Hygiene: Quite good. I booked a private hot spring king room, and the bathtub was very clean. Environment: Our room was on the 2nd floor of Building G. Although it was quite far from the lobby and required 4-5 elevator transfers, the view from the room was excellent. I loved it. Service: They even held breakfast for us when we were almost late, and the staff were very accommodating. The cleaning ladies we met also helped us with the elevator, they were very kind. Indoor soaking tub water: One tub was actually perfectly sufficient. I took a soak at night and the water was very hot.

Indoor hot spring bath (one pool): Absolutely perfect! Soaking in this hot spring while enjoying the view is simply amazing!!! Unlimited access to the double outdoor forest hot spring: This is the best part, you can go whenever you want, super convenient. I recommend going on a weekday when there are fewer people, great for taking photos!

The service was excellent, and the unlimited access to the hot springs was a huge plus – definitely real hot springs, leaving my whole body feeling incredibly comfortable! The environment was also very pleasant, making it a great place for a family vacation with kids. Everyone had a wonderful time.

This is my first time reviewing a hotel on Ctrip. The location is excellent, bordering a forest. The room is very spacious, and the bedding is the softest I've ever experienced. About half of the mountain belongs to the hotel. The hot springs were very comfortable, and it wasn't too crowded recently. It's a great spot for those who love taking photos and checking in!

The room was great, and the hotel's service exceeded expectations. You can call for a golf cart to take you directly to the forest hot springs. I'll definitely come back; I loved it. Coming during the off-season meant fewer people and it was cheaper too.

The twin room was spacious and clean, perfect for families with kids as you can push the beds together. The private onsen was great; soaking in it with the family at night, then showering and sleeping, was so relaxing. Breakfast was incredibly rich and satisfying.

Service: Attentive. The environment is beautiful, and the hygiene is very well maintained. Facilities are complete, and the hotel breakfast is rich. The hot spring ♨️ is amazing! We come many times every year. It's very close to Kunming, and transportation is also very convenient.

Although it's located halfway up the mountain, it's very convenient as you can call for a shuttle service anytime. The hot springs offer unlimited access, and the fish therapy is definitely worth trying. The ambiance is very pleasant and relaxing. I would definitely come back again.

The hotel facility is a bit dated, there’re stains on sofas and chairs. Beds look pretty clean. The hot spring is very relaxing, just try to avoid weekend crowds. Staff at the hotel and hot spring are all very friendly and helpful. It would be great if buffet meal is offered for lunch and dinner. Overall, it’s a nice resort to relax and enjoy the hot springs.

My child's shoes were left by the balcony hot tub. The hotel never informed us during checkout, nor did housekeeping after cleaning. Any reputable hotel would handle the checkout process with more care...

I came back to Kunming for two days, and it was great! I couldn't stand the bugs 🐞 in Kunming's hotels, so I returned here because this hotel's balcony was completely mosquito-free. Overall, for a price of 700+, I felt like I received 2000+ level service and decor. The hotel design is very unique; I wonder which famous designer was behind it. There's not much to do around Anning. I only came to Anning for this hot spring hotel. Going to Tengchong is too far and troublesome without high-speed rail, so I chose Anning instead. If you're traveling, try to rent a car. You can spend the day exploring Kunming – it's about a 40-minute drive on the highway to Dianchi Lake – and then come back in the evening to enjoy the hot springs. Make sure to choose a room with a private hot spring pool. The breakfast has freshly ground coffee, which was excellent! The staff constantly refilled the coffee beans, haha. The service here is much better than the five-star hotels in my hometown of Qingdao. I love Kunming; I'm a Yunnanese at heart!

This is genuinely the first time I've ever given a bad review for a hotel. We booked a suite with a private hot spring for a family trip, only to be told upon arrival that the hot spring only had one tub of water. They said there was a written notice on the platform, and fair enough, I admit I didn't see it, so I let that slide. However, the front desk staff offered an extra tub of water, but said their staff would have to fill it, which I thought was a nice gesture at the time. But then, to my surprise, while my elderly mother, my child, and I were soaking, the water stopped when the tub was less than half full. I called the front desk, and the staff insisted that 'that's one tub of water.' I called again, and they said to get a full tub, their staff would have to come and refill it. Two men then arrived and just walked straight in. My mom, my child, and I were still in the tub, and we didn't know what to do but just wait for them. Then they accused us of getting into the tub before it was full, claiming we'd damaged their sensor equipment! Their attitude was really poor. So, to admit: 1) the tub wasn't full, and 2) the equipment was broken. These are clearly issues with the hotel's facilities and equipment, so why are they blaming me? The maintenance staff weren't even wearing uniforms and just barged in without asking if it was convenient. What kind of service is that? I didn't want to argue with my elderly mother and child there, and what's more, my child caught a slight cold after soaking in that half-full tub the day before. The next morning, upon checking out, they accused me of damaging some essential oil packaging. I brought my own Stenders products, and the empty bottles were still in the room. Why would I open some no-name product packaging? It's absolutely outrageous. Many hotels these days don't even require a deposit, but they demanded a 200 deposit, clearly just to nickel and dime you with various extra charges. They must be obsessed with money!

Even though it's an older hotel, the service and cleanliness remain excellent as always. It's very comfortable and definitely a good choice for families traveling with children. This time there was an added surprise: extra services like a plant necklace and a foam party! It really created a great atmosphere, and the kids had a blast! The breakfast buffet has also improved compared to five years ago. All in all, it was a very comfortable stay, making you feel right at home. Highly recommended!
