Overall, my stay at the Hanting Hotel was excellent. The location is easy to find and convenient for getting around. The front desk staff were friendly and the check-in process was quick. The room was clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable, the hot water was reliable, and the soundproofing was good, making it quiet at night and allowing me to get a good night's rest. The facilities were complete, the WiFi worked well, and the cleanliness was impeccable, which gave me peace of mind. It offers great value for money and is suitable for both business trips and leisure travel. The service was attentive, and the environment was comfortable. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I travel and highly recommend it!

Two 1.5-meter beds, sleeping a family of 4 are completely fine, the price is very close to the people. There is a free parking space at the door, the reception is particularly friendly, and the children are also given gifts to inform the children to eat breakfast for free. The room is large and separated from wet and dry.

The room is OK, the price is a bit high, there are many hotels to choose from downstairs in the same room type, the floor of Hanting is on the highest floor, the facilities are old, the shower is old, and the health is better.

It has to be a Chinese living club, but also a Hanting. The facilities and equipment are really amazing, the breakfast is delicious, all self-service. There are both Chinese and Western, and the room hygiene is not said, no smell! It is also very close to the business district, it is very convenient to travel anywhere, the front desk lady is very enthusiastic and patient, really praise. Will come back again.

下午五點辦理的入住，與前台諮詢可否延遲退房，前台回答不可以，説是在平台下單的不能延遲退房，同樣是漢庭，之前在其他城市都主動給予延遲退房，不清楚怎麼到了鞍山就與眾不同了？後平台溝通後，説因為第二天有活動，所以衹能延長到一點，本來原本也就打算一點退的，怎麼顧客和前台溝通就辦不到？
