DO NOT STAY HERE! Despite being assigned a room on one of the highest floors, there was a significant ant infestation. I’ve stayed in many hotels and can usually tolerate seeing the occasional ant, but this was on another level. There were ants throughout the room, and I could even see them crawling in and out from beneath the carpet. The carpets themselves smelled musty and appeared old and unclean, and the room overall felt very outdated and in need of renovation. Unfortunately, my experience with the service was also disappointing and offensive. The male manager I interacted with was rude and unprofessional, which made the stay even less pleasant. Overall, the combination of cleanliness issues, poor room condition, and unfriendly service made this a very negative experience.

I really enjoyed my stay

I stayed in this hotel for nearly a month on a business trip. I'm quite used to it. It's better than the previous one. There is free parking space, breakfast, a gym and a swimming pool, although the water in the swimming pool is cooler in winter.

That is to say, the standard of a three-star hotel. The room is not cleaned every day. You need to make an appointment with the front desk in advance. It is usually cleaned every 2-3 days. The breakfast dishes are often not washed, and the service management feels a bit chaotic. Don't think about the domestic service when you are abroad, just make do with it. The hotel is located in Auburn Hills and is quite old. Basically, they are all on business trips, not recommended for vacation!

半夜到的 凌晨1點半 突然沒水了，馬桶都沖不了，趕了20多個小時的路，洗不上熱水澡。前台電話不接 下去找發現人也不在，後來才知道是整個奧本山 水管爆了，所有酒店都這樣。 早飯也沒啥，華夫餅啥的都沒有，衹有燕麥 雞蛋和腸，無語了，對不起這個價位

在浴巾上發現了一根很長很長的頭髮，酒店確實有點舊了。
