It’s funny that I get to write my first review for a hotel. Since this is a new hotel, there are no reviews for this hotel on any hotel platform. In addition, I have had disappointing accommodation experiences in Europe and Australia in the past. When booking a room, I can only try it with a luck mentality. Fortunately, I was very satisfied with this stay. The main entrance of the hotel is from the alley behind the church (note that it is not the door facing the road). The hotel facilities are new and clean. There is a coffee machine in the underground lobby, and bread and bottled juice are provided in the morning. The hotel staff were enthusiastic, proactive and courteous. When we checked in, they took the initiative to help us deliver our luggage to the room immediately. When we checked out, they also asked us if we needed help calling Taxi. They learned that we had arranged a Super Shuttle ourselves and took the initiative to help us communicate with the driver and provide guidance. The driver drove the car to the main entrance of the hotel (it turned out that there was another entrance to the parking space underneath the hotel). The hotel room is very clean, with enough space to open two large suitcases, and the view outside the window is very beautiful! All snacks and drinks in the room are free for guests to consume. The bathroom is very spacious and the toiletries are very fragrant and useful. However, the bathroom countertop is a bit lacking in space. We stayed here for three nights and the room was tidied the next day to our satisfaction. Overall, it was a good accommodation experience. It was a good place to rest and recharge after arriving in New Zealand after a long flight.

The resort is located by the sea and has a beautiful surroundings. From the room, you can see the sea and the black beach. The rooms are spacious, tall and comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen and washing machine. Although breakfast was included, I went to dinner at nine o'clock and there was almost nothing, and no more food such as juice yogurt, no one cleaned the table, so I stopped going to breakfast the next day. The service for dinner was very good.

I stayed here because I could not get an apartment near Britomart station. It was decisive to be near the airport shuttle bus stop, but the location was incredibly difficult. Even if you look at Google map, you will find a kind person who is passing by and finds you together. Then, a strong slope from the road to the apartment! I couldn't climb my two suitcases with a baby on my back ... I was kindly helped by that kind person and arrived somehow. . Although it was right away from the bus stop, it was a difficult location. The room is clean, the water area is ok, there are no ticks on the bed, and there is a full set of cookware. Because it was a high floor, it was a good lookout and I was able to spend the last night of NZ comfortably. Since there is no supermarket in the neighborhood, I think that it is better to do shopping in the downtown area.

Having to come to Auckland after the sudden death of my father we were pleased to be able to book our first night at the Quest, but disappointed we couldn’t stay for the duration of our visit. Again superb service on arrival which was again surpassed after lunch. Arriving back at the hotel , Atek the duty manager advised us that due to a cancellation and changes made by the staff we could in fact stay at the Quest for our time here. Atek your empathy, efficiency and caring made a difficult situation so much better. The Quest Hotel is indeed fortunate to have you as an employee and you will always be remembered by us for your caring and genuine understanding. Booked a room without breakfast, the surrounding supermarkets, restaurants are very convenient to walk, there are many options. Parking is free, two queen beds in one room, extra spacious. It was very late at the time of check-in, and it was raining again. With the children, the front desk was very user-friendly, and let us stay directly, and the passports were not checked.

This is a homestay. The owner's room is very large. There is a swimming pool in the backyard. The water is also warm. You can also soak in the hot springs. The space in the house is large. There is a refrigerator. The owner prepared bread and milk jam. It is suitable for the whole family.

This motel seems to be run by Chinese. When I arrived to check in I was left waiting in the reception area for maybe 15 minutes. The insincere apology was worthless. Upon check in to my room I could hear the woman in the adjoining room screaming into her cellphone. I tolerated this for some time but after several phone calls by my new neighbour, I returned to reception to express my concern. The same Chinese woman told me residents “have their rights” so I enquired if the “resident” was a social housing customer. I was assured this was not the case, but having observed the next door neighbour it is very evident she is a social housing tenant. She is extremely noisy, having no regard for anyone but herself. Be aware this badly managed motel appears to have a mix of social housing clients and the more traditional, respectable type of customer. You can likely do much better than staying at Tudor Court.

The hotel is in a good location, with Subway, Chinese restaurants nearby, and a 15-minute walk from a large supermarket and a Chinese supermarket The sanitation of the hotel is very good and the service is also very good. There is now a construction site next to the hotel, but fortunately, construction is only around 9 in the morning. The hotel has triple rooms, and you can also choose standard rooms with extra beds.

After arriving at the hotel, the front desk has completed all the formalities and proceeded, directly leading the door card to enter the room, the room is clean and comfortable. Cooking utensils are readily available, and pots and pans are easy to use. A five-minute walk from the surrounding area is a large supermarket and it is very convenient to purchase raw materials. The mattress is comfortable and you can fall asleep peacefully. The toilet and bath room are very convenient and hygienic. Like it, I have already stayed twice, next time it is my first choice! ! !

Stayed here about 8 years ago on a trip to Auckland so thought we’d try again as it was a nice stay. This time we stayed in a 2 bedroom unit which had a small lounge area, table and chairs and a kitchenette. Once again a pleasant enough stay but there have been little improvements so it is getting a little aged. The beds especially were too soft and definitely need replacing. It was however a nice enough stay. Quiet room and a very friendly and helpful gentleman who was at front desk. He was even kind enough to try to find us a nice recommendation for dinner and allowed us to use his computer and printer to do our online check in for the airport.
