really nice for kids and adults both … the service was fast and very hospital … the breakfast was suitable for international ….and night we enjoyed bbq…. swimming pool and hamsters and glass bridge nearby and many things nearby to let u relax and enjoy some days

The hotel is beautiful and rooms are nice, modern and very clean. Thebstaff is super friendly and goes out of their way to help. Our Hotel contact was Vera. She was very helpful and really quick to respond to our requests. They are all so great with children … this hotel will be my to-go hotel in the future when we travel to Anji. The hotel is close to the Sky Land Scenic area (5 minutes ride) and the have shuttle buses going there very often. They are building heavily in the area….is not loud though, but you can see new hotel constructions around.

I was a little confused after seeing the reviews before, but it was much better than expected. It was a very correct decision to avoid the May Day crowd. The children like Squirrel Park very much. Not only is the hotel experience good with few people, but the scenic area experience is also good. During the peak breakfast, there are staff to organize the diversion. The housekeeper brother is warm and enthusiastic, and he will answer any questions. The taxi is called quickly😄

Very very very very very very very satisfied. The housekeeper Xiao Zhang responded very promptly, he was very handsome, and the service was very good. It was just that we chose a bad time, there were too many people on holidays. I would like to go again. It is really perfect to take children there, there are real squirrels. All kinds of entertainment facilities are very good.

The room was very good, and the housekeeper Xiao Hu was great. Any problems were solved in time, and he also introduced us to some facilities around the hotel! The hotel is great, there is a small zoo outside the room, there are little squirrels, little rabbits, and even peacocks. When they spread their tails, they were startled by the peacock's cry! The weather in Yunshang Grassland was very good, but I didn't dare to play in the cliff heartbeat park! I was very satisfied with the whole trip! 👍

Facilities: Very good, there are small stools for children, and a small bed, the children like it very much, and they start playing as soon as they arrive in the room Hygiene: The hotel is very clean and there is no odor Service: My housekeeper Xiao Hu has a very good attitude, and he can answer any questions I have quickly. It is also very convenient to take the shuttle bus to the tourist destination, and there is almost no waiting

The room environment is great. It is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The breakfast is also very rich and delicious. The service attitude of the hotel staff is super good and very enthusiastic. They will take us to the room and help with the luggage. If you have any questions, they will answer them in time. Here I want to emphasize our housekeeper Xiao Jian. Our baby's sun protection clothes were left in the restaurant on the second floor of the guest center. We left the hotel and asked her to help find it. We had given up hope, but she actively helped us find it and sent it home for us. It was really nice. I strongly recommend everyone to stay in this hotel
