Location was okay, quite close to city center. Behind the hotel there was a railway though, so somewhat noisy with the trains blairing their horns. Service was good, all though no English speakers. Room had a bit of an old smoking smell and I had some doubts about the cleanliness of the towels, but everything else seemed clean. Considering the price, I'd say this was what I asked for.

The towels were dirty and thirsty after drinking alcohol. I called the waiter in the morning to bring two bottles of water, but they charged me for the water. How many hotels have I stayed in?
