The room was quite spacious but there was no air conditioning. It was advertised as a quad room but we were given a six-person room. Only two beds were made up; we had to make the third one ourselves. The location is excellent, convenient for both attractions and the train station.

Was an ok stay. Had everything you would really need including a small kitchen/ fridge, laundry. Rooms were ok and large but the light is very dim. They barely cleaned the kitchen/ room at all. They would come in to collect washing but didn’t even sweep the floors. The hotel was huge and to get to the rooms is convoluted. No social events- very budget option. Calls themeselves “sustainable” when really they are just doing the bare minimum. Was right next to the station.

I strongly suspect this place is a scam. For 850+ a night, you get a room with a curtain missing a hook, so you have to tie it up or wedge it in the window frame to keep it from gaping open. Looking up, I saw a smoke detector instead of a light fixture, which was dramatic enough. Even worse, the only actual light in the room was in the bathroom, so I had to leave the bathroom door open all the time just to get some light. Other than that, there was only a dim night light by the bed. And the story doesn't end there: the tissue box was empty after only 8 sheets. The mattress was unusually hot, and then I understood why they provided a desktop fan. The double room wasn't as big as it appeared in the pictures. Looking across at the Radisson, I strongly recommend comparing prices – there really isn't much of a difference.

Booked a shared room with a friend. Had a bad encounter with Mr.Snoring who had plans of not letting us sleep that night. Another person also had the great idea of making coffee at 4am inside the room.

The hotel has a great location, right near the train station, just a 3-4 minute walk away. It's clean and tidy, and the shower always has plenty of hot water. You can get drinking hot water from the lobby on the first floor. The hotel also provides a city travel card, which allows for free bus rides around the small town.

Toilets was clean, bed frames are a little bit dusty though. Kitchen was sufficient for an simple meal. However, the location was quite far away from major tourist attractions. But for the price you are paying, it is fair enough.

I was given a room near the terrace, which felt quite unsafe. The room itself felt like a prison 😳, and the curtains couldn't fully cover the windows, so privacy was really poor. Check-in required scanning a QR code and filling out information myself, which was time-consuming. The front desk staff's service was also just mediocre. Good thing I only stayed one night. If it weren't for its convenient proximity to the train station for easy travel, I wouldn't have chosen this place. The only good thing was that I could buy a Salzburg Card at the front desk, and it was even cheaper than buying it officially. This card also works as a public transport card, so there's no need to get a separate Guest Mobility Ticket.

The front service very impatient to us. The coffee machine is right In-front of this hostel. Perfect location, next to Two big supermarkets n convenient buses number # 3 and 6.

Great value for money! It's about a 5-minute walk to restaurants and the train station. The hotel also provides free public transport passes, so you can ride around freely. Location is very convenient right by the main station. But for some reason there’s no power outlet at the beds and the usb ports were not working so there was no way to charge my devices at my bed.

Location is close to the train station just within 5 minutes walking distant. There is a daily open supermarket. That's perfect. The room looked claen but I was bitten by something to be suspected as bed bugs at night. We bought Salzburg card at reception at rate lower than websites. However staff is not very helpful. They did not tell us that you can get a free Guest Mobility Ticket during our stay. You need to ask. Also, we tried to scan QR code in the room to request room cleaning service but it requested us to sign in the apps. I asked the staff I failed to sign up the apps and the staff just asked me to go to the reception again in the next morning to request the cleaning and she was not willing to promote their company's apps. Also, during our stay, seems like there were school activities and many kids stayed there. They played and layed on the corridor outside our room door at night even after 9 p.m. The kids were polite and let us way go inside but the door doesn't seem to be very well soundproofed. We can still heard their voice.
