Mercure Anyang Downtown Reviews

Running the Anyang marathon, this hotel was the closest and most reasonably priced to the starting line. While the price was quite a bit higher than usual, it's understandable given that it was a race event – hotels around such events always see price hikes. The hotel itself was great and felt very new. The environment was quiet, and the bed was comfortable. Check-in and check-out were both handled quickly.

This was my first time in Anyang for a marathon, so I chose a room close to the starting line. I was very satisfied with my stay; the hotel paid a lot of attention to small details. They even gave me a race goodie bag when I checked in!

Hygiene: The hygiene conditions were excellent and very clean. Environment: Conveniently located with a restaurant downstairs. The lobby was upscale and stylish, and there was a beautiful, fragrant peach blossom park just below. Service: The service was attentive, the staff had a great attitude, and responses were prompt.

The room was immaculate and everything worked as it should. The staff could not have been more helpful with a number of things working through the language barrier to get me to a solution. The hotel provided complimentary transfers to the railway station and breakfast was great.

The hotel is really beautiful there is a buffet and a spa downstairs, the room is big with a big tub and a spacious living room. The shower room was untidy and clean but overall i enjoyed my stay

I genuinely have to give this a great review! I came to run a marathon, and the hotel is super close to the starting line. The front desk prepared a welcome gift for check-in, and after I finished, they gave me water and bananas. They also offered free late check-out until 4 PM for participants and even gave thoughtful tips for lunch. The service was incredibly attentive. Next time I'm in Anyang, Mercure will definitely be my top choice.

Services are awsome , location is good, breakfast is delicious , A/C is good for winter.

Check in counter customer service ladies are very friendly. Room is clean & big. Breakfast is quite good. Self service laundry is a plus of this hotel.

Very good Hotel and helpful stuff. I definitely enjoyed my one week stay. If i have to come again to anyang, this hotel will be my first choice again. Thanks for the great service. It was a pleasure
